The pricing system of the unique DPS products is adapted to the EU's competition laws and the availability directives. So that big and small insurance companies have equal chances to purchase licenses. The fees from the licenses are provision / yearly revenue based.
There is only one type of DPS license available. It contains all required systems.
AQS System
Anti Quake System is the oldest, best known and most reliable of the protective systems. AQS decreases earthquake based accidents and damages.
HGS System
Hurricane Guidance System. Decreases storm, tornado, hurricane and typhoon based accidents. Suits well for the tropical areas. Areas without slippery, icy roads.
WCS System
Weather Control System helps you to balance with weather. WCS decreases weather based accidents. Road accidents, storm and rain damages. It is much like HGS. WCS suits for the northern areas, which has snow, and do not have big typhoons and cyclones.
FCS System
Flood Control System decreases flood based accidents.
Prices and discounts
For the year 2013 all licenses are packed. Would like to remind, that the fees are not very important. Powers usually adjusts your benefits to the fees you pay.

Total number of licenses for sale, and other limitations
The total number of the licenses is nominally limited so, that total yearly revenues of DPS never exceeds 2 billions. A number of companies / areas, where the licenses are sold is limited to 20. Further information can be found from the terms.
General Notes
It is not possible to calculate savings in compensations after 1st year. Savings do not usually grow very much after the installation is done. The benefit is flat amount from the compensation. It grows with the compensation and customer amounts.
The fees are always calculated from previous year. There are four different payment options, once a year, twice a year, four times a year, and monthly payments are also possible.
There is no risk in testing and using the system. If the system does not work, it stops working, you can always get your money back. 1st year is test year, from which you can always get your money back. Whether the system works or not. No questions asked.
Besides the money back guarantee there is also a price guarantee. The fees are calculated with either purchase time or current percentage. If you buy your license pack with 0.3% fee, and it is lowered to 0.2% your fee is calculated with lower percentage ( 0.2% ). If the fee is raised to 0.5 % after the first purchase, your fee is calculated with 0.3 %.
