Free Zone is a story about three woman.

Rebecca is mourning a break up with a man. She does not feel good at all, and she does not know what to do with her sorrow. She is supposed to leave Israel, and go back to States, but she does not want do so. 

Rebecca sits in the cab, and asks the driver to drive her somewhere. The driver, Hanna Ben Moshe, says that she can't do that. She has unfinished businesses in Free Zone, Jordan.

Rebecca asks, if she could come with her to Free Zone. After giving few thoughts to the request, Hanna agrees.

Hanna and Rebecca leaves Jerusalem, and heads to Free Zone. On the way Rebecca memorizes the broken relationship, and Hanna memorizes the terror attack, where her husband was injured.

On the Jordan border women have difficulties with customs. The women are suspected to be terrorists, who are planning to make a bomb-strike in Jordan.

After the luggage and the looks of the women are evaluated, they are free to cross the border.

Rebecca gets surprised, when she notices, that Free Zone is a place, where people sell and buy tax-free cars. Women have a meeting with Leila. Leila's husband, "American" owes money to Hanna's husband. Leila and American seems to be very reluctant payers, and women starts to argue about the unpaid bill.

Finally Leila agrees to take Rebecca and Hanna to her husband, American. When women arrives to Leila's home, the day has turned into night, there is a horrifying riot going on. Angry young men are burning Leila's home and properties. The rioting gang is led by Leila's and American's rebelling son.

Next morning Rebecca makes friends with Leila's husband, American. It turns out, that he is not a native American, but a Palestinian, who lived and studied in States for a long time.

Meanwhile Leila's son has stolen money from his parents. His mother is afraid, that he is going to  Israel to do something stupid and bad. All three woman goes after him.

The story is told to you by the means of everyday drama.

Good movie for the people, who likes to spend two hours with peaceful drama and good acting performances. Could also mention, that there are lots of scenery shots from Israel and Jordan.

Free Zone was filmed in Israel and Jordan in February 2005.

Movie is a good example from the genres and standard mention of the means.

Without the Genre classification, it would be almost impossible to know what kind of movie Free Zone actually is.

The same story could have been made to Action Movie or Comedy Genre. Without making any changes to the original script / story.

Crying

The movie begins with one the longest continuous crying takes of the movie history.

 Very challenging task for an actress and actor. 

Difficult to keep the interest and action going, without doing very many things. Crying all the time.
