Terms

The license is merely a deal for collecting fees. It gives you a right to use copyrighted R&D inventions and innovations.
The things R&D sells goes over the patents. Inventor's creative right to collect fees lasts 70 years. Scientist's right to credits lasts forever.
You can get a 20 year patent for the design and system you build with R&D inventions and innovations.

Provisions
Hikes to the announced fee-provision from the side of R&D of Putnamis must be negotiated with the license holder. 
Discounts to the fee-provision percent from the side of license holder must be negotiated with R&D of Putnamis.
Credit and copyright violations can lead into a termination of the license.

Fees are paid once a year, after your books for the account year are closed. ( Within three months from the end of account year )
License holder calculates the fees from the books and pays the fee to some of the given account.
Accounts are published on DeadlockProtectiveSystems.Com site.

Units and prices
In power production, Vacuum Plants and Oil from Sugar, price is the value of produced electricity and oil.
When copyrighted thing is embedded into construction ( like for example Steamer ) price is either construction cost or budgeted construction cost.

In others price is factory price of the produced unit.
In combustion and jet engines unit is engine. Techs cover the whole engine.

Price is producer price. If retail price is lower than producer price, you can use retail price for calculating the fee.

Others
License holder must inform R&D of Putnamis from the changes in given contact info.
One company needs only one license, regardless of the number of copyrighted things.

License holder can get some promotion to it's promotion from DeadlockProtectiveSystems.Com site. There is list from License Holders. Without a request to keep your name hidden, your company will be listed on DeadlockProtectiveSystems.Com site.
