I have been thinking taxes our companies have to pay from the profits. Dividends which are paid to the owners are not connected to the profits.When you minimize the profits, you maximize the dividends. Western governments take 30 - 50 percent from the profits and the money from which the dividends are usually calculated.
There is nothing illegal in the system. Owners can take as much money from the company as they wish. Dividends are the things, which actually interests real life owners.
Breaking the connection to the profits, would make it possible to increase the amount of money which goes to the owners.

I was writing new drum track for She Goes. In the middle of the work the program switched the common drum bank to special effects bank. After the switch some cymbal turned into dog. The song started to bark at me.In the final song, Bingo makes short barks at certain points of the melody. Originally planned that Bingo would get a dedicated section, where he barks a short solo. Got the barks going rather nicely in the morning.

Chances are rather high. After the spring came the temperatures in the north have been high or higher than before. On the warmest sunny days temperatures in here raises to around 30 C.
