There are quite a many things without properly researched table data.

General missions

Common engine uses air, water oxygen, various CxHx liquids and gases, CO and CO2. Then you tables for major filler-  Nitrogen and major burner Hydrogen. Temperature ranges are -30C to around 1000 C. Pressures varies from 0.2 to 1000 bars. Space lift needs tables for Helium. Space crafts for space air. Atmospheric and climate researches plays with air and air humidity.

Specific Heat - Energy you need raising temperature. You must check specific heat table. It seems to have values, where the used electricity is incorrectly assumed to be in Watt Seconds, instead of actual Watt Hour. Then you got check energy you need for vaporizing liquid and liquidizing solid. During the checkout, you record melting and boiling points.

Heating, compression and decompression - You must check how much compression and compression speed affects to temperature. Table has curves for temperatures and raising pressure.
Heat expansion - Check how much gas expands or pressure grows when temperature raises and lowers.
Fire expansion - Check pressure-heat system for fire. You use various ignition temperatures and pressures.

Densities - Check densities in various temperature-pressure systems.

Heat conductivity - Check how fast heat and cold forwards in materials. You need tables for pressures and temperatures. Then you need speeds for various temperature differences.
Skipping heat conductivity - Combustion collector needs checking of skipping heat conductivity from one material to another. Heat isolation of clothes and buildings is another skipping sector.

Dynamic viscosity values looks too small. The energy you need for moving air and water should be checked. Horizontal movement of gases and liquids could need around 50% from the power you need for vertical lift. With 50% efficiency liquid and gas moves with internal 45 degree angle. This angle is dependent on the angle of moved liquid-gas. When you go below 45 degrees,. gravitation helps the movement. At 45 to 90 degree angle gravitation resists the movement. Viscosity sets the angle, where liquid and gas floats downwards without external force. Gas moves in tubes just like liquids. If air weighs 1.29 kg / m3, the required push force is around 50% from density. You need 6 Newtons per kg. In pressurized tube the force is pressurized density per two plus losses.

Escape and collision viscosities misses all tables. With proper dynamic viscosities you don't necessarily need these tables.

Farming - food, oil and cast wood production

Farming needs data for required fertilizers. You must check how much plants consumes soil and search limits for CO2 usage.
Farming needs tables for solar beams and required watering.

Rotting and corruption needs to be checked. Besides speed, you should breakers and accelerators for both.

Healthy food needs, that heating effect to food must be checked. You got to check baking, boiling, frying. Drying and canning. Warming in microwave and stove should be checked too.
- Meat gets ready with around 70C warming. Milk loses something at 70C. Usage of baking soda needs over 175C warming.

Vehicles

Vehicles need big test tracks. You need raceway for ground vehicles, waterway for vessels and strip & airway for aircrafts. Later also space way  for spacecrafts.
Tires, wheels and friction needs a special test track system.

Air resistance must checked. You need effected volumes. Escape speeds. Pressure-lift creation.

Same tables are needed also from water and for hydrodynamics.

Rolling resistance needs to be checked. Then you need friction factors for roads and tires. Acceleration energies must be checked.

Electricity

In 2020 aired electricity is the most important sector. You must check losses and effects to air humidity with various frequencies and powers.

Electric storages needs checking. Besides electro magnetic storage, it is possible to store electricity into all electric conductors. Capacitor is an electric storage, which unleashes electric power by demand. Just like electro chemical battery does.

Besides storages charging system should be checked.

Efficiency and power of generators and motors needs checking. Just like announced powers. You should start to use Ws and Wh units with powers.

Might want to check speed-power system also for electric conductivity.
