This license and related payment assigns the Deadlock Protective System to the insurance company, which is named on the cover.
The agreement is permanent by it's nature, with yearly payments. The amounts of payments are on DPS's web-site. The base for the fee is the total amount of the yearly compensations.
If the license holder sells insurances with and without DPS protection, the fee is calculated from the insurances, which are sold with DPS protection.
For the customer systems are fully automatic.

Full money back guarantee
Due to the nature of the Deadlock Protective Systems, the installations may fail. If you are not satisfied with the system, you can claim your money back after 6 six months from installation. The full money guarantee ends 30 months after the installation.
It would be nice if you include the statistic data, which shows the non-functionality of the system, to your claim. It is not necessarily needed.
The running costs of the system is reduced from the returned sum. ( Occasional visits to the primary operating areas are needed )
Fees
The fee is always calculated from the paid compensations. The percentage is on the product page. Fees are always paid in advance, due date for the current year's payment is March 20th.
Yearly Fees
The percentage for the yearly fee is either the original or the current percentage. Fee is calculated with lower percent. The current fee is published on DPS web site.

Restrictions
DPS has a nominal yearly 2 billion euro revenue restriction. The restriction limits the maximum power, which is needed for running the systems.
Maximum number of areas, where you can purchase DPS licenses is limited 20. To the center of the each area DPS establishes a small base. The radius of the protected area, around the base, is about 100 kilometer.
If the insurance company operates in wider areas, areas are granted by demand. As long as there are less than 20 used areas ( the licenses are available ), it is possible to buy company wide licenses. If the number of required areas exceeds 20, additional bases will be established for the last purchaser. The licenses and areas are granted in the order of arrival.
Discontinuation
Discontinuation can be done literally. If the discontinuation is not related to the non-functionality, the payment for the current year is not returned. The license is valid till the end of the year.
In the case of non-functionality include the statistic data, which shows the non-functionality of the system, to your claim.
