Milky way galaxy misses the physical object in the center. Galaxy's time-tube is set of it's components time tubes.
Each star system in galaxy has nestled time tubes. Looks like, that you would penetrate into past and future through stars time-tube.
In simple visualization you show star tubes. Time-crafts go in and come out from these tubes walls.

You can define limits for blessed Sundays, respect for parents, treatment of others, stealing, killing, adultery, greed and envying. You can add extensions for animals and nature into commandments. And so on.
Overlapping pagan and Christian holydays are examples from the way you can stretch demand for worshipping only one God. Popular pagan holyday or festival without Christian connection violates 1st commandment.

Our wage and income division policies limits the standard price into a close match to yearly revenues. It is the price retiring entrepreneur can get from his-her healthy company. If you don't need tax optimization, money is transferred to your account right after you have signed the papers. Payments are always made with possessed cash. Have few billions loose cash for unexpected costs, purchases and payments. Acquirement of smaller company ... from trusted entrepreneur ...  takes less than one week.

No idea ... about the current status of salt water systems. Haven't been capable of personally verifying and detailing estimations from the seas and oceans salt content system. Automation and low energy costs makes it possible to have a world, where everyone enjoys western living standards. You don't need Mexican scums, who does the dirty jobs for you with bargain prices.

Cost system goes also to cyborgs and androids. Androids running costs are much more bigger than cyborgs. Android's day lengths are a match to other living things. Cyborg can be turned off, when it is not needed. Android needs sleep, care and spare time activities. Android can get tired, happy, playful, sad and angry ... then it can suffer from depression. In assembly-line businesses, bio-mechanical limbs are often better and cheaper than androids.

Indirect daylight's power is only around 150 lumens. Solar power collectors must always follow the sun, and keep tilt angles as small as possible. Bigger tilt angle scraps the collected power. Tilted light lightens black surface. Black, polished furniture can have almost bright white shades on it.

Optimal optical system for black panels is complicated. First you must collect incoming beams as efficiently as possible. Many animals and all birds build homes to themselves. Beaver builds dams, squirrel storages. Most four legged animals have more flexible head and mouth than humans. After the animals get civilized, they develop their techniques and tools with and to their physical existence.
Dogs use often their front paws for keeping objects in place. They use their mouth and nose for performing intended action.
Worlds with four legged, crawling, flying and underwater humanoids have very little in common with our world.

Humans capabilities to speak and walk are learnt things. These things are not impossible to animals. Thickness of new born babies hands and legs are pretty much the same. Difference comes with growth. Possible for four legged animal to raise permanently on two legs.
Animals, who doesn't live very long, cannot learn difficult things. There is not enough time. In other worlds age is insignificant. Life spans can vary, bodies can have small differences. Front paws can have some kind of fingers and so on.

Worlds, where human's look-a-likes dominate, overall looks should be pretty much the same than on earth. Earth's overall looks comes with natural selection and practicality. All original communities have for example ended into boxed multi-floor houses.

Yes, of course. 

When Star Trek's Starfleet becomes true, it's space crafts bridges can have various seats and control sets. Then there can be flats for varying inhabitants. Duo-core CPU is the last significant innovation, Jack's multimedia computer got during his ruling. If you don't remember multicore CPU has always worked with full speed in Windows XP. Independently built Windows XXX limits maximal speed to 2.6 GHz. Blue Ray discs and other attempts to bring something new into multimedia computers, without Jack's assistance, have failed.
In late 1990s DVD superseded VHS within few years. Computers got DVD drives in 1998. Few years after millennium VHS recorder demand & manufacturing declined and died.

You could name space hotel site as New Vegas. Space Hotel's concept and location are much like Las Vegas.
New Vegas will get big outdoor theme park. There will be all kinds of brand new attractions, which are impossible in gravitational field.
Space football, space-hockey, space racing and space sports in general are also different from on-ground sports.

There will also be New Hollywood. Big movie studios and settings are easy and cheap in space. In low gravitation studios you can make awesome, fully acted on-ground stunts.

Commercial space exploration needs new set of gauges and sensors. In space differences are often too small for earthly sensors and gauges. 
Then you have to check and possibly synchronize all clocks. Quartz for example doesn't necessarily vibrate with the same speed than on earth.
Raw materials need general strength checkout. Checkout can result into distance based correction factors. If correction factors are needed, all planets, moons and stars needs their own factors. In extra terrestrial systems dominating R-force varies and changes required correction factor.

Possible. There is nothing I can do to it in current environment. If I was allowed to retire, like I wanted, could have revised key chapters and act as part-time consult in development projects.

How are you ?
Getting better, but not fully recovered. Just showered and washed myself for the first time in four months. Can also visit toilet, without significant difficulties and pains. Walks on slippery pavements are risky. If I slip and fall. like I did earlier this week, it can take over minute, before I get up again. Has to figure out a system for swinging myself up and roll a little for getting proper start up position.. It is tricky, because positions into which I can set my legs, hips and back - without initiating constant, excessive pains - are limited. Pains never stop, before I lie down into bed.

Laws are very tight also about internet. All changes to TCP-IP protocol need Jack's literal consent. Long domain names and DHTML-5 misses required consent. Literal, signed consent is needed also for using HTML and DHTML formats in worldwide broadband network. Legally you can use HTML-DHTML formatted files only in TCP-IP network.

Expectations for weekend's major movie opening are high. Dungeons and Dragons is $155 million action fantasy. With PG-13 age recommendation.
PG and PG-13 are advisories, not restrictions. R is the only age restriction. Theaters do not usually control patron's ages. If you look like 10 years old, and you buy a ticket for R-rated movie, at box-office you might be asked if you really came to see this movie. And that's all. Movies and video games age ratings are owner's restrictions. There aren't any laws and punishments for violations. Ratings help you to find a movie or game, which fits your taste and age.

From movie's detailed age rating find a a reason for the rating. Typical reasons for R are violence, nudity and rough language. Pornographic contents distribution is in many countries regulated by laws. If movie has scenes, which can be interpreted as pornographic, national age rating committee can forbid movie's commercial distribution. Usually age rating demands ... related cuts and re-shootings ... come from your own "upstairs". From the same place, production gets budget and money.

Majority from popular movies are PG-13 movies. Next popular are un-rated and PG animations for kids and families. R-rated content is popular only in broadcasters and script writers imagination.

Scientific expedition to moon belongs to the first things you should do.
You should check and map moon's surface, size, gravitational and rotational systems.
These things can be done from moon's atmosphere. Trips from earth to moon's atmosphere are possible right after you get hi-altitude airliners into R-field.

Both Moon and Mars were estimated to have water. After you have visited moon's atmosphere, you can start to prepare manned fights to atmospheres of  Venus and Mars.
Electric jets are not needed for these flights. They are needed before regular space trafficking is possible.

After first flights to moon's atmosphere, you should start to plan, prepare and send landing parties to moon.

From one steel ton you get around 200 square meters 0.5 mm bottom plate, for one floor space green house. When hectare is 100 * 100 = 10 000 m², you need around 50 tons steel for one hectare bottom plate. One square km needs 5 000 tons steel. When steel costs around $1 000 per ton, one km² bottom plate costs around $5 millions. With cones and others, price could raise to $10 millions. In space harvests are at least 3 times bigger than on Earth. Yearly wheat harvests could be around 20 tons per hectare, and 2 000 tons per km². If you get $300 per ton, revenues raises to $600 000. Well made space green houses should last few hundred years.
Steel tons volume is 125 liters.

First years capital costs and life spans are so big, that greenhouses should be built with tax-money. Farmers and farming companies can rent fields and houses from the community. Community can spread interest free construction costs to expected lifespan and pay the house with cash / collected taxes. With 200 years lifespan construction cost makes $50 000 a year plus interest. Community could ask 5-10% from yearly revenues to itself. Provisioned rent raises automatically with inflation and economical growth. It takes few decades before provisioned rent starts to bring benefit to community.
Farmed fields capital costs are difficult also in earthly farming. Commercial forest suffers also from big capital costs. You get money from the investment with 20 to 50 year intervals. Space forests grow quickly into full length. They grow with full speed all day and year long. 

Residential, industrial and commercial districts land-rents can be bound to communities GDP.
Outside farming, foresting and fishing plate's construction costs are not very important. Required areas are so much smaller.

One space greenhouse hectare produces food to around 50 people. One square kilometer is enough for 5 000 people. New Vegas needs 1 000 km² fields for providing food to it's inhabitants and visitors. One hotel might need one square kilometer fields for it's visitors and staff. These fields add around $10 millions to hotels construction costs. Hotels construction costs start from few hundred millions.
In manufacturing businesses system is the same. Companies can build the fields to their employers and sub contractors. Include the costs in to facilities construction costs. Later it can rent fields to farmers and farming companies, with local community's tariffs and terms. Local community maintains and fixes the farms and others. It gets a provision from the rents, which are paid to private owners. When construction is on owned plot, you can get the required services from community.
