Copyrights and fees
 

Fees are 5% from the proceeds. Percent based fees are the only way to meet general competition laws.
Announced fees are guidelines for calculating actual fees. With an exception of oil and electric power production fee is always the same, 5%.
Fees from predecessors must be fully paid, before acquirement of new licenses is possible.  "Forgotten" fee must be paid with 8% yearly interest.
Properly booked and invested fees don't need interest payments.

The start up costs and fees are nothing like Sony. The projects will not die to start up.
I am the sole owner of the rights, no one else can sell the licenses or deny the purchase from you.
There are quite a many, who has already played God with the rights. Only valid terms are here.

Scientific releases are free. The only demand is that I am credited properly. Like all the other greater scientists.

GENERAL R&D FEES

There are two fees. Construction and Energy production fee. 

Prices, from which you calculate / estimate fees are "Your prices". By default price for fees is factory price. Price with what you sell the stuff to whole sellers and others. When you build things to yourself, default base for fee comes from production-construction cost. You don't pay fees from sales taxes and others.

Unless otherwise stated recommended construction fee is 5% from proceeds or construction costs.
Unless otherwise stated, from energy, fuel and chemical production recommended fee is 2% from produced energy, fuel or stuff.

You calculate-estimate and pay fees once a year. You collect fees into books, until amount due exceeds $10 000 a year.

Licenses are announced here. License opens my worldwide business network to you. Inside the network you and your products compete from customers with others. If you start from scratch, license provides you an option for getting rich with listing to stock markets.

Medicines
- Cancer comes from nuclear plants HF and HF-U emissions. HF is in gaseous form in body. HF-U molecules can be ridded with strong magnets. Although in gaseous form, HF doesn't come out from skin and body very easily. When HF gets a grip from skin, it starts dig a wormhole to itself.

Anatomy

- Orgasm could be a spell casting event, where man and woman casts life to embryo. By creating a soul locker for the kid and new life. Orgasms don't have to be simultaneous.

You can test systems and build prototypes without license, commercial usage and production needs a license. 

Getting a license
You'll get the licenses with simple request. Mail or eMail with name, address and requested license will do. In return you get account number for yearly payments. If you want to, you can get your company listed in here. The value of promotion is quite likely to be bigger than yearly fee.

You should always acquire the license, before major investments. If your country is eligible for licenses, the licenses are available for everyone, with the same terms. In most countries this comes from competition laws. Simple terms are listed below.

Although the origin is elsewhere, the licensing system releases me from spending my life with practical things. Like running the actual business. System allows me to move from one thing to another, others to make money and so on.

? Small fee makes it somewhat easier for you to ask permission to use things, whose rights I own. You can never take copyrighted things for wide spread commercial use, without literal permission from the owner of the rights. There are awful many copyrighted or patented things, whose usage is forbidden from all the others.

Terms - General
- Hikes to announced provisions must be negotiated from my side. 
- Lower provision from client side has to be negotiated. The actual fee grows and shrinks with your businesses. 
- License do not have any time or usage limits. It is only a business deal for paying and collecting the copyright fees.
- Unpaid fee is a copyright violation, which can lead into cancellation without negotiations.
- Other cancellations from my side must be negotiated.

Terms - Payments
- Fees are paid once a year. The fee is calculated from the sales.  Just like before. Fees are based on your announcement / book keeping from the sales of the licensed products. The current accounts and account changes are announced on DPS site.
- If retail price falls below producer / factory price, the fee can be calculated from retail price.
- Unless mentioned, the fee is paid from the manufactured unit.

Terms - Fees from power production
In power production the produced product is the power. And the fee is paid from the produced power, not from the construction.
Electromagnetic battery does not produce power, regardless of the size, the fee is paid from battery.
If the Obama-Pack 2010 is unlocked, the river basin is power plant and the fee goes with production. Steamer is electromagnetic battery like unit. In new construction, fee can be a 50% share from the total budget.

Copyright demands are common in science. They prevent people, who have read the researches to pretend that they are better and more clever than they are. When you steal copyrights to yourself, you get lots additional weigh to your speeches and ideas. Possible to get all kinds of stupidities through with stolen copyrights - general appreciation you get from the theft.

DPS Protects, also my rights. Results from the theft are unpredictable.

The construction of power plant is free from charge ?
Not entirely. Subcontractors usually pay fees from the things you buy for your construction. Vacuum turbine maker for example pays fees.
You collect many fees from for example one media player ?
Yes. But fees are paid from different chapters. CBS-D display system for example is not the same than pressure bulb.

What kind of science maker you are ?
Bottom / top level science maker. Trying to find general explanations for various things in physics, psychologies and finances. Listed in the order the branches came to my life. After some breakthrough, the explanation goes to universities and other institutes. They examine the things and their qualities. Create formulas and more detailed - accurate and corrected explanations for them. Became rather famous from my special interests and talents at very young age. Before I was 7 years old.

Thought that your brain damage would prevent you from doing these things ?
So it does. Made the latest researches and inventions in short periods with rather long breaks in between. Without difficulties. Most demanding full time jobs and statuses are impossible to me.

UNDER CONSTRUCTION AND CONSIDERATION

Light generators / capturers
- From Pressure Bulbs and reversed capturing devices fee is Standard construction fee.
- Set contains pressure bulbs, synth generators, solar cells, radars, weapons, tools, etc.

Solar cell maximizes the power production and minimizes the space demands. Light generators and capture devices measures and converts pressure waves to electricity and vice versa.

Air cooler system ( environmentally safe nuclear chain reaction ) + vacuum turbine
- Standard construction fee.

System cools the air. This nuclear chain reaction converts heat into electricity, cold and under pressure. Excellent process for bigger air conditioning and cooling systems, process's heat creation is at marginal levels. Net cooling efficiency is around 98%. Current air conditioning systems produces more heat than cold. Net cooling efficiency is negative.

Safe nuclear chain reaction can be used for creating extremely low temperatures and vacuums.

Vacuum Air Conditioners and Fans ( Summer 2020 )
Vacuum air conditioner creates cold with vacuum. Machine works like reversed compressor. Air production is the amount of inlet air.  Process doesn't need ventilation. Heat production comes from power source, with what you create the vacuum. When powered with plug-in electric motor or crank motor, most from the heat is produced in power plants. The actual machine doesn't produce much heat. On site power source must be installed outside the cooled space. Machine can be used for heating, too. 

Machine can be used for replacing fans. In for example computers. As electric fan, machine can operate in closed, air-tight box. 

System is introduced in ATS blog.

Electric combustion engine
- Electric engine is an upgrade to mini-hybrid. As engine system is brand new. Power creation system is a match to speaker element.

Engine uses piston-crank system for rotating an axle. Straight forwarded induction has many advantages against rolling electric motor. Power-RPM system is better than in any other engine. Engine suspends under load, much like combustion engine. Power production system is almost continuous. With electric circuit it is easy to build a 2 cylinder V engine, whose power curve is stable through-out one roll of crank axle. This system results into non-vibrating RPM and engine. This engine doesn't need flywheel.

Same cylinder-piston system can be powered also with oil and combustion process. Combustion process can be assisted with electricity. In battery charge mode, you can stabilize axle powers with generator. Most from the increased weight goes into block. When powered with electricity, pressure inside cylinder is a match to atmospheric pressure all the time. Engine is soundless.
POWER SOLUTIONS

Sugar distiller - Oil from grain / sugar ( environmentally safe chemical chain reaction )
- Standard energy production fee.
- Would be nice is British Petroleum would settle the spilling violation ( $75 millions plus interest ).

Checked that chemical reactions and processes are inventions, just like common inventions and innovations. 

Mechanical distiller / Wood + Coal + Trash distiller / Oil from coal, wood and trashes
- Standard fees.
- With mechanical distiller you thicken and thinner all liquid oil or CxHx compounds. 
- Mechanical distiller is loss-less by it's nature. Distiller can for example convert almost 100% from ground oil into petrol.
- Mechanically distilled oil is not as clean as tower oil. Without distilling it can be used as fuel and as constructional raw material.
- Oil for kitchen & table ware, cosmetics, medicines, food, food packs and others must be distilled.
- Wood, coal and most trashes can at least in theory melted without CO2 furnace. With removal of oxygen and greenhouse gases you can make the process easier.

Power plants

  Gravitational plant ( Gravitational Machine )
 - Forwarding non-vibrating pressures ( winds and waves ) can be captured with double piston system. In vertical wave plant you let waves lift and drop electric crank system. Typical vertical wave plant is accompanied with horizontal double piston plant. 

 - When possible, you should build basin plant. Basin plant gets boost from height difference in between upper basins surface and generator. Horizontal, double piston river plant is powered with flow only. Horizontal plant doesn't need height difference, it can be built freely.

- It is possible to upgrade old dam plant to basin plant with reasonable costs. You build new plant to other side of plant. Then you lead water over the dam, from dam's basin to new plant. Finally you close water inlets to old turbine room. You should never make new holes or otherwise touch the old dam. You must lead water to new plant from the sides or above the old dam construction. With the upgrade get full advantage from old plant, and its height difference.

- Power production : Standard energy production fee.
- Other usages : Standard construction fee.

CO2 converter
CO2 converter facility is considered as power plant. When existing power plant is upgraded with facility, fee is Standard energy production fee. In integrated usage you pay only one fee.

Other non-integrated usage : Standard construction fee. Chemical reactions and processes are inventions, just like the others.

Trash plant facility
Trash plant merely re-introduces forsaken things. It is comparable to coal plant and free from licenses.
Plant has new science, so it would be nice, if you credit me as introducer-developer of the plant and it's systems.

Steamer upgrade and others must be licensed. If plant is equipped with CO2 furnace or CO2 conversion facility fee goes accordingly.

Deca tech and A/C computers
Deca tech is well known, sensational replacement for CPU from the around year 2002. DPUs constructional speed is 10 times bigger than binary CPUs. Deca tech allows you to store and handle analog data with computer. Developed deca tech for keeping the two digit yearly growth in IT sector. Few years after tech was slashed, IT sector fell with two digit numbers every year. The process took 6 years ( with breaks ).

Water booster tech, HF Tech ( October 2020 )

- Standard construction and Power production fees. Depending on usage.

Water booster tech takes advantage from the fact, that the power is always created with pressure, hardly ever with heat. Water booster creates the pressure, by converting liquid to gas. When do the conversion is closed and filled cylinder, the pressure raises to sky high levels.

HF Tech is special application from water boosters. HF's boiling point is 19.5C. HF is everlasting chemical compound. With HF cylinder it is possible to create big pressures in atmospheric temperatures. Possible to empower HF cylinder with common air. Heating and cooling doesn't need much energy. Powered system's heat losses are very small. HF cylinder is quiet like steam engine. It misses explosive firing.

HF causes cancer and global warming. It reacts ( sets into fire ) with water. HF cylinder must have sodium-water neutralizers, sodium-water neutralizer converts leaked HF into harmless NaF salt. In plant, animal and human body sodium crystallizes HF. Sodium is the thing, which finally activates cancer / internal chemical fire. During NaF eternal chain reaction with water, NaF converts temporarily to HF.

Sodium boiler
- Standard construction and Power production fees. Depending on usage.

With Sodium boiler it is possible to demolish old plastics and organic waste. With sodium boiler it is possible heat HF cylinder. Saltwater, you use in boiler, is safe. Salt's concentration levels are bigger than in stomach and oceans. You can use all sodium form Hx compounds in the pool.

Sodium boiler produces H2, O2, C and CxHx compounds. Fire and explosion risks are high.
VEHICLES

Tubes, screw propels, compressors, cold jets, gearboxes, ... double piston systems.
In principle these things belong to engine packs or power plants.
- In elsewhere fee is Standard construction fee.

Electric crank systems
- Standard construction fee. With horizontal speaker-like rod system it is possible to build electric cranks, motors and generators.

Hydraulic steering, 4-wheel steering, hydraulic suspension, gearboxes, etc.
With hydraulic steering, you can adjust and optimize turning angles per wheel basis. Then you get rid of the rod systems. The system is accompanied with 4 and all wheel steering systems. There is new system for calculating correct, per wheel turning angles.

Hydraulic suspension refers to new fully adjustable system. It has one hydraulic system for adjusting ground clearance, another for gas system adjusting stiffness, and a hydraulic system for adjusting gas space volume. With these three systems, you can adjust suspension how-ever-you-wish. Developed and essential to cars and vehicles with over 250 km/h top speed. 
POWER UTILITIES

Steamers
Steamer is power transmission system, whose power transmission efficiency 60 - 80 %. Current gas transmissions efficiency is app 30%. Steamer uses common hydro generators for power production.

As water pump, steamer with electric speed stabilizer produces the cleanest, freshest and safest water in the world. Can clean water from radioactive smell, radioactive dirt and everything from dead radioactive animals and plants. Recommended power system is pressure solar cell system with resistor. 

Electro magnetic batteries

- CO2 furnace : Standard construction fee.
- Cast wood tech has two copyrighted things : 1.5 * Standard Construction Fee.

Products you make with CO2 furnaces and Cast wood facilities has nothing to do with me. They are free of charge.

September 17th 2019 : Finns and Swedes are banned from the direct and indirect usage of the tech.
Mobile miner-masonry machine / process ( September 27th 2019 )

Day after releasing the hole digging and mining system Finns, OP Pohjola informed with hostile activities that current bans are not yet enough for them. They have no intention let leave the country freely. Puzzled a while, what could this mean. Came to the conclusion , that they want me to prevent the usage of the new mining system from Finns and Swedes.

Decided put the new mining tech into licensed things. So that the presented demands can be met, the tech is under my control.

The hostile operators are very bold and also very poor. Had to downgrade the compensation demands, so that they are in line with the known marginal assets. When so, the national restrictions to licensed things ... personal sentences to death and life are the only remaining options for the proper response.

Dec 1st 2018 : Projector microscope is fully developed from my part. The principles for box and sample system turned out be simple and cheap. Very different from expensive, big and complicated electron microscope. Much like the cures for cancer.

- Technocrats had 50 years to resolve the nuclear problematic, and they were not bright enough to do so. They played with dangerous reaction like kids play ball on the schoolyard. Dangerous nuclear plant exceeds their mental, intellectual and technical capabilities.
- We miss the technology, with what you can reliably detect the lethal scents and leaks.
- We are not allowed to create Anomalies into our Universe.
- We have safe cold fusion and space solar plants, with what you can replace and increase the power production capacity.
