Safety belts history is rather unique. In late 1970s and 1980's European wise-guys slashed better American airbags and lobbied mandatory 3-point seat belts to cars in all over the world. European amateurs pretended to have the highest knowledge levels from car's accident safety. Unfortunately their knowledge about accidents and accident safety were somewhere near non-existing.

In accidents five centimeter wide strip multiplies the forces and powers, that hits body. Accident hits the body from seat belt's area only. When you reduce area, forces and powers grow. Three point seat belt causes often neck, shoulder and breast injuries. It is not very rare that attached seat belt kills you in hi-speed accident. 
American air-bag spreads the accident's deceleration  forces evenly to whole chest. Right after crash airbag allows your upper torso to move forwards. Emptying bag lengthens upper torso's braking distance and lowers accident forces furthermore.
At around 1990 murdered man talked and arranged dying airbags to cars standard equipment. There aren't laws, that would make modern airbag sets mandatory. Neither is there any tax relives, that would make airbags popular.
Rather expensive airbag sets popularity is based to their real benefits against mandatory three point safety belts. You could give up from the mandatory seat belt usage in cars, that has complete airbag set. In these cars attached safety belt is close to safety hazard.

Lowered front mud covers fit well to new safer U and V beam fronts. When drive straight towards wall or another car, new front beam construction almost always turns and pushes your car away from the collided object.
Cars' front corners, that loses strength are empty hollow spaces. In small crashes car loses it's front light system rather easily. In high speed crashes another front wheel system is almost completely lost.
V-beam front makes it possible to safely raise motorways speed limit from 130 km/h to 160 km/h or 100 mph. V front slows down the vehicle much more before the final crash than traditional colliding front.

Wonder if there would be a traffic sign, that forbids driving with electric car. Due to for example too high speed limit ?
Don't know. But you cannot easily upgrade motorways so, that they fit to electric cars and their small lithium batteries. Each outlet increases motorway's accident risk, you must always minimize the number of outlets. 
Outlets are also very expensive to build. Outlet needs bridge or tunnel. Without over-under pass, you need two gas stations. One for each track..
You might want to use traffic signs for re-directing electric cars to old, one-track scenic roads and routes. Motorways have always alternative one-track road system running nearby. One track alternative is always toll-free..
At highway speeds, cars energy consumption raises a lot. Tires start to tilt and air resistance grows. When you try to hang out with others, small lithium battery dries out quickly.

When you buy second hand electric car or plug-in hybrid you should check battery packs condition. Worn-out battery packs are pretty expensive to replace. Mini-hybrid's small batteries are not that expensive. Mini-hybrid doesn't necessarily need batteries and battery power. It is well known, that lithium battery starts to lose it's maximal capacity rather quickly.

Sealing of your leaking nuclear plants needs general license.
General license is also needed, when you improve plants safety systems.
To the countries, who have already stolen my financial researches, bailouts of general licenses are mandatory. Bailouts and yearly fees are currently cheap. Very different from the fees and wealth, which are listed in my last will for the Summer 2026 torture murder. This is a second summer in row, when Finnish KELA, Varha, OP-Pohjola, Pöytyä and Finnish government went into torture murdering businesses. Big hikes have a good basis in this fact.

With magnetic filters you can remove HF-U molecules from water and air, that comes out from reactor room. 
You can liquidize HF by cooling output air and water. When you cool the air, HF falls to floor. When you warm water to around 30C, HF comes out as gas and you can lead water away. When you cool the air to around 15C, HF falls to floor and you can collect it.
When you vaporize water temporarily to steam, cooling & liquidizing water is certain to be free from HF.

Safety procedures for nuclear plants are also straight from the Albert's great ass. You can stop the reactor simply by lifting rods from water, drying and cooling them.
You should never keep used fuel rods in warm water. You should dry them and put dry rods into under 15C storage, waiting for the removal of remaining HF molecules.

Active fuel rod converts water into oxygen and hydrogen all the time. You can burn oxygen and hydrogen molecules back to water.  Burner unit needs gas distiller for getting hydrogen and oxygen out of the air.
Active fuel rods gas creation explodes the reactor rooms and short term storage rooms for used fuel rods. When plant malfunctions, it is dangerous to keep rods active and in water.
Glass, porcelain and stones are immune to HF, HF-U and many other corrosive chemicals. Acryl and concrete are not. Acryl is organic, transparent material. Urethane misses very light, transparent variation. Concrete has water.
Transparent urethane glass would be over 10 times lighter than styrene based acryl glass. Almost all plastics have both styrene and urethane based versions. Styrene weighs around 1kg / liter. Younger urethane weighs less than 100 grams per liter. Cars' plastic parts, including bumpers, are nowadays made from urethane.

In USA leaking nuclear plants kill around 2 000 people every year. Number of injured is much bigger. 
Earlier 1 gram HF dose is lethal, when you eat or breath it. On skin, dose is not very dangerous. Warm and wet body is excellent platform for corrosive HF reaction. Reaction looks like, that some microscopic living thing is eating your body. Gaseous HF lump can move in the body rather freely. It seems, that HF attaches to the corrupted material and tissue, much like glue or animal. In principle gaseous HF should detach from the skin rather quickly, but it doesn't do so. It continues from skin to fat layer, muscles and inner organs.
It is difficult to survive from real cancer without surgery. Getting a lung cancer from cigarettes is another almost impossible thing to ever happen. Cells have a chance to detect, catch and demolish HF molecules.

Unfortunate, that after getting doctorate, Finns didn't allow her to continue her cell researches. It was much more important to waste small research budgets to worthless, but media sexy legacy content studies of DNA-strings  
DNA strings are nowadays known to be cells arms and muscles. They are attached to tumor, they do all kinds of atom level jobs. More detailed, researched data is missing. Current knowledge from cells is based to murdered man's philosophical conclusions. 
Conclusions are based to the things cells must do. Cells must open and close their walls. They must grab sugar molecules from the blood. They must somehow ignite OH molecules. And so on. Scanner microscope allows you to get a good look from cells and the way they work.

Cell tech is future technology, where cells are taught to work for chemical industries. Medical extension and cell cures are a bonuses for the primary, commercial  goal.
Cells can be taught to process, build and demolish all kinds of chemical compounds. Cells can for example build benzene rings for fuels, plastics and fabrics. Then they can build fruits, seeds and meat. In a same way, animals and plants build these things in the nature.

After you provide required stimulus-ingredients-energies, small lump of pig's meat cells can multiply itself into a big chunk of ham. And so on. You don't necessarily need cattle and farming for food production. You can leave small lump of meat from the produced ham for initiating production of the next ham.
Cell tech allows you to produce human milk to shops and dinner tables. All you need is small lump from pregnant woman's breast. You can increase lump's size with natural multiplication. After that, you can use big chunk for milk production.
With cell tech you can grow natural breast and skin implants. In far future you can build complex body parts with cell tech.
