The addresses will be extended to 64 bit signed integers. So, that earlier 0 - 255 ranges changes to 0 - 9 223 372 036 854 775 807. In total IP address grows from 32 bits to 256 bits. Ports are changed to 64 bit signed integers, the count and range raises from1024 to earlier 63 bit maximum. Range allows you to use random and constantly changed port numbers. All 32-bit computers and CPUs support 64 bit signed integers. Last 16 bit computers were built in mid 1990s.

New IP address allows you to assign private IP-address to all people in the world. You can for example convert social security numbers into IP addresses. So that each country has it's own, unique address space for it's current, past and future citizens. Birthday in form YYYYMMDD+HHMMSS fits easily into one 64 bit slice.
Also possible to left first number series to intergalactic addressing system, use for example number 3 for earth.  Intergalactic system needs entries for galaxy, star system and planet. Number three assigns zeroes to Milky way and Solar system.
It is not possible to build unique intergalactic system with four 32 bit slices. With 32 bit slices US-system would be tight fit. US postal code needs 7 digits, 2 for state and 5 for postal code inside the state. Such would leave only 428 entries to country codes. There is no need to save space and time with such tightness.

You haven't changed goal prices for oil ?
No. Ground oil has been so cheap, that it has been very easy to waste plastics and  fabrics. Such times are not coming back any-day soon. There isn't oil to waste anymore. Last bigger oil fields were discovered over 20 years ago. With fuel-ball-tech and overhauled heads you can or could keep traffic going, just like before. Shift from liquid fuels to fuel balls and powdered fuel is not very big.

Our companies are asked to reduce unnecessary oil, plastic and fabric usage. Estimated, that the first cuts will be "surprisingly" big. So big, that there is no need to set new, higher goal prices. Idea in the high prices is to motivate companies and people to reduce ground oil, plastic and fabric usage. And avoid the sudden, major crash. In both consumers and producers economies.

What is difference in between work and hobby, some people tend to forget it ?
Work refers nowadays to things, you do to other people ... and get money or compensation from it. Hobbies have their origin in personal pleasure and interest. These things were the content of my first famous financial study from the early 1990s. It brought the consumers and consumer based economies to spotlights. Hardly anyone remembers and no-one uses preceding company-oriented system.

Nazis and Fascists are socialist factions. In communism private ownership is prohibited. In socialism politburo and state owns almost everything, but private ownerships are not totally forbidden.

Boor and barbarian refers to vulgar, uncivilized peasants. Selfish people, whose envy against those, who are brighter and doing somehow better, has ran out of control. Poorer person can for example trigger that uncontrolled rage simply by walking happily on the street. Boor envies this person, because the poor person is happy and the boor .. who is doing better in all other aspects ... is not. Boor bosses are very poor bosses, their personal interests overrides often company's and working community's interests.

Noble people, especially noble women, are discreet people. Noble, discreet woman needs often protection against uncivilized, insolent commies, socialists, peasants and boors.
When word peasant can be neutral by it's nature, boor, barbarian and goon are always loaded with despise.
Peasants learn this amazing hatred & rage as kids from home or later from their social group. Education doesn't make you civilized. Sometimes discreet, noble nature is a birth gift. Birth gifts are permanent things, no matter how much others try, you never give up from your birth gifts. What-ever-they-may-be. There are for example some homosexuals, whose homosexuality is a birth-gift. Roasted ham is wrapped into aluminum foam for preventing drying. There are special thermometers, which are pushed into chunk, so that the tip and heat sensor are in the center. Ham is ready after center temperature is around 70C. Without thermometer each kilogram adds one hour to roasting time in 100 - 125 C oven.

Ham is good example from the way, time and overtime affects to cooking and baking. During roasting it is important to keep temperatures low, otherwise fat melts to bottom and produced sauce. You cannot speed up roasting with higher temperatures.

Oil drilling provides directly and indirectly well paid jobs to local people and economies. People, who works in drilling businesses, makes the nation wealthy. Drilling companies and their workers spreads the wealth.
In mining, drilling and forest industries almost all proceeds are left to domestic hands. Therefore these industries have always big effect to national wealth and economies.

Typical Arabs and Jews are not religious extremists. Arabs and Jews are traders. Their traditional, over 2 000 year old, trade routes go from Morocco to Being, China.

Game gets stuck into level change, when 8 out of 10 attributes are 100. Game gets stuck in to leveling screen, where your assign 3 or more points to attributes. Have already scored seven attributes to 100. Highest remaining, open attribute is 98, lowest is only 70.

Medieval Elder Scroll realms are much like modern realms in Nice Guy movie. In Morrowind there are 10 story lines, you can play freely in random order. Primary goal is to train your avatar into levels, where you can beat the evil Dagoth Ur at Red Mountain. In training you can orient to magical and-or physical fighting. Game crashes quite often in Superfast. It has embedded Intel graphics. 

Superfast is not capable of running the game without annoying "Loading Exterior" breaks. With XP Superfast runs with maximal 3.6 GHz speed. With multithreading and messaging you can get major boost to 3D games speed and-or visual quality. Get some real-life advantage from multi-core tech.

With 4 button mouse and mouse movement steering you can fly and move smoothly. You assign buttons to forwarding,  reversing, shooting and selecting / opening. Four button wheeled mouse has scrolling buttons on the side, you operate them with thumb. Can use scroll buttons for controlling movement's direction and changing gears. Speed / gas pedal can be set with wheel. Left and right buttons are left free for fighting and other activities.

Activision-Blizzard is not a company. It is one game publisher division in French Canal +. Computer games have similar kind of publisher-producer system than movies. Most computer game producers have fallen into publishers ownership.

PC belongs to useful, educational toys and devices. Such makes it possible for parents to use more money into PC and PC games than consoles & console games, phones & mobile games. When you play games with PC, you learn usage of the computers, which are used in work-life. Job opportunities, where you don't use PC computers are nowadays rare. Slim PCs maximal powers are 250 - 350W, you cannot get the best add-on cards to slim PC. Slim PCs power units are not big enough for the best available tech and the most demanding games / game settings. Laptop can never use more than 50 - 100 W. Mobile phones maximal game construction powers are marginal. Maximal game sizes, wire-frame & and texture qualities are not very big either.

Midi tower PC is companies favorite. It is cheap buy. Broken machines can be fixed with add-on parts. Mid tower box wasn't very popular, before I chose it to my first work computer. Common PCs had slim boxes, workstations had full-height tower boxes. Full width midi-tower can have work-stations standard power unit, it can have three to five 5 inch front panel extensions. In late 1990s it was very easy to add sound card, network card, CD and DVD drives into 45 x 15 cm Midi-Tower boxes and ready made Midi Tower computers.

Float has two byte aligned variables.
- First sets decimal point's position.
- Second sets sign and significant numbers

- Negative infinite value is the lowest possible value, positive is the highest.

With one byte shifter :
- Positive infinite is 128 and highest significant number.
- Negative Infinite is -127 and lowest significant number.

Brains are special kind of muscles, intellectual work could consume brains and brain cells faster than usual. Almost everyone is physically in good condition, when they die. Death comes as big surprise to others. Finns, Finnish Government and the allies tried get rid of me in 2009 summer. Survival and recovery to current ... from the things they did and planned to do to me ... is one kind of a miracle. I have already lived over 13 years on overtime. In principle I should die long before 70. My predecessors were never systematically abused, humiliated, persecuted and tortured.

Correction : Float follows and uses signed integers. Signed integer has sign always in last bit. Computer writes all numbers in reversed left-to-right order. In easy order exponent comes after significant number. Not before like in Real numbers.

Integer compatibility needs, that there are signs in exponent and numbers. And that sign is stored to numbers. 

Integer compatibility favors system, where exponent is the last number's decimal position. Common integer can be placed directly into float. CPUs float handler checks the trailing zeroes and sets the exponent to first significant number. Number 100 is always stored so that number is 1, exponent is 3. You can never store trailing zeroes into significant numbers, such would violate demand for unique presentations.

Floats decimal positions are calculated with powers of 10. In mathematics it is agreed, that 5^{^0} = 1. In reality power of zero results always to zero. This leaves zero exponents unused. Shift to fractional numbers start from -1. Integer shift begins from 1. Since Float can have only one presentation for each number, zero is set to 0+0.

It would be possible to build system, where zero exponent refers to plain integers and exponent 1 would already multiply the number with 10. In this system infinite numbers could be numbers, whose exponent is set and number series is 0. By default all zero settings convert to 0-0 and zero value. In this system number 100 is stored so that exponent is 2 and number is 1. CPU must either iterate or extract floats for comparisons. Iterator can use the same loop and small buffers for all stored numbers and sizes.

Four byte float, which replaces Singles has 1+3 bytes, replacement for double has 2 + 6 bytes. In native format they extend to 1+4 and 2+8 bytes. Native short float has 1+2 bytes. Small float has 2 + 4 bytes.  Large float has 4 + 8 bytes.
Then there could be 4+16 and 8 + 16 byte astronomic floats. Galactic floats could be 8+32 and 16+32 bytes. Astronomic floats fit also to atomic calculations. Large float is the biggest possible for current computers. Byte aligned float allows you to build tight CPU loops. Byte is the smallest supported data size for CPU. Bits can be easily handled only as indicators.

One byte depth-limit comes from functions parameter-variable definitions, color-and-palette records definitions. Bitmap, with what computers display all graphics and most texts, limits color depth to 255 bits per pixel. Currently you use 24-32 bit depth. Bitmap allows you to use 32 bit integers in R-G-B-A fields. Four 64-bit integers overlap, their definition would be 256 bits per pixel. 

Might want to build 32-bit support to upgraded functions and record definitions. One and two byte functions and records belong to poor and amateurish programming practices. Good program never sets limits to the usage of underlying data.

How can you keep Windows XP the newest OS in our companies. Microsoft and others gave up from XP long time ago ?

New Year's eve is the busiest day of the year to western restaurants, hotels, their workers and live entertainers.
New year's eve has been a day for public celebrations for an awful long time.

When I was younger Christmas day was exclusively dedicated to family, Christmas treats and presents. All shops, venues, mass-transports and others were closed on Christmas day. Every one .. except priests ... had a chance to celebrate proper Christmas. You could trade the chance to fair compensation and work in minimalist emergency services. To priests, organ players and sextons Christmas day is usually the busiest and most important day of the year.

Contrast to daily routines makes weekends, holidays and holydays special. Poorer families Christmases are often much happier and better than wealthier families. Bigger contrast makes it happen.

In western world all professions have a union, which takes care of workers things and rights. Biggest worker groups and sectors have their own unions. Then there are unions, which present many professions and sectors. Union system extends to highly educated people, who works in executive team and as CEO. Owners and their companies have similar kind of union system.

When you come to western country and start to work in some private company, your wage and terms are the same than they are to other workers. Wages and terms - unions negotiate - applies to all workers. Nationality and membership in union has no effect to your wage, treatment and terms. If you get into troubles, membership in union is usually needed. Union's support to rogue workers is limited.

In 1960s work-life in capitalist countries was relaxed. Common car mechanic could for example have extended lunch hours in local restaurant, without any consequences. In old Elvis movies there are many visualizations from the way people worked in 1960s. You could slip to your personal errands during working day and so on. 

In assembly line and process work, machines and work-mates set the demand for continuous work and presence. One missing person stops the whole system. In electronics there are assembly lines, where workers take the circuits from the incoming assembly line. They do their job and place the circuit to outgoing, processed circuits assembly line. These lines allows you to have short breaks. Long break causes rush to your unit and slows down the following units. In singular line, you must visit for example toilet during coffee and lunch breaks. You can never leave your workplace. Singular line is mandatory to big and heavy things.

Happy New Year celebrations, wishes fully automated bar-tender

Automatic bar-tender looks a lot like common wending machine. It is not an android. It will get a version, which is used in restaurants. And used for mixing drinks to waitresses and bar tenders. Machine shortens service time. Then it reduces need for waitresses and bar-tenders. 

Automated bar-tender for the floor or whole hotel is quite a lot cheaper to visitors than mini-bar. Prices are not bigger than in hotel's or ship's restaurants. Automated bar-tender has also much bigger storages for booze and others. Mini-bar can never fulfill needs of after party troupes. Which gathers into some-one's room.

Like Jack has said earlier automation improves citizens living standards. Reduced demand for waitresses can be compensated, with the number of people, who are trained to restaurant work. Most waitresses, who works in restaurants, have an education for restaurant work ... bar tending. In training you learn drinks, serving systems, dishes and things like that. When you go up from beer-pubs, you must be capable of recommending drinks and dishes. And so on.
Typically automation spreads into new businesses slowly. It can take few decades, before most companies are automated. Initial costs are always big. Shift is hardly ever trouble-free. Old bosses, keepers and owners are not usually very interested in big things and changes.

Improved automation doesn't automatically lead into firings. Shorter service time can also increase the sales. If in the past average customer took 8 drinks, shorter service time can raise the average to 9 or 10.

System, where waitress enters orders into Wi-Fi pad application is also possible. When waitress comes to counter, ordered drinks and snacks are waiting on the tray, ready for serving. 
A la carte food ... you order from menu ... is made after order, cooking takes usually over 15 minutes. Ready-made, warmed systems belong to snack-bars, hamburger stands, kiosks and cafeterias. Pizzeria works already with a la carte principle.

First commercially manufactured computers had floating, signed integer variables. Before integer floats, first computer prototypes had unsigned and later signed integers.
Currency is simplified, primitive version from actual float. Original float definition has field size and number of decimals. Currency has always 4 decimals.
Jack's upgrade adds exponents into old float. Iteration loop allows you to build floats, whose size and decimal position are given in variable and database-field definitions.

New float is AC computers native number. In AC computer you can never move bits to right and left. You add and subtract voltages. Float can be easily added also into binary CPUs.
Old float kind of died, when mid-range and main-frame computers started to use PCs faster x86 CPUs. x86 chips miss native support for old float.

As you can read from yesterday's chapter, inaccurate real is amateurishly designed data type. Origin is obviously in university and UNIX world. In business world every cent and penny counts, inaccurate calculations are not acceptable. Inaccurate calculation messes books and billing systems. In real-type calculations, faults accumulated value can raise to millions of dollars.
With old float it was possible to add as many decimals to variables as needed. Get correct results from interest, discount, margin, provision and bonus calculations. You could use varying integer floats in same calculation. 

Base amount could have 2 decimals, interest rate 4 decimals, overdue days 0 decimals. First you calculated daily interest amount and placed result into work field, which had 9 or more decimals. Then you multiplied daily interests with overdue-days and used 4 decimal accuracy in result field. After this you rounded and dropped decimals from 4 to 3. Eventually you rounded 3 decimal variable into 2 decimal result variable. Can never perform this simple and very often needed-used calculation correctly with x86 CPU and it's real-currency data types.

Did you actually do all this ?
Yes. There was functions, with what you could perform rounding. Standard rounding is 2-step system. First you round 2nd dropped number to 1st dropped number. Second dropped number can raise the result with one. Then you perform actual rounding with first dropped value. Although possible, shift-check is done to only 2nd dropped number. It is possible, that 5-9 in 3rd dropped, raises four in 2nd to five. When so, number four in 2nd can sometimes shift four in first to 5 and result into shifted rounding. This shift series can continue endlessly. $1.644446 millions correct rounding  is $1.65 millions and not $1.64 millions, which comes with standard rounding.

Accurate values for arithmetic functions can be nowadays calculated with Jack's formulas and re-discovered definitions. Roots are still based to tables and iterations. Roots miss fully resolved form and formula.
