Saw story about the flight, when I checked news. Flight and it's introduction should put some speed to European and American ambassadors, politics, car and plane makers. They are falling behind.

How did you like it ?
Related the proto and flight already at ATS site. Looks promising, proto needs better propels. Small 10 inch wheels don't weigh much. They suit to city traffic.

Pontiac GTO 1967 is big 4 seat super sport.
Yes. With manual gearbox and standard axle ratio it accelerates from 0 to 60 mph or 0 to 96 km/h faster than Jaguar E type and Ferrari Dino 246 GT. These two fall far behind GTO. Lamborghini Miura gives a challenge, but cannot match GTO -67 in traffic lights. You need new BMW 540 ( 3 liter turbo ) or better for beating 1967 GTO in traffic lights and pedal pushing competitions.

GTO is very light car for it's size. It is rather economical for it's size and performance. It's stiff rear axle must have special weight distribution system. Tires in 1967 were narrow and hard, difficult to transmit big acceleration powers to road, without losing the grip.

Remember one review from some dream car of 1970s. Don't remember the car anymore. Review noted, that car is difficult to drive in cities. It loses grip almost every time, when you leave traffic lights. Nothing sensational or stunning ever happens, when you try to show cars power.

How does GTO perform with new, wide and soft tires ?
Well. Drag races have a class for almost original, street cars. Cars in the class are old American muscle cars.

You have something against SUV cars ?
No. On my behalf you can buy and drive any car you wish. Have few doubts about SUVs and Crossovers announced popularity and sales numbers. SUV is an expensive and uncomfortable car. You don't usually buy such without a reason. Falsified sales numbers and press releases are billion dollar crimes against your employer and your employers creditors.

The car you get from  your employer is much more often Toyota Corolla than Toyota RAV-4. Camry needs, that you are a boss or executive.

Big and strong. Stronger than Laura and Bavi. Maysak reaches southern South Korea tomorrow.

When you follow drums step-commands long enough, you learn how to keep and follow the rhythm.

Rhythm keeping is the same as it is with instruments. Players use metronome for learning the rhythm keeping .. pushing the rhythmic system into their subconscious mind.

You can build new generator and outlet system so, that you can install mobile generators to outlets for flood waters. You can use these generators at the plant area for evaporating and pumping water from river. Option for installing additional generators is primarily needed for adjusting plants output powers to surrounding grid's maximum transfer capacity. When you add option for additional generators to the plant, you can later upgrade the power grid to bigger produced powers.

After dam you can sail to the next dam's reservoir all year long.
Tubes, which feeds water to new plants reservoir,  can be made so, that there are big waves for surfing and so on.

Las Vegas beach can be held open all year long. 
After first upgraded dam, river's water levels start to lose their connection to seasons. Public beaches are possible also in places, which are far from dam. In Las Vegas you might want to build powered tube system from lake Mead to lake Las Vegas. Ensure that the lake is full all year long.

US labor day is the first Monday of September, Labor day is national holiday. Americans started to celebrate Labor day in 1882. 

Elsewhere people celebrate Australian Labor day. Holiday, which is in most countries on May 1st. Australian labor day was first celebrated in 1856. It is a celebration for a strike, whose purpose was to get 8 hour working days. May 1st comes from American Haymarket affair. In the beginning of May 1886 American workers were demonstrating for 8 hour working days. After a cop killed one demonstrator and wounded many, demonstration converted into riot. Jack. US movie theaters started to open on 21st August. Movie "Unhinged" opened in 1 823 theaters. Last weekend Unhinged was shown in 2 331 theaters. New Mutants opened in 2 412 theaters. There was four new movies which were shown in over 1 000 theaters.

Only half from US theaters are open. Not very easy to say, where theaters are open.
For next weekend there is currently only one wide opening. Romantic Comedy, The Broken Hearts Gallery.
The New Mutants, the current box office magnet, is 70 million SciFi horror movie. It collected $7 million grosses during the opening weekend. Labor day weekend doesn't look very promising for The New Mutants. Friday grosses fell heavily, much more than usual. Unhinged ... $30 million thriller ... opened with $5 millions. Unhinged have performed better at box office competition.

Wonder Woman 1984 is scheduled to open on October 2nd. It is the first big budget opening. Production budget is estimated to be $200 millions.

Pontiac Le Mans is source car for GTO. Le Mans was available also with 4 door body. Quite many from the available Pontiac GTOs were originally Pontiac Le Mans coupes or convertibles. GTO was never nothing more, but an option pack for Le Mans.

Pontiac Le Mans and Pontiac GTO are the first American muscle cars. Le Mans was introduced in 1961. It was better 2 door convertible or coupe version from Pontiac Tempest. GTO was introduced for model year 1964, few months before Ford Mustang. In GMs trim policies Tempest was the cheapest trim from Tempest-Le Mans-GTO model set. Tempest trim was discontinued in 1970. Body parts to all three trims are interchangeable.

It is not known how many cars were made with special order. Factory optioned Pontiac GTO Judge ( 1969 - 1970 ) was always orange. Custom exterior and interior colors were possible with dealer's and customer's special order.

Pontiac is one of the three major American car makes, which has never been independent car makes. Another two are Plymouth and Mercury. These names and makes were invented by marketing departments.

Biggest wildfire in USA is Great Fire of 1910. It took place in Idaho-Montana, it burned 3 million acres or 4 500 square miles in two days. The most likely bottom-line reason for the fire is bison hunting. US government wanted to kill wild bison to extinct. Besides bison, hunting killed Indians and animals, whose prey Bison was, to hunger. You are asking a wrong person. Miss experiences and reliable data from the burning areas. The actual formation system of the super burst is not in my knowledge.

Oregon and California are already much like Great fire of 1910. In Oregon Labor Day fires have burned around 700 000 acres in few days. In California Labor Day fires have also burned a lot in few days.
California's Convention fires burned over million acres in few days. In California, biggest August fire is not in Cal Fire stats. 500 000 acre fire is handled by US Forest Service.
The total currently burning area in California-Oregon-Washington is over 4 million acres. More than ever before. Great Fire of 1910 was the earlier record holder.

In average it rains 1.12 inches during the record breaking period. Monsoon period ends on 30th September. With 19th July rainfalls are around 0.02 inches.

Santta Claus, Las Vegas

You plan to build water park into Las Vegas downtown.
There is an empty plot in the same block than the penthouse. Checked that it belongs to defaulted hotel construction project, which is also in the same block. Las Vegas misses water park. Indoor theme park and circus are in the next block. Water Park would be a good sign for new, water restriction free time.

Sunny weather is one attraction for holiday resorts in Las Vegas. Very unusual, that cold, clouds and rains ruins your holiday in Las Vegas. Getting Hover Dam system going is probably enough for the people and companies in the area.

Park could be outdoor chill park. The park would use enormous vacuum coolers, which are powered with HF panels. Both air and pool water at the area would be 70 F or 22 C. Street sides could have outdoor terraces, cafeterias and restaurants. Vacuum cooler, which is powered with HF panel doesn't produce heat. HF panels operating temperature is 20C. In warm areas, HF panel cools the air, too.

How about the defaulted hotel construction ?
Might want to convert it to shopping center. Italian / European gallery for small businesses. Then it could have market place for individual sellers. Living quarters are 300 meters long and 60 meters wide and 224 meters tall. Building has 68 floors. One floor is 18 000 square meters. Sixty meter width is an awful lot. Actual suites can take only around 6 meters from the sides. Total depth falls below 10 meters. Center hole is around 40 meters wide and 280 meters long. Hole's size is 11 200 m². Area for suites is around 7 000 m² per floor. Hotel was planned to have 3 780 rooms. MGM Grand is currently the biggest Las Vegas and US hotel. It has 7 000 rooms.

Hotel project began in 2007, it went to bankruptcy in 2009. In early 2020 project went into current pending bankruptcy.

Hotel is ready ?
There it stands, behind plank walls. Decorations and great deal from internal assembly work is obviously missing.
Who owns it ?
Don't know. Probably banks and other creditors.

Interested in Draw ?
Don't know. Got interested about the open sandbox area, wondered what it is. 

You cannot give up from construction anymore. Could name it after Santta Claus. Offer offices, laboratories and workshops from the top floors. Possibly also homes and rentals. Typical Santta Claus floor need that you make it 2 to 3 floor high. Venues for visitors, ateliers and studios for artists need also 2 to 3 floors. 

To the middle ( intended main entrance ) at the north side building would need around 100 ton drive through-lift system. It is needed for hauling stuff in and out from upper floors. System has multiple lifts, which can operate independently or together. To park house end, building gets driveway system, which goes from floor to floor. Driveway system acts as main staircase system for the building. To street side, you build tower, which has fire exit stairs for the other wing.

Path ways in the center need around 10 meters. There is around 30 meters free width. To this width you can get shopping alleys, cafeterias, restaurants, media room tubes, storages, rest rooms to staff and others. Pathway can be curved park or 10m wide highway.  Then it can have two or three 5 meter wide streets.

Pink lantern floors and some shopping alleys could have vintage or themed looks. Opium alley could look like some Chinese or Asian alley, and so on. Small hotel and shopping systems could be made like Space Hotel will be made.

At least part from ground floor casino area is converted to laboratory and research spaces. 

 Penthouse floors and roof would go to shared usage.
Don't know ... Acquirement of hotel would drop earlier Field Facility area to Facility's test and industrial area. It would speed up badly delayed project. Save money too. Possible that test and industrial area goes to south side of lake Mead. To the valley system, which leads to Phoneix. If Hover Dam is upgraded to flexible water reservoir, you don't have to haul much water. New HF Panels and Plants makes it possible to give up from dam plants power production aspects. In warm areas, with natural cooling option, their running costs are very low. Deep lake's or river's bottom waters are usually cold enough for cooling the panels.

HF Panel makes pumping systems for watering easy. Pumping cost is independent from the power, you use for pumping.

How much Draw costs ?
No idea. In 2009 bankruptcy it was eventually sold with $150 millions. After that building has stood there unfinished, all holes open, 11 years. Current condition is unknown. Not necessarily an awful lot. Prices of fully functional hotels are not very big. With $2 billions, you can get any LV hotel you wish.

Golden Entertainment's market capital is $400 million. Company owns The Strat and few other hotels in Las Vegas. Fair, $800 million cash offer to current owners, and the company can be withdrawn from stock markets. I Think. Company is drowning to debts. Clean up of the balance sheet costs 1.2 billions. Company has paid around $500 millions too much from recent purchases, doing very poorly because of it.

How poorly Golden Entertainment is doing ?
Company is in a need of bailout and cheap capital. Interests and handling costs for loans are around 7% from revenues. Twice as big as proceeds from operations. Company can't afford to make down payments for loans, it has taken. It needs debts for covering yearly interest costs.

What happens after we buy it ?
Company raises stock capital with 1.2 billions. I buy the stocks. Company pays all long term debts with the money it gets from me. It doesn't have to pay interests and make down payments from the money, it gets from new shares. We get interest for all invested capital via small dividends. I am not a Jew. I am an honest European investor and company owner.

Why do you have to buy that company, and take it away from stock markets ?
Sole private owner can do the required decisions about the 1.2 billon stock capital hike in less than five minutes. It's bad decision to poor and greedy investors, company with many owners ends easily into eternal negotiations and court sessions. Like I said earlier, dividends are marginal, when compared to invested capital. In bonus system, dividends go with revenues, not with invested capital.

How did you calculate bonuses ?
Typically with zero profit principle. You calculate profits before taxes. Then you reduce revenue based dividend percent to owners. The dividend dictates taxes and profits after taxes. The surplus goes to bonuses. Surplus is divided with paid wages and values of included subcontractor deals. Wealthy owners raises dividend percent during good years, and downgrades the percent during bad times. If percent is downgraded, the good-time hike lasts until bad-time discount is compensated. Dividend percent comes from domestic interest rates for deposits and inflation percent.

What happens if the current owners refuses to sell ?
If creditors file company to bankruptcy, they lose every cent, they have invested to company's shares. Creditors can also force Golden Entertainment to cost cuts, layoffs and selling of some parts from it. So that the company can pay part of it's debts. Requested cuts and sell outs are so big, that company can pay interests and make regular down payments. When there is an existing bailout offer, they probably want it to happen.

Do you fire people after we buy it ?
No. Not, if USA and Las Vegas makes a full recovery from current recession. With 4% yearly growth in revenues, it takes 17 years, before Golden Entertainments revenues reaches 2 billions. If Golden Entertainment manages to grow much more faster than inflation, the additional growth brings inflation adjusted value of capital into good or excellent levels. Purchase and capitalization of Golden Entertainment is one way to do a risk investment ... Gamble a little with big money.

- - Mono rail - -

Eastern neighbor, Las Vegas monorail has also defaulted.
Could lengthen it to McCarran airport terminal.  From airport it would later continue to theme park, zoo and Field Facility. On the way rail could have side tracks, or circle through market places. Had an idea, that railway would have small cars, which goes where you want. In the stop you give your destination, if there is a car going to there, it will pick you. Otherwise you get new car. The railway system would be driverless system. Driverless monorail is typically faster than private car.

In north it could continue to the airport for small private planes, then it could go down to market places and join the southern track in there. Then it would need rails to the intended beach.

If you buy something big from distant market places, you can get the stuff delivered to your hotel, park house or airport. And in the future also to railway station.

System falls in between bus and cab. You buy time cards for the system. One day, week and so on. During the purchased time you can use the system as much as you wish. Running costs of driverless system are low. Especially then, when you produce power with owned HF panels. Cars will be heated and air conditioned.

Big hotels can get integrated monorail stations, high building can have stations in multiple floors. Shopping centers and sights have different kind of stations, these stations are long or on the ground. They allow droppings into random positions. When you go to some sight or shop, the car drops you at the front door of the shop, you are going. Then it goes to nearest parking place. When you leave the shop, you call the private or public car to the door and continue your trip. You can get a private car for your trip to multiple places. There will be convertibles and sedans.

During holidays and in holiday resorts people have navigation and search problems. They are in strange place. Quite often you are so drunk, that you cannot drive your car.  With driverless monorail you can find interesting places, without trouble.

If interested to know. Driverless mono rail is partially inspired by future visions from 1950s and 1960s. Typical cityscape from the time has airborne trains and monorail systems.

Driverless mono rail is safe and fast way to travel in big metropolis. If needed monorail can be expanded also vertically. Tracks can skip from roof to roof, over streets.

Monorail in Las Vegas is pilot project. How does it fit to copter car ?
Driverless monorail is next generation mass transport and delivery system.  Cars can take you to school, work, shopping, malls, city centers, big events and so on. They provide low cost vehicles to people. They are faster and more flexible than buses, trams and trains. If distance from home to work place is 10 miles or 16 km, with monorail trip lasts 15 to 30 minutes. On streets they don't take space from private cars. You get rid of bus lanes. Running costs of driverless mono rail are lower than buses.

During night and daytime tracks get traffic from driverless vans. New delivery system has already railroad system, where you have storage cars in small districts and satellite towns. These cars allows local shops sell stuff with the same prices than big malls. Monorail based distribution system improves localization. 

Driverless monorail can drop your parcels and purchases to the nearest monorail collection stop. Possible that future cars drops the parcels to your home door, an hour after you have ordered or purchased the stuff.

New energy solutions allows world to go back to the times before oil and energy crisis. There aren't any limits for energy consumption anymore. The more energy you spend, the smaller the unit price is.

Yes. Construction cost of The Strut was $70 millions in 1996. It converts to $130 millions in 2019. With owned plot and sandbox might pay $200 millions from it.

No need to worry, that desert restoration would fail. In the picture there are two man made green areas from Las Vegas.
The closer area is one square kilometer. Area in the back is slightly smaller. Las Vegas is full of similar kind of manmade green golf courses and parks.

Eastern roof is 200 meters long, private penthouse doesn't need that much. Can build another room and staircase-elevator system to private part, at the end of eastern wing. Possible to build more than one private roof section.

In principle it should work. People at Salton Sea have already done so. There 100 km / 60 mile long green slice from Salton Sea to Colorado river. Slice is surrounded by sand deserts. After Colorado river, the slice ends into plain sand desert, from where southern restoration begins.

Laughlin is 60 miles from Vegas. It has zero effect to Vegas weather. Massive field areas leads to rainforest like local climate system.

In junk yards and ocean bottoms there could be around billion tons organic waste. One cubic meter sand needs another cubic meter organic waste. One cubic meter of produced good soil weighs 2 tons. From two billion tons you get one billion cubic meters good soil. One cubic meter is enough for covering 3 square meter area. The area you can cover with waste is 3 000 km² or 1900 square miles. In total you have to cover 20 000 000 km². Only farmed lands need over 30 cm layers. Forests and meadows doesn't need as much. Fastest, but not necessarily the safest, way to get carbon are  man made eruptions. Controlled and planned eruptions can be used for landscaping. Underwater eruptions on small volcanic island are rather safe.

Eruptions are natures tool for fertilizing the ground. In Europe and Asia volcanoes have held the land fertile. Africa, Americas and Australia misses volcanoes.

Southern Los Angeles area used to have rainforests.
There are dried, dense river networks. You can see the beds from aerial pictures. During rainforest era, sharp mountains were obviously hidden into good soil. There was almost plain ground with rich, fast growing vegetation.

What was your goal in nuclear research ?
My job was to find a way to demolish nuclear waste storages and old, obsolete nuclear plants. Einstein and his nuke boys "forgot" to tell the buyers, how plants are demolished ... after they come to the end of their lifespan. Demolition job turned out be rather easy and safe. Not necessarily an awful expensive thing to do. HF doesn't attach to other materials, like radiation and smell-scent system do. If check outs verifies my research, first demolition projects begin in 2021.

HF causes cancer, how can HF plant be safe ?
HF cylinder is entirely closed. Cylinders don't have much HF in them. HF doesn't create HF. Neither does it explode HF into atomic molecules. Plants and panels safety is made for chemical accidents and leaks. 

HF becomes dangerous after it gets in touch with water. Nuclear plant creates and keeps HF in water. HF plant's reactor room is as dry as possible. HF reactor room temperatures are held below 19C, so that leaked HF takes liquid form. In liquid form HF doesn't escape with ventilation and door openings. After accident reactor room is sealed until temperatures falls below 19C. Room is coated with HF resistant glass. Nuclear plant and storage demolition begins also with drying and cooling. Drying puts HF into internal chain reaction mode. Protective clothes for HF are made so, that sweat and breathing doesn't make the outer layers wet.

Demolition of the plant begins from reactor room and places where HF had a chance to penetrate into construction. You melt ( or check with some other method ) detached stuff until there isn't a single trace of HF in the released gases. After that plant can be demolished as common construction. It is very easy to separate HF from common air. With special dry and cooled container, it is possible to safely transport detached parts into processing facility. For the trips on public roads, you can get police escort, if needed. Escort is needed for accident prevention. Leaked HF is nightmarish thing, most polluted parts need very high safety measures.

You might be capable of cleaning corrupted walls and parts with vacuum. First you warm / cool vacuumed area to 20C for keeping gaseous HF as small as possible. When you create vacuum system over the corrupted area HF should come out from the construction.  Vacuum system must replace the HF with air or some other harmless gas. Low Friction material, operating principle

Low friction steel  is actually a permanent magnet.

They need opposite rolling directions. Low friction ball bearing is made so, that surfaces rotate the balls. Low friction material is an atom level needle bearing.
