Governmental general fees are paid once a year directly to me. Fees are given in years and months. Fee is calculated with deal makers most recent GDP. Fee for all theorems is 20 percent from GDP in millions. One deal and yearly fee is enough for all.
When USA's GDP in 2024 is $29 trillions, fee is 29 137 602 million dollars * 0.2 = 5 827 520 dollars. When fee falls below $10 000, you don't have to pay it.

Negotiation time for the old knowledge thefts ended on 25th December 2025. Thefts must be taken to court for sentencing, imprisoning and compensations. Compensations to me or my heirs.
Remember when thefts of my financial researches began.
