Ukrainian media show and Corona actors have created a situation, where it looks like, that prices will double before next summer. These short term expectations makes it very stupid to sell oil with current bargain $95 price. Did my best in order to keep the prices down, and to get rid of this media show. But what can I do, when thieving banks, Finnish Government and Corona actors start to lie and play : Perform their great stupidities boldly and most convincingly in the public.

Russia produces around 10% from sold oil & gas. When former Corona actors ban this production, there isn't a way prices can stay at current levels for longer times.

In at least publicity Americans and president Biden rallied Ukrainian crisis. In the beginning Gigolo Joe was always predicting war and instructing Putin boldly and shamelessly in public. Dear friend - Western Puppet - followed given instructions as quickly and well as possible.

There are lots of Jews and Jewish communities in Ukraine. Is there anything valuable and worth conquering  in Ukraine ?
No. Not much. Ukraine is poor 40 million country. In old resource maps, it has some oil and gas fields, which are east from Chernobyl and Kiova.

In the tight competition from the number one news producer, single team is a big risk. Besides, it cannot make 24/7 coverage from the war.
Constantly increasing numbers of casualties have resulted into talks about drafting events for dogs, nurses and healthcare leaders.

If EU has to fight this area for resolving it's intentionally caused refugee problems, New Israel's eastern border will end into 10 to 20 km wide safety-slice for peacekeepers. And the earlier 5 billion offer goes into warfare.

Besides districts for Ukrainians, Jews and Muslims, area can have districts for European Gypsies and Arabian Kurds. Offered area for refugees is rather big for European country. Just like the intended and rallied amounts of refugees.

After New Israel is founded, local government buys and expropriates land for refugees, towns, roads and others from current landowners. Just like it happens in European capitalist democracies. In Europe all land areas have registered owner.

During 1990s over one million East European Jewish settlers have already overcrowded Israel. No one knows how many Jewish refugee-settlers are currently on their way to Israel. Ukraine's EU-neighbors closed their borders from Arabian refugees few years ago. Their capability to to take refugees fell far behind number of applicants at their borders. EU countries have yearly quota's for the maximum of refugees. When refugee group comes to EU borders, each family makes an application for asylum. This application is either accepted or rejected. During the time of processing, you live in barracks for applicants. If your application is rejected, you are flown back to the country, from where you came.

USA, Russia and midgets have been driven busloads of Iraqis and Syrians into exile and to queues at EU borders. Refugees flocks from on-going media crises are always put into cold and ascetic military tents at guarded camping areas. You are fed, helped and allowed to live at the camping areas until active war is over. After war is over, you must go home. Camping areas belong to local farmers, local government and EU must pay rent from assigned camping areas. Yearly rent for one hectare is around 1 000 euros. Preparations and field works for sowing begins after a month. Refugees feeding and maintenance costs are big, one refugee costs around 5 euros a day. 100 000 war refugees costs hosting country around 20 millions a month.

You will be very disappointed, if you believe midgets and leading civil servants sweet talks about Ukrainian refugee handling in EU. These camps are much like prisons. You are not allowed to leave camping areas freely. You need literal permission or official documents for entering actual EU. Then there is nothing to do in EU camps. Soldiers bring you coffee and food few times a day. In domestic borderline camps you can live and move freely. EU provides tents, coffee and food services. 

Ukrainian media show can be an attempt to "Force Oil Producers Into Peace" ... and to sell oil with the price politics, midgets, state owned refineries and others want.
Such has occurred to my mind, too.
And mine. 

Oil price cannot fall before you acquire R&D licenses and take gas-plastics into use. Drying wells reduce drilling capacity all the time. All known bigger oil fields have drilling towers already. Unlike it was in 1973, there aren't unused oil fields, into which you could build new production capacity.

Americans applauded, when president Biden promised to hi-jack, rob, persecute and imprison Russian billionaires. With this communist idiom, most American Forbes 500 billionaires are also in CIAs lists from most wanted people in the world. What kind of plans you have for Second Israel ?
Nothing, I haven't said already. It is a country, which has temporal and long term citizens. Anyone can move there and get citizenship right away. There are lots of simple part time and short term jobs for citizens ... cheap rentals and others. Then there are services for making job and asylum applications into other countries. Country acts as refugee center, it gets money from EU and others. Tribal districts are much like states and autonomic republics. Tribal districts can have additional terms for settlers / long term inhabitants. Otherwise districts are open to everyone.

What do you get with that 5 billions, if you have to buy the land their current owners ?
You get road networks, power grids ... state owned vehicles, machines, land areas, rentals, agencies, companies and so on. Construction of this safe haven gives productive job opportunities to European and Arabian companies ... refugees and settlers.

Refugees and people, who remains abroad are deserters. Martial court can sentence all fleeing women and men to death.

Baseless over taxiing converts parliament and government into crime organization. When baseless tax collection is enforced with fines, imprisoning and estimated super-high taxes, politics, their IRS, cops and courts are also guilty to systematic systematic robbing with extortion. Sentences and fines from systematic robbing are big.

Food price cartel threats and extorts it's customers with old "Give us your money or life" phrase. They use price tags instead of guns. Other cartels and monopolies extortion principle is softer "Take it or leave it" and "If you really need and want this, this is our price". Monopolies and cartels can work in two directions : Towards customers and contractors.

Healthcare sector and it's co-operatives use "hard-to-prove" faulty diagnosis as threat for tax-and-customer extortion. Faulty diagnosis are much more difficult to prove than hijackings of our Jack.
Media companies extort ad-money with another "hard-to-prove" method. If you do not buy or pay ads, company is persecuted and black painted in news broadcasts and others.
Web jerks and IT companies have used web into their criminal activities. If you refuse to make donations, buy ads and latest programs version from certain - rather well-known - companies, your system is hacked and trashed via web.
Computer and hardware makers have shared sub-contractors. Their chances to enter Wild West businesses are limited.

Crime always comes with a risk and price. After suspicions around your honesty start to raise, your reputation is gone. Your revenues and profits fall. With delay, stronger suspicion about dishonesty typically halves revenues and profits. Have witnessed sad ends to great success stories more than once ... surprisingly many times, actually. There wasn't any. City people retreated to country side, to get shelter and work in their parents farms. Some families escaped war into abroad.  Most from those, who were not drafted, stayed at home. Kids were evacuated and sent to friendly, peaceful countries in bigger numbers.

Providing safe havens to deserters and war-criminals helps Russia and weakens Ukraine's chances to defend it's independency and borders.

How did you like Dune 2021.
Movie is dramatized, lengthened and tamed version from original David Lynch TV movie from 1984. Dune 2021 failed to reach big audiences. After seeing the flick, could say that not very surprisingly. Just like it was with Eternals 2021. In the beginning I was interested to see new effects and others. It didn't take long after enthusiasm turned into disappointment : This movie is cheap copy from the old version.

In between 20 and 30 minutes both movies tells you exactly the same story : Paul's visit to Reverend Mother. After seeing new Dune, I was absolutely sue, that new 10 minute story is much more longer it was in original. Then I checked original movies story length. If you compare these 10 minute stories, you can discover quite many things from movies and their current decline. Older dune bests the new in all major sectors.

Professional touch shows in the older Dune. David Lynch, who directed and wrote the older screenplay, was often said to be TV-world's wonder boy. His weird Twin Peaks detective series was widely commented and still well remembered. His best known movie, Blue Velvet is kind of a horror-crime story. Dune 1984 is said to be his best selling movie. Lynch movies are TV movies, which opened with theater distribution. Best and most expensive TV-movies are often released in theaters first. TV-movie's theater distribution needs theaters willingness to show the movie, additional work and money.

Dune 2021 has many cheap-n-easy  "walkie-talkie" TV-scenes, where standing or walking, stone-faced actors are simply talking to each other. Every now and then eyes are moved and heads turned. No idea. Cold tank has 2 x 200 cubic meters or 400 000 liters or 300 tons petrol compounds. Cruise-ferry's maximal payload is around 6 000 tons. Residential ships payloads could be around 1 000 tons. In ships DWT or Dead Weight Tonnage is the only weight unit. Other tonnages are volumes. Ships own weight is bigger than DWT.  Introduced cruise-ferry construction could weight around 20 000 tons. With this estimation ships payload efficiency is near private car.

Cruise-ferry has around 30 000 kWs power plants. With full power ship consumes around 4 liters per second. With full power ship has enough fuel for 28 hour trip. With two 200 cubic meter tanks ship can cruise few days. Empty or residential ship might be capable of cruising one week trip with these tanks. With traditional fuels pit stop at gas station costs 300 000. If you are in the move all year long, yearly fuel bill is around 15 millions.

Yes. It is the heaviest commercial petroleum gas. It is distilled mixture, not manufactured gas. In cooled tank, it weighs around 550 kg / m³. In ships, cooled LPG tanks should be placed to underwater volume. LPG tank provides bigger lift than common fuel tank. One cubic meter tank improves lift 450 kg, jelly tanks lift effect is near zero, diesel lifts ships 170 kg / m³. Underwater 400 m³ LPG tank reduces constructional weight with 180 tons. Caribbean cruisers and ocean crossers need over 10 times bigger LPG tanks. These ships weights match cruise ferries, gained over 1 800 ton weight loss is significant. Weight savings with LPG benefits maximal payloads, without increasing constructional weight. LPG tank needs big and reliable overpressure valve system.  If cooling system goes broke, without overpressure-system ship explodes and sinks. Nominal explosion pressure is 244 bars. Without overpressure system tank's design must last over 300 bar pressures. 

It is possible to take back cooling energies with system, which collects energy from fuel lines. Warmed LPGs volume grows from one liter to 244 liters. Oil rig misses decks, it can be used as bottom plate / ground for constructions. Cruise-ferry provides around 30m * 150m * 8 = 36 000 m². It converts to 3.6 hectares or around 8 acres.

You presented rig-districts as a way to expand Tokyo and other big cites. Also possible to construct off-shore rig-cities. Build a long rig-bridge for connecting city to hosting country or countries.
Oil rig, without drilling and crew readiness doesn't cost much. It is big, towed and welded steel work. They last major hurricanes, typhoons and easily over 50 years. Existing designs are cheaper and more reliable than new designs.
Intended city rigs are 200 x 200 or 300 x 300 meter plates. So that they match common on-ground city blocks and street networks. City rig can carry balanced 7 to 8 floor house systems. Over 20-30 meter high systems need, that the rig is mounted to ocean bottom. Or that it has extended deep-water legs.

In sea and rig cities taxes are common bills, which are based to your personal announcement. Town-hall is not allowed to get inhabitants wage data from employers. Taxes are much like rents, electric bills and others.

Militaries and general military service are missing from your tax-calculations. 
General military service takes of 10 boys at the time. Ten boys need one sergeant in shared military base. After purchasing weapons and vehicles to all males,  yearly renewals are small. You should be capable of keeping militaries with 20 % taxation.

Might want to save self-sustained systems to space constructions. But 600 hectares converts to 6 square kilometers. With 20 mm decks you need around 1 000 tons steel. Steel for simple rigs costs around 1 000 000 euros. Construction and design costs are rather big. With these million  people needs 250 000 hectare oil palm forests. Oil palm rigs need around 150 000 tons steel. Attempt to build oil production forests onto rigs dies into lack of steel and iron. Space constructions don't need much steel.

Are you serious with your Sea City idea ?
Idea and also on ground free cities are much more older than me. Such communities were established in 1960s and early 1970s. Idea from free city usually dies into lack ground areas. Sea Cities at international waters allows you establish old free city communities into many places. At shortest boat trip from international waters to nearest town takes around 15 minutes. With common 20 knot speed motor-boat moves around 600 meters in minute.

Ships and rigs for free cities are cheap. Ship which is sold for scrapping costs only the value of scrap metal in it. 20 000 to 30 000 tons scrap metal and old junk costs less than one million. These ships and rigs can be anchored into shallow and calm waters. Might have to patch leaking bottom plates every now and then. Leaking bottom can be easily fixed from the inside.
Cruise ships and hotels are not very often re-decorated. Old ship and hotel is usually replaced with completely new construction. Demolition of old decoration and furniture costs so much. This makes the oldest ships cheap.

Brand new, towed city-rigs are not very expensive either. Construction has modified oil-rig legs and  two steel decks. Second deck is needed for providing stiffness to primary deck and support for legs. Boxed multifamily house on one hectare deck can be 90 x 90 meters. Such house has two 90 meter and two 30 meter long multifamily houses. Houses total length is 240 meters. Court yard in the middle is 30 x 30 meters. Cross house can have four 30 meter long wings. Wings total length is also 120 meters. In the middle of the cross house there is 30 x 30 meter windowless space. Four corner yards are 30 x 30 meters. House on 2 hectare rig can have 180 meter boxed house and cross house in the middle.

Oceanic skyscrapers can be made so, that house has many watertight underwater floors or columns. You build oceanic skyscraper so, that it's basement sinks slowly into ocean bottom. House can be made without deep-water divers. Attachments to ocean bottom can surrounded by waterproof tubes or cones, which allows you do the mounting in on-ground conditions. 

Deep water nature and hydrodynamics are very poorly known. "Deeper knowledge would need those forbidden lab tests", Jack. At 10 000 meter depth overlying water weighs 10 000 000 kg / m².  This pressure is quite likely to power ground water layer. From mines and oasis's we know, that ground water layer should exist in everywhere. It should be possible to drill sweet water wells into Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Timbuktu, Riyadh ...
