Album data is gathered under three main group. Song, Promotional and Include 

- The tables in the text space contain all data about the album. And it's songs. Bonus disc tables are at the bottom of the page. Besides the albums, some day, there will be a combined list from Videos and Singles. 
- In the album introductions we use fan and collector friendly sequencing. Each record / disc with unique contents is introduced and sequenced as it's own. If you want all Rihanna's albums and songs to your collection, it is easy check the required albums from here. Rihanna uses the same sequencing on her own site, too.
- If there is only version from the album, or there aren't any promotional material for the album, sections are sometimes dropped away. Happens, when table space is needed to some other purpose.

Types	Each album has a type, the type reflects to the way the album is done.
Studio album	Studio album is an album which has been recorded in the studio.
Remix album	Album which has new arrangements ( remixes ) from the old songs.
Live Dvd	Live albums are nowadays almost dead. All new live albums have a video track. Blue Ray discs are also called Live Dvd's.
Compilation	An album, in which most of song are taken from earlier albums. Usually the best selling and most popular songs from the artist. Often sold with names, Best Of, Greatest Hits.
Song	Song has the music related data.
Seq	Order of the song on the primary edition.
Title	The official name of the song from the cover.
Featuring	Person or persons, with whom the music is made. Usually a famous artist, who has a name of his / her own.
Length	Length of the song in minutes and seconds.
Promotional	The promotional section refers to the music videos and audio tracks which are either made and / or freely available. Traditionally singles, music videos and free samples from the songs are considered to promote the album sales. Rihanna's sample songs are full length versions from the songs she has made. The material which is stated in here belong to the real promotional material, released by Rihanna, or someone from her team.
Single	Song has been released as single, there is a single version from the song, and / or music video from the song.
Aud.	Somewhere in the net, related to Rihanna, you can listen the song.
Vid.	A directed, official music video for the song does exist. Usually available on Rihanna's VEVO site.
Live	There is an official concert video from the song in the web ( Rihanna's VEVO or user site ).
Oth.	Usually means, that there is Behind the Scenes or Making of Video for the song.
Included	Included compares different version and editions from the albums. The column headers are easy to conduct abbreviations from the versions name. In these listings edition means an album or set of albums, which have their own release date. Versions are albums which are released on the same day, with different kind of contents. And price tags too.
