Snow came over week ago. It has been so cold, that it hasn't melted away. Climate change has made white Christmases more common than before.

You have a separate name for Christmas elves ?
In Swedish their name is "tompte", in Finnish "tonttu". Translators suggest, that xMas elves names in English are brownie and elf. Since elf is strongly reserved, brownie is better for xMas elves.
xMas elves are dwarfs, who live in mountains. They miss elves pointy ears. Brownies can turn themselves invisible and float in the air. Then they can shrink themselves to mouse size. These two are the only magical skills brownies have. They are Christmas Guy's spies, who lurk kids and their behavior. Sometimes they do small pranks to humans. Adults and kids, both.

It was already known, that space can have life forms. This year aqua and also underground people had good chances to exist. And live with solar power. Aqua people live with sun's UV-beams, underground people with xRay-beams. Both aqua and underground people have days and nights. Animals capability to see during nights have nothing to do UV and xRay beams. Cats, bats and owls eyes are different from ours. Pension funds are always the biggest domestic capital holders. Commies are naturally dying to get these funds into their usage and under their control.

You not making illustrated Christmas special for this year ?
No. Even if I wanted, have no idea, where my picture directories could be. Made new space for movies, moved picture libraries into a new location. Cannot remember where they are. Have around 20 loose hard disks. Checked that the directories are not on any smaller USB disks. Don't have a computer into which I could simply plug in and out big 3.5" disks.

In companies sheets, indirect and direct labor costs are pending debts to workers. Money belong to workers, they are workers negotiated share from revenues. Companies cannot legally pay the indirect and direct labor costs to anyone else, but the worker, who has earned them. Payments to other receivers needs, literal, signed agreement with workers. Ancient supporters of socialist dictator ships don't possess required agreements with workers.
Income tax collection system, where employers collect and pay workers taxes, is devious communist cheat and fraud. Owners cannot say a word to workers income taxing. On the other hand workers cannot say a word about taxes, employers collect from their wages before payment.
Automatic income tax collection is possible only then, when commies negotiate taxes with our workers every year. And workers bring the signed agreements about taxes and automated tax collection to employers.
Each income tax change must be negotiated with workers ... if commies want to keep their biggest net-tax-payers inside their borders. Usage of the tax money doesn't belong to negotiations.
Production transfers began after it was possible to reduce production costs with automation and robots. Actual reason for production transfers has always been in politics, civil servants and midgets. Politics and midgets are naturally very quiet about, usually well known, self-oriented reasons.

In your opinion 2009 recession was intentionally caused by politics, bankers, midgets and civil servants ?
So it  seems. Luckily I had few trillions loose cash in my own, pension and insurance funds, when I launched FP2009 in March 2009. It took six months to collect sufficient amounts of cash for the constantly "requested" bail out. Politics, banks, public funds and midgets didn't have a chance to beat and pluck me then. Fucking flat broke internet clowns.

Pension and insurance funds can collect cash by delaying released capital's recycling. They do not re-invest money, they get from closing loans, to new loans right away. Like they usually do.

System is simple. Sunbeams are moving energy charges. When aired electricity increases air molecules activity or speed, sunbeams collide with air molecules more often. Long time ago all bigger celebrations last many days.
Weddings last a week and so on.

You know any old Finnish Christmas songs ?
Never heard Tip-Tap song in other languages. It is popular interactive song, that talks about brownies nightly visit to layed Christmas dinner table. One old local Christmas tradition / treat is, that you can eat all night long. When so, food is held on table over Christmas night.

First verse goes "Torches go down. The Whole House is sleeping. Brownies crawl out from their holes. On Their toes ... On their toes." then comes chorus "Tip-Tap Tip-Tap Tippe-Tippe Tip-Tap".  these words don't have any meaning. In first verse they describe brownies walk on their toes. In live performances audience takes part to chorus with bodily movements, sometimes they join the song. In some verse brownies gather around table and start to eat. Chorus and bodily movements refer to whispered questions : "How does food taste ... food taste ?". And so on. Don't remember all verses. In last verse brownies sneak away, to under the bridge.

Why does Christmas Guy and Brownies use red clothes ?
Red is the first and most popular color in Nordic countries. Red color ingredients can be extracted and red paint can be made from clay. White comes from wool and sheep skins. In old illustrations Christmas Guy has long, dark gray sheep skin coat. Fur is inside the coat, turned collars are white.  When I was young, the real, visiting Christmas Guy had always long, dark gray sheep skin coat. Christmas Guys in shops and street sides, with red costumes, were playing and portraying the real guy.

In Christmas eve evening, before worldwide nightly tour, Christmas Guy visits all Nordic households, who has kids.

During the time British Christmas last 12 days, Christmas was Yule. In Swedish dialects word for Christmas is Jul. Both words are pronounced in the same way. Christmas Guy doesn't have archaic Viking oriented word ... probably anymore. During 12 day Christmas, Christmastime was Yuletide. In Swedish dialects tid means time.

The lost word for Santa could be Yule-gob or Yule-gobber. Gob and gobber refers to sailor. In Swedish dialects Santa is Jul-Gubben.
Yule Goblin is also possible. Vikings occupied Scotland and northern England at the same time, Romans ruled southern England. English and Swedish have lots of common. They share articles, word orders and be verb system ... then there are many shared words and word-twists.

Kick-sledge on the left is fast muscle powered sledge. 
Before climate change and warm winters it was popular amongst northern kids and adults.
Kick-sledge works well on ice and icy roads.
Blades are almost as sharp and narrow as skates.
On the chair you can transport senior citizens, kids, girl friends, passed husbands, bags and parcels.
Kick-sledges are manufactured in two sizes. Another is for kids and another for adults.
Kick-sledge is something like bicycle for winters.

Water-sledge is another Nordic, muscle powered sledge.
Water-sledge has bigger level in the front, around 10 cm from the ground. Instead of blades it has around 2 cm wide skis at both sides.
You don't stand on skis, water-sledge is pushed from the back. Usually with walk, sometimes with kicks.
Water-sledge is used for moving bigger and heavier things.

Nowadays plastic, dragged Laplander's sledges and dragged steered sledges are the mot popular. Both sledges are made for kids only.
Laplander's sledge doesn't have feet. It is tub, which lies over ice and sinks into snow. Dragged young kids and parcels are placed to the tub.
Steered sledge has three skis. Two in the back and one short steering ski in the front. You sit on bench, much like in motor cycle.
Both sledges can be used for sliding down the hills ... hill-sliding.

In 1950s plastic toys were still rare. First plastic toys were made from hard plastics. 
Most first generation plastic dolls from late 1950s and early 60s went broke easily. Plastic toy cars, Cowboy and Indian soldier sets for boys were stronger.
Softer and stronger plastic dolls and balls were developed in mid 1960s. Soft sandbox and beach toys came a year or two after. Before plastic balls, there was soft rubber ball toys. 
Hard plastic sandbox sets, especially buckets, went broke easily.

Lego blocks belong to first generation plastic toys from 1950s. First electric car and plastic railway tracks came to shops in early 1960s. Wooden railway track is an older toy.
Barbie belongs to first softer and thicker plastic dolls. Smaller plastic animals and animal sets came to shops at the same times with Barbie.

Plastic toy boom died in late 1970s. There aren't many newer, popular toy types. Cannot remember anything else, but video games and RC controlled plastic vehicles for kids..
Remember Me has spawned into popular on-line games to kids and pre-teenagers. PC games official purpose is to familiarize kids to computer usage in school and work life. You can find Jack's official statement from old archives ( not on this site ).
In late 1990s, when multimedia computers came, people were still shy and scared to use computers and PC. From this aspect world and attitudes have changed an awful lot.

Well, it is at least interesting to see them, after internet and www goes down. And most from their vital systems crash. If you had no intention to pay your bills and act by the rules ... given by owners and payers ... you shouldn't have come in the first place.

How much Finns paid war compensations to Soviets after WW II ?
In old encyclopedias court assigned compensations are $400 millions. After inflation adjustment it makes $5 billions in modern money. Less than 10% from Finnish governments yearly budgets. Baked anything recently ?

Started to construct new fat and egg free dough for delicatessens ... for getting rid of sugar pack with reasonable calorie loads. Currently wasting the sugar with dough, that has around 2 dl wheat flours, 2 dl milk, short vegetable oil burst, less than 0.5 dl common sugar ... spoonfuls of baking powder and vanilla sugar. Let dough swell around one hour ... like pancake dough ... before putting it to oven. Baking needs around 50 minutes in oven, at 180C.

Put the dough portions into boxes, where they form 1 to 2 cm thick layer.  Latest development rose nicely and formed air bubbles into baking. When baking was warm it was like common dry cake. After cooling, baking lost part of it's crispness.

White, hard decorations ... to for example cookie houses and Christmas cookies ... are made by mixing icing sugar with small amount of water. Hard, colored covers for filled cakes are often made with icing sugar and water.

Popular local dry cake ... Father Ambrosius' cake ... has hard, white dust sugar cover on the top. Have been wasting the expired sugar pack for creating hard covers for my dry-cake-plate developments.

Tax cards and their percents are pre-taxation percents. Cards official name is Pre-Taxation-Card. With pre-taxation, politics and IRS collect alms or taxes before actual taxation takes place. Actual taxation takes place once a year.

Air resistance calculations were made for cars. Trains, planes and ships need at least verification for the formula.
It is possible to divide cars air-factor to two. So that tires factor is 10 to 30 percents from the combined factor. You can use engine power to define logical speeds for calculating acceleration forces with air resistance forces formula. Resistance calculations are pretty accurate. When you push car, you you do that with around 0.3 kW force. With 0.3 kW push common car moves with around 5 km/h speed. Force calculations miss wheels power losses.

Yes of course. Not necessarily to the first flights. Trying to arrange as many planes and flights as needed and wanted. After rush to moon is over, same planes start to fly routes also to Venus and Mars.
In Solar system, conditions in Moon, Venus and Mars are closest to Earth. Possible, that after Mars you head to other star systems. Saturn and Jupiter are pre-estimated to be difficult to us.

What are you doing ?
Playing with marble and leather balls ?

Yes. Making background studies for the balls. Played over 5 years ago Flipper, that comes with older MS Windows operating system. It has all kinds moving ball handling routines. Game inspired me to write a simple game for balls. Programming ended before it began. Kicked balls need correctly defined kinetic energy charges. Had to discover secrets about kinetic energies, before realistic ball simulations were possible. Didn't have anything special ... interesting to do. Decided to return into old, abandoned programming project.

Now that kinetic energies are clear, calculations for ball simulations are rather easy. Soccer players' banana kicks' principles  took some time. In banana kick, the arc for track comes from spinning balls momentum. When ball spins into one direction all the time, momentum-forces move the ball sideways.

First strikes in billiard are complex, but not very difficult. There are many non-suspending collisions and short movements, that takes place almost at the same time.

Freely moving object takes energy from it's kinetic energy charge. It stops, after it's kinetic energies have fallen to zero.
In old kinetic energy definition, energies were calculated from acceleration. In old system steadily moving objects kinetic energies were zero.
Objects current kinetic energies are calculated with potential energies formula. You replace G-constant with object's current speed.
From this we end into situation, where G-force's unit and definition are incorrect. G-force drags objects with steady speed. Second in Newton is not in power of two.

No need to. You are not paid from the times you are in strike. Strikes about wages and working conditions are rare in our companies.
In our world, strikes belong workers constitutional rights. Demonstrations belong to general human rights.

African Star and Inca Treasure are rather unique treasure hunting board games. 
Besides friends, you can play board games also with your elder siblings, nannies and parents.

Treasure hunting reality games are common and popular. Very popular hide and seek is a variation from these reality games.

Blind and Catch are also near the treasure hunting games. In blind, blindfolded catcher tries to touch some other player. Touched player becomes new catcher. 
In catch, catcher runs after other players. Touched player becomes new catcher. Catch is usually played in outdoors, blind indoors.

There are busloads of 1st and 3rd person shooting games. In treasure hunting game you don't try to kill your opponents and NPCs.
Your back bag is loaded with money and various tools. Your missions are something like in Lara Croft and Elder Scrolls games.

NPCs can relate their personal problems to player, and so on. Clever AI can blather hours about NPCs personal problems, miserable childhood, daddy & mommy issues, etc.

Aqua world animals and creatures can see with sun's ultra violet and x-Ray radiation. Aqua world has days and nights, just like we. Fish has eyes, that can see in water. Fishes can see in the water and depths, where it is too dark for us and ground animals. There are quite many water animals, which are known to see well in water and air. Whales and dolphins can swim on water so, that their eyes are in air. Turtle and beavers can dive, swim and raise on ground. Crab and it's big brother Lobster lives at ocean bottom. They have hard, armored skin. They have 6 insect legs and two scissor hands. Their long tail has stinger. Poorly known shell is another armored bottom animal. Inside the hard, armored cover there is meat and pearl. Shell doesn't have eyes, gills and digestive system. Sea-star is is another plant like ocean bottom animal. Sea star has five stiff and short tentacle-legs.  Coral is third armored plant like bottom-animal. Corals glue themselves together and form tall, wall-like reefs into oceans. Soft skinned octopuses are something like ocean bottom mammals or humanoids. Octopus has eyes, mouth, big brains and eight long & loose tentacles.  Rays are carpet like fishes, that live at ocean bottoms. Rays and seahorses have eyes and brains. Jelly fishes are softer plant like, eyeless animals. They have mycelium legs at the bottom.  Jelly fishes cousin squid, has eyes and ten  tail-tentacles. They are fast swimmers. Jelly fish looks a lot like mushroom. Squid is cigar like, fast, hydro dynamical missile. Animals cannot have eyes without brains. Brainless plant-animals are not unique to aqua-world. Worms are best known, eyeless, on-ground plant-animals. Rule goes also other ways, animals with brains have always eyes. Plant animals prove, that cells are intellectual units. Rather badly failed Blue ... VW ... Beetle is good material for TV ?
Flash and Dungeons & Dragons failed to reach the audiences. Blue Beetle has clear faults. You should have scrapped over 2 hours movie to 1.5 hours. Remove stupid yelling and screaming scenes from the beginning. Possibly re-think, re-write and re-shoot some yelling and screaming scenes. When movies leading cast is young and-or inexperienced, you should hire experienced actor-oriented director to the movie. Commander, like David Gordon Green, has clear vision from the way scenes should look like. Commander treats actors like robots, he gives clear, detailed orders how to play each scene. George Lucas used to advise and motivate inexperienced actors .. for getting the intended looks to the scenes. 

Blue Beetle's second hour goes smoothly, but the stupid yelling scenes in the beginning made movie unpleasant to watch.

Fast and Furious X was okay ?
Yes. Story continues in next sequel.
How about Sony's mid budget Gran Turismo  ?
Dramatic, dialogue based beginning was a bit boring. Racing scenes were a bit tame. 
Monster movie Meg 2 - The Trench ?
Guess it was okay. It wasn't an obvious, cheap copy from Meg 1. 

Movies are good examples from the difficulties to get money from people. All they need is 10 box and two hours of people's time. Yet it is difficult to get your money back.

One week left to Christmas.
Mammal-like aquapus would need torso for carrying babies, digestives and others.
Yes of course. The aquapus in the picture is the only fantasized-octopus, I found from my picture libraries. Another pus is colored and resized.

There are around 600 known octopus specimens. Octopus can have 8 or 10 tentacles and 2 or 4 gills. 
Some octopuses specimens can hide themselves with black-ink sprays. Octopuses are sometimes called ink-fishes.
Octopus is well known to be complicated, bright animal. Octopus belongs to Greek cuisine. At least Greek. Never visited or read about another country, where you are served octopuses. Ate one small fella once.

Deep water and ocean bottom animals and plants are completely unknown to us. Up till Jack's latest releases, deep waters and ocean bottoms have been considered to be almost unreachable to us.

Double-track railways are much more cheaper to operate than ships. Double-track locomotives can be powered with oil and electricity.

So far, all places on earth have had animals. Water world's life cycle is different from ours. There animals, that eat smaller animals. Smaller animals eat plankton. Plankton is born from dead animals and excrements. Oceans don't have much plants, there are plant-animals. Chances to discover aquapus humanoids and cultures are not bad. Their unreachable sky begins from around 20 meter depth. Our oceanic activities gets very quiet after 10 meters.

Aquapuses cannot breath air. You need special trading points and air-diving gear for them.

You can build modules for ocean bottom tunnel on-ground. Tow and sink the modules to ocean bottom.  Empty, anchor, attach and seal the modules at ocean bottom.

Long tunnel can be built in parts. From one mining site or one potential mining site to another.
You can get better steel to the tunnel from opened ocean bottom mines. Possibly build the better modules at ocean bottom factories.
Tunnels are useful in wide scaled ocean bottom mining. Shipping costs of heavy metals, rocks and compressed, heavy organic materials are big.

In both series each author and author team can use same characters constantly and in some written stories.
In Conundrum detectives can be cops, agents, privates eyes, commoners, kids, guards, and so on. Resolved riddles don't have to be crimes.
It is possible to for example write a conundrum and surmisal story, where mom tries to find out, who emptied her cookie pot ... right before invited quests arrived.
Possible that both series have presenters for each episode. Presenter gives viewers initial settings and clues for the story.

Sundays' primary program is historical drama-action series. Few hundred years before Christ Egypt, Greece, Mesopotamia and Rome blossomed at the same time. Genitors takes place during this time, when book of Seven Wonders was written.

Possible models are democratic-kingdom, democratic-empire and presidential democracy. In kingdom presidency runs in family, in empire presidency lasts a lifetime and in democracy president can have two 4 to 6 year terms.
Off-world president-king-emperor  is in charge from relationships with other communities and countries. President signs the laws. President is supreme commander of militaries.

Ruler is a diplomat, who checks laws. Ruler advises community and it's reps in law-making.

Off-world kingdoms can have princes, princesses, cool castles ... lots of royal stories in off-world gossip medias.
Kingdom is usually founded by appointing the crown to some willing foreign royal family member. In off-world people vote kings and emperors from few candidates.

All kids must have a chance to show their talents and natural orientation, before they go to school. Off-world elementary schools have 1 to 2 talent hours a week. Kids can have additional hours from the subjects, they like the best.
Kindergartens' have nannies, who plays with kids terms. Kindergarten is cheaper alternative for housewife and hired nanny. Kindergarten nannies are typically young girls and retired grandmothers.

In kingdom, crown princes training to leadership and diplomatic tasks begin at very young age. Roman like empire, where where emperor takes an apprentice long before retirement is another good system. Elected presidents, politics and civil servants diplomatic skills seems to be at zero levels. They can blather their nonsense and lies smoothly. And that's all. They are not very clever and credible with their lies and cheats. In free capitalist democracy, their lies, cheats and stupidities are revealed quickly. And by multiple authors.

True life diplomatic skills are important in commercial space exploration. During first contacts suspicions are strong on both sides. Failure to initiate basis for fair, co-operative relations, results into long term difficulties ... wars, riots, terrorism and others.

How about dirty kings and emperors ?
You can set special law for voting ruling king out of power. Could make it so, that firing needs, that over 2/3 from over 18 year old citizens must vote for discharging the royal family. When 80% from grown ups takes part to voting, discharging must get over 84 % from given votes. Ruler's discharge could need over 50% support amongst all grown ups.

You could make the system so, that first born son is always in charge from militaries. Diplomatic tasks go to first born child. First born child inherits crown. When kingdom has divided the rule, first born son is in charge from militaries until he retires.
Ruling kings and queens retirement age and system could be the same as commoners.  After retirement old ruler acts as advisor and spare for new ruler.
Old ruler continues as wise king, wise queen or wise emperor.

Royal castle  holds residences for at least three generations. Emperor's palace needs separate residence for retired emperor. President's chateau has only one residence.
Sultan is match to king. Emir could match emperor. In Arabia Sheik is ruler of smaller domain. Something like count. Oil-sheik is land and oil-field owner, he-she is not a ruler.

Castle, Palace and Chateau refers to big luxurious building. French Castle is chateau, it misses militaries. Palace is Arabian castle, it has often onion roof towers. Palace misses militaries. Spain and Africa have some orient palaces. Arabs, Muslims and Orthodoxies built palaces. 

Castles were made in Britain and east from France. Renaissance castles are like chateaus and palaces, they typically miss militarist features. They have often many decorative round and boxed towers.

Creatures and their families could be friendly White Witches, Trolls, Elfs, Gremlins, Dwarfs, Imps, Pixies, Pixys, Rapscallions, Rascals, and Scamps ... Fairies, Faeries, Fairys and Sprites ... Phantoms, Shadows, Specters ... Ghosts, Shades and Wraiths.
In Fairy Tale forest trees, rocks, plants, animals and even ground can be living and talking things.
Fairy Tale forest can be a stage for multiple series and character sets. Characters from one series can be used as extras and guest stars in another.
Lazy and reckless world-dominator writers and others get very easily fired from the pools for the youngest. Footage must be truthful, educational and logical.

When you make whole family movies to kids, you should always remember, that the kids are your primary audiences. Grown-up escorts are secondary audiences.
Escorts do not make decisions. When family comes, it follows kids will. System is the same than it is with theme parks, zoos, beaches and others. Parents can deny the visit, but they hardly ever propose and wants the visit.

Yes. Each of Larry Mc Murtry's novels ... about late 19th century wild mid-west ... was made as 5 to 6 hour long mini-series. Novels are not very old. Wondered quite often, how much north American deserts were exaggerated in the novels and series. North American Indians were hunters, who lived in small communities. They didn't exploit the nature. Gazing, farming and USAs strong population growth created deserts.

Western USA has never been under water. Area misses ingredient rich, thick swamplands. Exploiting converts areas to deserts quickly.

USA was the last place on earth, that had wild horses.
Series had some issues with animals. In the series USA hosted few south American and African animals.

If Laplanders turn out to have Indian ancestry, they could have come into northern Europe at the same time and in the same split, that separated Maya Indians from north Africans.

Wednesday 27th December 2023 - VTOL Harrier and MD-80

VTOL Harrier. Tagged to British Royal Air Forces ( RAF ).

How many VTOL Harriers you need ?
Each team, that works with landing, needs 2 to 5 planes. Planes don't have to be in top notch condition. Their bodies and engines are checked, overhauled and modified after acquirement. Fighter's air inlets can be rather easily made adjustable. You can expand existing inlets in sideways. Cockpits must be enlarged to at least two persons. Harrier has ready made design for 2 seat cockpit.
Bigger teams can be put into box, which is lifted to space with Harrier.

With spare tanks in the wings ( instead of rockets and missiles ), VTOL Harrier should be capable of flying to Moon and back on it's own. Longer trips need tanker-crafts and gas stations.
Crafts with electric jets are too heavy for landings and take offs.
Apollo moon modules take-off capabilities are limited to marginal levels.

Harriers are and will be much like slightly older Thunderbird crafts. Idea from Mir and Iss space stations originates also to Thunderbirds.
Harriers are used until first planetary air-strip is ready. Space lift is another spacecraft, that can land and raise vertically, without strip.

Old McDonnel MD-80 and DC-9 short-range jet-airliners have engines in body. Also easy to build adjustable air inlets to these two, noisy planes. You can attach sliding support for big pre-compressor into front wings. Fuselage has lots of space for small explorer teams and their equipment.
Each expedition needs at least two Harriers and two MD 80s. 

When Harriers land, MD80's hang the near moon or planet ... delivers live footage and data from Harriers and dropped teams.

New, fast space traveling policies makes aerodynamically designed space trains much more important than before. Air-resistance forces are always big. Trains are made for certain strength. Cruising speed comes from surrounding space air's density. Just like in common jet planes. Slow cargo trains use locomotives big powers for towing, much like trains' locomotives.

Constellations in other galaxies change slowly their shape. Or rather their 3D projection towards earth. Independent stars from other galaxies changes their location and brightness in earthly sky.

Time is estimated to come from earths vertical movement around it's axis. Earth track should be a an elliptical spiral, not an ellipse.
With current knowledge time goes from south to north.

Earth's vertical movement is claimed observation. Claimed observations from space are not necessarily true.

Thursday 28th December 2023 - Turpentine fuels, Dry Distilling, Oil trees, Natural Fabrics

Saab 9^x ( 2010 ) was successor of Saab 99 and 900. Saab was manufactured in a place called Troll's Hat. 
Saab died as independent car make at millennium time. After GM and Ford, Saab and Volvo have been drifting from one owner to another. 
At one point Volvo was a Chinese car. At millennium time Scania and Volvo trucks were separated from private cars.

When you dry-distil trees, you get wood-coal, tar, turpentine and distiller gases.
Wood-coal is close match to mined coal. Tar belongs to thicker fuels. Turpentine is petrol like thin alcohol fuel. It burns more violently than petrol. Unlike petrol and manufactured thinners, it is poor cleaner. It can be used in paints and varnishes, as poorer replacement for manmade thinners. Turpentine is not intoxicating substance.

In early 1980s Finnish and Swedish governments raised petrol and diesel taxes to 300%. After that SAAB stated to sell SAAB 99 ( to domestic markets ) with 2 liter turpentine engine. Turpentine was tax-free fuel. Engine had Turbo SAAB's pistons and lower compression ration than petrol engine. Engine used petrol as spare and for cranking. Turpentine engine's exhaust gases are not odorless. Smell is strong, but not unpleasant. If you have hiked in forests, new strange smell brings forest into your mind.

It took two years, before Finnish and Swedish politics killed turpentine trims in cold blood. They raised domestic, sustainable turpentine fuels taxes to earlier 300%. Turpentine trims were pretty popular before big tax hikes. Turpentine engine is obviously a derivate from Mr. Laiho's vegetable fuel discovery. Although dry-distilling was invented before WW II, Finns, Germans, Italians and Hungarians used carbon monoxide furnaces in cars.

Wood's dry distilling doesn't produce pulp. Process converts cellulose into wood-coal. Dry distilling was the last commercial tar-production process. Dry distilling means, that you throw fresh trees into around 500 C steel furnace. Cast wood is melted in around 200 C furnace. Cast wood's progressive process doesn't convert cellulose into coal. Dry distilling explodes most OH igniters, cast wood process preserves most.

Determined fight against coal plants is ... as usual ... naturally ... very stupid thing to do. Wood coal is primary product, you get from dry-distilling process. Without coal plants, wood-coal from dry-distilling process don't have much usage.
Almost all organic materials and trashes can be converted to coal in 250C steel furnace. Dry-distilling should be possible in 250C electric, steel furnace. 

Fir, South American rubber tree, Maple and Birch are the only common trees, that have bigger amounts of liquid oils. Enough for commercial production. Fir leaks out tar, rubber tree rubber, maple syrup and birch sugar. Birch's resin is thin, liquid sugar. Flowering birch leaks resin to ground. It is difficult to collect.

Maple syrup and birch sugar are better food for survivors than mushrooms. Mushrooms energy contents are very small. One mushroom kilogram has around 100 kCal energy.

Before polyesters clothes were made from wool, cotton, linen and silk. Flannel is fabric, that is sewed from either wool or cotton. Tweed is wool-based, thick Scottish flannel.
All natural fabrics and flannel are very old inventions. They were invented over 1 000 years before Christ.

Linen is common oil plant. Linen seeds have 35 to 45% oil. Oil can be compressed from the seeds.

Earth has three oil plant groups. Oil palm originates to Niger. Oil or olive tree originates to Bible. Olive tree belongs to plants, desertification has extinguished from the nature ... probably from Arabian and Israeli nature.
After these two there are ash-trees and ash-bushes. Ash plants need an old, wet swamp land. Soil demand is a match to fir. Climate must be somewhat warmer. Ash trees and bushes succeed in northern USA, central Europe, southern Britain and southern Sweden. Ash plants kill and drop leaves before winter. Unlike palms, all ash plants are oil plants.
Ash plants oil production quotas and produced oil are unknown.

Mahogany is the strongest, hardest and heaviest western tree. Mahogany is commonly used in expensive desks. Second strongest oak is almost as strong mahogany. Oak is often used in better and bigger book shelves. Beech is 3rd strongest western tree. It is tailed by ash tree, maple and birch. Birch is very common in furniture. 

Fir and pine are as strong, hard and heavy trees. Pine gets advantage from branchless trunk. Palms are close matches to fir and pine. All three are almost too soft and elastic for furniture. They are not very often used in better furniture.

We can never see colored moon from earth. Bright parts from moon should be either water or clouds. Dark parts are open ground. Ground-reflections cannot reach moon's bright parts brightness levels.
Moon is the closest reflecting object to earth. After moon, colored vision needs a light source. Reflections from planets, nebula, stardust and others are always gray scaled.

Eventually light sources should also lose colors and convert to gray scale.

Stars brightness can be measured so that  you read lux from the dot. Then you can simply extract the reading into 1 square meter area. Conversions are not needed, because star's area is certain to be over square meter.

Moon's dark areas can be floating islands. Earth can host floating underwater sand and clay islands. Big sand and clay lumps can float with sea currents.

Tax-free lamp-petrol, after which Saab 99 trim was named, is something like kerosene, diesel and ground oil. It was not possible for Saab's two liter petrol engine to burn lamp-oil. You can never get lamp oil though petrol engine's carburetor. Multi-fuel engine has weight based, CPU controlled  fuel injector. Injector plays with mil-grams.

Commercial turpentine's chemical formula is C₁₀ H₁₆. Turpentine is much like petrol. Petrol has distilled ground oil's turpentine molecules. One burned turpentine kilogram produces around 40 MJ heat energy. Density is 0.89. Turpentine freezes at -10C.  

Commercial turpentine misses alcohol and OH molecules. When you leave booze molecules into turpentine, frost point falls and fires become more violent. Commercial turpentine burns slightly poorer than petrol. Dry distilled turpentine's formula could be C₁₀ H₁₆OH. Possible, that distilled turpentine has more than one OH molecule. Ethanol's formula is C₂H₅OH  You can get ethanol from conifer trees. When so, turpentine can carry two OH and ethanol molecules. Also possible that tree-spirit is not ethanol. Celluloses longer, alcoholic formula is C₆H₅(OH)₅, sugar is C₆H₆(OH)₆. Ethanol's short formula is C₂H₆O. Methanol is CH₄O. Intoxicating alcohol molecule needs hydrogen surplus.

Air tank sizes are easy to calculate. In 1 bar pressure air's density is 1.29 kg / m³. Helium weighs 0.1785 kg / m³. When you subtract weighs, one cubic meter can carry 1.1115 kg weight ( 1.29 - 0-1785 = 1.1115 ).
Air tank's, that fits to common airstrip, maximal size is around 50 x 100 = 5 000 square meters. When so, 1 meter high tank can carry around 5 ton construction. Intended 100 ton lift needs over 20 meter high air tank system.
New space lift's and airships fuselages are rectangles, whose center is open. Space lift has hole for rotor system in the center. Open rectangle is needed for dividing fuselage's or cargo-space's weight evenly to air tanks.

Horizontal airship has usually two wings.  Horizontal hole in between wings has propel system. Horizontal crafts are used for checking weather conditions

What was Dial of destiny like ?
It was okay. Movie is much like comic book or cartoon filmatization. There are cartoon like exaggeration jokes, and so on. You should not take the movie too seriously.

After reading very negative review about Helena and Teddy, came to the conclusion, that movie probably angers spoiled, serious female audiences. Leading female character - Helena - is not very bright and righteous. It is not possible to explain movie's system without ruining first time viewing experiences. In closing credits Steven Spielberg and George Lucas are listed as background influencers.

Movie doesn't have supporting female character. With nice supporting woman, you could have made female audiences happier with the movie. When you think movie thoroughly as whole, it doesn't take very long, after you notice, that you cannot very easily make changes to the way Helena is.

Most from the movie takes place in 1969. First in USA, later in Mediterranean countries. Movie has quite a lot of street views, general views and fashion from the late 1960s. Settings are not very accurate. David Bowie's Space Oddity song for example was released in early 1970s. In street views there are some cars from early 1970s.

Dial of destiny is said to have collected $384 million grosses. Movie is 14th in 2023 worldwide rank and 11th in US rank.
With the announced, astronomic $294 759 276 budget, movie produced around $100 million losses.

When you start to finance your movies and tv-programs with tax money, you become part of commies propaganda machine.

How much turpentine and tar you can get from one fir ton ?
No idea. With coal plants and dry distilling you can get forests into much more efficient usage. Sweden and Finland are the only forest countries, whose forest factories use all from domestic forests yearly growth. Worldwide usage is only few percents from growth. USA, Canada, Russia, Brazil and Congo doesn't use much from the yearly growth.
Brazil and Congo hosts world biggest rainforests. In Asia and Oceania there are lots of smaller rain-forest areas.

Efficient usage needs, that you take good care of your forests. Forests sustainable care taking means, that wild animals and plants welfare improves. They are not killed and exploited to extinct. You cannot get any money from open, deserted hectares and acres. Animals and plants take of forests and nature with marginal fees.

Forest usage has been declining around 2% a year for over 20 years already. Computers or rather Jack has reduced need for paper. Jack seduced and persuaded companies to give up from paper prints. Before Jack's campaign for real-time on-screen systems, everything was printed to paper. 
On screen reports improve offices and office workers efficiency. They lower material costs.

In late 1950s and during 1960s space exploration dominated world. My first bike was shaped as rocket. 
In photo from 1966, bike had already lost red, illuminated tail-light, that portrayed rockets burning exhaust gases. 
On the right there is me and my kick sledge in 1966. When pavement or road has sand, kick-sledge gets stops to small sand and rock grains.

Western world's space enthusiasm died soon after moon landing.  People started to speculate about falsified landing. that took place in some TV studio.. 
Moon and space manias died before 1973 oil crisis.

Dial of destiny talks about time-fissures, what are they ?
They are holes in our current time. Holes allows you to travel to past and the future. Stephen King's Langoliers book and tv-movie had similar kind of time fissure.
Some kind of time fissure is mandatory for time traveling. Multi-verses share our time. So far all multi-verse movies and stories have taken place in our current time.

Our 4th dimension, time, is not related to length, width and depth. Therefore time-fissures can exist in anywhere.
My guess was, that fissures might exist above and under our poles. There is nothing wrong in the idea, that doors to future and past fissures would open and close at certain date and time. 

Ever seen aurora borealis ?
No. They form only at arctic circles, at around 23rd latitudes. They come to nighttime skies near spring and fall breaks. They are yellowish, upright, 20 to 100 km tall lights. Sometimes fox-fires are greenish and sometimes reddish. In Finnish these lights name is fox-fires. Easy to believe in magic at northern swampland areas. Besides swamp and fox fires, there are 3 kinds of lightnings. Most common is linear. Thunder ball is slowly moving, around 30 cm ball. Pearl lightning is dotted, string of lights. Thunder ball can come into house via electric wires. Indoor thunder balls are quite a sights.
After arctic circle day lengths start to float. Longest continental days and nights are few months long.
There are also random tornadoes, that are just as strong and destructive as in southern USA. They can plow few kilometer long, 30 meter wide holes into grown up forest. Strongest tornadoes are born at eastern lake-land areas. Sometimes they uproot one or two summer cottages. Usually they act in shadows, damages are counted and compensated as common storm damages.

In mid 1970s, cars started to get boxed and squared headlights. Name is the only thing, that is left to picture's 1977 Pontiac Le Mans.

Muscle cars and  V8 engines high emissions were resolved, before California was fist to set tight laws for fuel emissions and mandatory catalyst converters.
NO, NO₂ and carbon emissions were resolved by dropping engines compression ratios from almost 11 to below 9.
With mandatory catalyst converters corrupted Californian law-makers added Cyanide to all petrol cars exhaust gas emission palette.

Do you know or remember, what is common to cars NO, NO₂ and Cyanide emissions ?
In inspections, cars are never flunked because of the high NO, NO₂ and Cyanide emissions.
These critical emissions are never measured in inspections. Neither is there any limits for maximal NO, NO₂ and Cyanide emissions.

With new CO2 mufflers big cities can get rid of irritating street-level carbon smog.
Possible to make CO2 muffler mandatory to downtown area traffic. In elsewhere you can bypass muffler's separator unit.
CO2 is weak, carrier gas, that transports carbon atoms away from bodies and engines. 
Turbo charged engines CO₂ emissions should be small. Active turbo breaks CO₂ molecules. Turbocharged car's silencers should have quite a lot of carbon and carbon dust.

- - Turpentine fuel in practice - -

You can simply pour turpentine into tank and start to drive ?
In principle you can do that. Turpentine misses commercial gasoline's octane adjuster chemicals. Modern fuel's don't have lubricants. If car has knock sensors, you cannot break the engine with untreated turpentine. Without knock sensors heavy acceleration, heavy load and top speed test can break the block. Without adjusters gasoline's octane number is around 88. Turpentine is not necessarily much stronger. Fuel's compression strength ( octane number )  is meaningless in everyday usage.

Efficient constant usage needs, that you adjust fuel injector. Petrol's density is 0.75, turpentine's 0.86. One  petrol liter has around 33 MN energy. Turpentine liter has 37 MN. Turpentine should be burned with thinner fuel-air mixtures than petrol.

Older American cars can burn untreated gasoline and turpentine. They can use 87 octane fuel. Cars for Russian markets can also burn 88 octane fuel.

Possible that shortly lived Petrol Saab's lowered compression ratio has it's origin in knocking. Turpentine burns more violently and knocks easier than petrol.

How did you discover turpentine fuels ?
Accidentally. Didn't have anything special to do. Decided to check and learn modern tar extraction method from encyclopedia.  Learned dry-distilling. Checked, what kind of process it is, and that it isn't earlier discovered, existing cast-wood process. Found out, that besides tar, process results to wood coal and turpentine. Failed to find out old, reliable, printed data from the amounts of turpentine, tar and wood-coal you can get from one wood ton. 

Remembered old petrol Saabs, and that they were said to burn turpentine. Checked turpentine's chemical formula and qualities. Noticed, that turpentine is one component in common gasoline / petrol.

Is dry distilling profitable process ?
Quite sure it is. Wood coal is clean coal. Coal bags for barbequing are wood coal. In mass production wood coal goes with highest coal price. You might be capable of using it in steel making. Coke for steel making is the cleanest and most expensive coal-quality class. Coals are classified by origin and average coal content. Price for one coal ton comes with these two. Wood coal's average coal content is near 100%.

You get over $130 from one turpentine barrel. Turpentine is refined petrol.
If tar can be used in jet and diesel engines, you get the same from each tar barrel. Heavy fuels for ships and industrial engines are slightly cheaper. Bitumen for asphalt and roof coatings is slightly cheaper than heavy fuels.
Wood coal burns without fire and smoke. It doesn't produce smells and hazardous emissions. Wood coal is black, just like all the other coal qualities.
Burning wood coal pieces have reddish shades.

Turpentine and tar cannot be used in plastic and polyester making. They miss ground oils rich CxHx molecule assortments.

You can use common octane adjusters with turpentine petrol-gasoline. Oil refiners don't sell adjusters to others. Modern adjusters are CxHx rings. Ring is stronger than string. Typical lead-free fuel doesn't have any additional chemicals. CxHx strings and rings only.

When you dry-distil trashes to coal, trash coal is not as clean as wood coal.
You can burn trash coal in old coal plants. They have sufficient filters for burning dirty coal.
Traditional coal plant burns cheap and dirty 50% coal qualities.

Dry distiller kettle is enormous retort. Retorts are very common and commonly used chemistries.

Don't know. Possibly as long as upload line from my cell to Singapore remains open. 
Besides internet, emails and business to business networks are going down.

Last year, chapters had lots of talks about commercial space exploration, Web-Tv and shut down of global network. Because of the big unpaid electric bills and big investment costs.

Web Tv got 7 new expensive series. Cotton-Cameron, Love Craft, Colonies, Cataclysm, Genitors, Conundrum and Surmisal. 
When possible, episodes will use new projected miniature settings. Many parts from for example car chases are made with radio controlled miniatures.
Miniature setting have few standard scales. So that stuff to one setting system fits to another.
Tales from Fairy Forest is concept for a set of programs to younger audiences. There will be acted, free-hand 2D and programmed 3D animations.

During last quarter network cables and electric power grids got a new dimensioning system. System includes estimations for the the unpaid internet, network and email bills.
Hydrostatic and air-pressures got the maximal, around 20 meter effective depth. Turpentine and tar fuels are brand new things. With Finnish Petrol Saab being the boldly slashed predecessor for the discovery-inventions.
Petrol Saab was Finnish car ?
Petrol trim was designed and assembled in Finland. Just like Saab Cabriolets and Saabs with long wheelbase. Saab discontinued sub-contractor deal with Finnish government in early 1990s.
