Usage of diesel block in eco-diesel engine is always temporal cross over solution. These blocks are too strong and heavy for smaller compression ratios.

Is diesel fuel dirtier than petrol ?
Their purities are a match. Both are distilled from stiffer ground oil.

- Diesel's flashpoint is around 250C, theoretical fuel-air mixture is 1 to 14.5. Density is around 0.83.
- E95 petrol's flash point is around 300C, theoretical fuel-air mixture is 1 to 14.8. Density is around 0.74.
- E98 flash point is around 400C,  theoretical fuel-air mixture is 1 to 14.7. Density is around 0.75.

Unlike I said earlier, diesel has slightly less energy than petrol. When so, diesel consumes little more than petrol. ( hydrogen brings energy to oil, not carbon like earlier believed )
Just like diesel, eco diesel can use raw palm and other vegetable oils as fuel. Both commercial coal oil qualities need distilling. They are too thick and stiff for eco diesel.

Absolutely sure, that this very simple looking engine upgrade / engine is brand new ?
Yes. Never heard or read from such. But first engines, which burned lamp oil, were eco-diesel engines. Before gas stations, lamp oils were the only widely available liquid oils. All common grocery stores had lamp oil in their storages. Typical lamp oil was squeezed from locally farmed oil plants.

There are already commercial coal oil products ?
Yes. They are tars. Another is wood tar, another is shale rock tar. Cigarettes have wood tar. Wood tar floats in water, it is slightly thicker than diesel. Rock star falls to bottom.  

Both wood and rock tars are cleaner raw materials than ground oil, but usage in eco-diesel needs distilling. Sap from for example birches, is not a commercial fuel. Commercial wood tar comes from firs. Shale rock and shale sand oils come from coal mines. Tar production numbers are very modest.

Before waxes wood tar was used for lubricating skis. Ski tar is diesel like liquid stuff.
Cigarette tar lubricates your lungs with oil. With open oil lubrication's pros and cons. Great deal from cigarette tar goes to blood circulation in gaseous form. And obviously comes out with breathing.

With new mechanical oil refinery, you can create as much petrol from ground oil as you wish. Same goes to other commercial oil qualities.
In principle it is possible to convert gaseous CxHx compounds back to liquid and even solid form. Conversion might take 10 to 20 minutes. 

Mechanical refinery doesn't clean oil as well as distillery. You cannot sell mechanically refined oil to drug dealers, food makers, make up makers and others. When your key customers are what they are ... much like you ... you can begin refining with traditional distilling. Then you convert all unwanted and unsold leftovers into for example petrol with mechanical upgrade.

Quite obvious, that with temperature you can adjust direction of simple pumping system. In engine's high temperature, thick oil converts into thin water like liquid.

Ground water layer is another system, with what nature recycles and purifies water.
Water's horizontal hydrostatic pressure creates inlets to ground water layer. When you go deeper in ocean, at some point water's horizontal hydrostatic pressure grows so much, that it breaks rocks on the sides into sand grains and atoms. After this point water's hydrostatic pressure starts to spread into crushed sand. This pressure pushes water molecules into ground water layer. After outlet point, linear growth of hydrostatic pressure ends.

At sea sides, required drilling depths are 50 to 100 meters down from sea levels. Farther you go from ocean, deeper the drilled hole must be. Required drilling depth grows with altitude from sea level. Ground water layer can exist under shallow ocean bottom. In principle you can do that. Old mines and sand pits are manmade ground water lakes. Required depths are rather big. At near by sand hill row, few from the old sand pits are converted to  beaches. If you stand long times in traffic lights, A/C device's compressor needs running engine. Running A/C compressor needs over 1 kWs power. Usage of A/C device needs around 1 liter fuel per hour. Consumption is dependent on temperature and requested cooling. It is not dependent on your speed.

When temperatures falls below 20C, you must run engine every now and then for getting heat into passenger compartment. In colder mornings usage of plug in system needs, that you use block and passenger compartment heaters. Electric heater for passenger compartment needs over 2.5 kWs power. Block heater needs around 0.75 kWs.

From combustion engine you get the heat for free and all you need is blower. After cold start in cold weather, combustion car consumes around 6 kWs electricity to heating. Electric car's consumption is around 10 kWs. Usage of A/C device and electric heaters dries hybrid batteries very quickly.

When you buy mini-hybrid, you must ask / verify how cooling and heating works, when car is stopped or driven with electricity.

Why did you introduced overhauled heads ?
They are applications from my researches around combustion engines. Overhauled head is an easy, bolt-in upgrade to existing petrol block. Besides head, upgraded engine needs new, hi-pressure fuel injection system. These are the only required changes for dropping fuel consumption to around 20% from current.

Overhauled head  bigger, heavier and more complicated than rolling block. But as power plant it is just as good as rolling block. Both engine types have adjustable compression ratios,  optional water boosters and optional mini hybrid units. Rolling block can transmit much more bigger powers than engine with overhauled head. In private cars, vans, lighter trucks and buses transmitted powers doesn't come into way.

System minimizes transportation costs and maximizes oil extraction. You can crush and process rocks, which have less than 10% coal.
Besides oil, system produces busloads of small rock-sand grains. They can be used for making high quality cement, asphalt and others.

You can compress CxHx gases to liquid oil.
In principle you should be capable of doing so. Required pressures are certain to be big and temperatures rather low. During or after compression you must cool the cylinder, keep it's temperatures below 20C, which is liquid oil's lowest boiling point. Cooling breaks the natural connection in between pressure and temperature. Cooling lowers the pressure. Typically you must move the piston and decrease the volume during cooling.

With cylinder's temperature you should be capable of adjusting produced oil's quality. Much like you do with compression ratio. Liquid oil is easy to sell, clean and transport.

Think that BP or some other oil company will develop these licensed things in the year 2010 ?

During the night Ms Estonia sank, there was a big storm. In the morning waves were still over 10 meter high. From some unknown reason Ms Estonia's front gate got loose and ship's car deck was fully flooded. Ship sank in two hours. Most passengers died. Sinking began at midnight, great deal from passengers were sleeping. Storm prevented efficient usage of life boats and inflatable rafts. Storm and night delayed also rescue operations.

In later diving project, front gate was found as fully separated part from the ship. Aging, human error and sabotage are the most likely reasons for the loose and lost front gate.
