All big pulp and paper factories in USA, Canada, Finland, Sweden, China, Russia and in elsewhere are closed within next 10 years.
Possible. Factories pollutes rivers, lakes and smaller seas. CO2 system reduces negative environmental effect quite a lot. Reduces also heating costs with over 50%. You don't have boil additional water for preventing the fire. CO2 system improves also the quality of the paper and pulp. CO2 system can be built freely, location is not bound to nearby water reserve. Big furniture company can build molds and parts like cast steel is currently used.

Finns and co-ops decided to reward you from the system with deafness.
Idea suits well to earlier experiences and activities.
Including the improved environmental friendliness.

Is forest business big business ?
No. Yearly worldwide value could be somewhere near 100 billions. But it is very important to smaller countries, with lots of conifer ... pine and fir ... forests.
Sugar oil producer countries will raise to wealthiest of all.
Not necessarily. OPEC or oil producer countries are the second wealthiest. The average wages are below western countries. Oil gives you chance to become the wealthiest of all  ... or raise to western living standards. But oil alone is not enough. You must develop domestic businesses and consumer behavior, before you can reach the western lifestyle. Oil makes the climb to western lifestyle easy.
Cast wood and new recycling systems allows you to increase usage of wood, carton and paper.
In the north there are almost as much conifer forests as there are deserts in our world. The total northern confer tree area is around 10 million square kilometers. Area is around 500 km down from artic circle. Length of continental ground at the area is around 20 000 km. With 70 year lifespan you can chop 150 000 km2 conifer forests every year.
When you do so, you must plant and fertilize the chopped areas.
If you do not remember pine is a desert tree, with a green bush at the top. Fir has or it tries to raise branches from bottom to top.  Cones are squirrels favorite food. They know how to skin the cones.

With CO2 furnace Russia, Canada, Brazil, Congo and other rain & cone forest countries can create oil from wood.
Yes. In principle you can develop a process for the conversion. Don't know, if you want to do that. Oil barrel weighs 132.75 kg. One ton has 7.5 barrels of oil. With $50 oil price you get $376 from one produced ton. You get twice as much from one pulp-paper ton. Sugar oil will downgrade oil price to $10 - $20 per barrel.

If you cannot use all from the yearly growth to paper-pulp making, and you want to maximize forest usage, you might want to use the surplus to oil. National oil production is good for trade balance and national employment rates.

Cast wood and wood can get oil and plastic like assortment of retail products.

National oil production has big meaning in wartime scenarios.
You got to be capable of fueling your military vehicles, without fully functional oil import system. Should have at least potential for domestic oil production. In World War II supply chains were bombed as eagerly as ground troops.

What kind of thing wood-oil distillery is ?
When you melt wood, it is almost like oil. Quite sure, that oil distillery can be integrated into common CO2 furnace. For oil you must remove or break long chains and remove dirt from the liquid wood. Possible that breaking needs only higher temperature than cast wood. Keeping the liquid form might need some special cooling procedure. Furnace and liquid wood are completely new things. Nothing is known for sure until the first prototypes are made and tested.

Wood-oil distillery is nothing like sugar-oil distillery.
Sugar-oil distillery doesn't need conversion. Sugar converts to oil automatically. In sugar-oil distillery you clean canes and oil from dirt and water. Operating temperature is around 40C. Not over 400C like in wood-oil distillery.

Wood-oil distillery is much like coal-oil distillery.
Whale or was it shale-oil production begins from rock crusher unit. In furnace you liquidize oil and filter the liquid oil from the sand, dirt and rocks. Then you lead oil into common oil distillery tower. All three distilleries uses integrated tower. From coal-oil distillery you get good, ready made asphalt and other oil-based outdoor / road coatings.

Coal oil is not very expensive, two tons 50% coal costs around $80. Crushing, heating and others could raise the cost to $90. Production price for one barrel is around $13.

Two sustainable ways with one backup system for creating oil. During the time economies are stuck, because of lack of oil and raising prices. And no one was interested ?
What if they didn't know ?
Not possible to even say so. During the blackout ... before the knock-out ... held the power keepers well informed about sugar-oil and other sensational inventions. White house and Capitol smashed the first $8 trillion fall into markets by slashing the sugar-oil and others. For favoring a dear and well known Finnish friend.

1st November 2019 - Cast wood cost estimations : Back in to woods and ... and off with their heads ?

Forests belong already to sustainable resources. Worldwide yearly value of forest sector is said to be around $300 billions, from which 30% comes from 10 biggest forest companies. World biggest pulp boilers are China and USA. Europe comes near the same levels in totals. Worlds biggest forests are in Russia and Canada, Brazil and Congo. 

In western world usage of forests falls around 2% a year. Forest usage grows only in developing / emerging areas. Shift to digital communications and archiving systems causes the unavoidable fall. Without new usage, forest usage and companies will fall for a long time.

With CO2 furnace and cast wood you get forests into more efficient usage. In pulp boiling CO2 furnace is an "all good" improvement. It reduces production costs, energy consumption and negative environmental effects.

Estimated, that cast wood as raw material, would bring you as much as incomes as pulp. Steel ton prices are near pulp ton prices. Cast wood palette starts from oil like products and ends to steel. In case that sugar oil fields cannot be extended fast enough / to moon / to space, cast wood palette can be extended so, that it covers most from oil based plastics. Oil based products are cheaper than wood based products.

If pulp ton is around $800 per ton, oil price should raise to over $100 per barrel, before wood oil price raises to pulp ton levels. With $100 price oil ton costs $753. Not possible to produce wood oil without CO2 furnace. Furnace allows you you adjust the output quality. Not only the thickness of produced papers and cartons. Dimensions of the planks.

$300 billion pulp-plank-paper business converts into around billion trees and 28 000 km2 per year. For one pulp ton, you need 3 conifer trees, which weighs around 400 kg. One pulp ton costs around $800. When used area upgraded average growth, the area grows to 1.5 million square kilometers. We are currently using less than 5% from the available growth. Finland and Sweden uses ... rather surprisingly, eh ? ... over 100% from the available growth to pulp-plank-paper making.

Have you calculated costs and revenues for wood oil ?
No. Never been in rainforest. Fir and pine forests could have trees in 5 meter boxes. They around 30 meter tall. Diameter is around 20 cm. Trees density matches oil's density, woods floating capability comes from lower density. 

When so, you get 600 liters or 3.77 barrels per tree. When tree grows over 50 years, you can calculate 10 liters per tree. One hectare has 400 trees. One square km 40 000 trees.

In sustainable system one square kilometer provides you 400 000 liters oil within a year. It makes 7 barrels a day per square .kilometer. In theory you need 12 million km2 for fulfilling current 80 million barrels a day consumption, year after year. There are around 12 million km2 rainforests and 17 million km2 conifer forests. The closer to north pole you go, the slower the growth is ... smaller the trees are, bigger the boxes are. 

In businesses 3.77 barrels per tree makes $188 with $50 price and $37.70 with $10 goal. From one wood ton, you get around 1400 tons oil. One barrel weighs 132.75 kg. When so, you get around 10 barrels per ton. With current $50 you get $500 for one ton. With goal price your revenues fall to $100 per ton.

Rough estimations for rainforest can be made by changing average box size, length and growth time.

Canada's sustainable wood oil reserves are 20 million barrels a day. With $10 goal it makes $100 billions a year. With current price $600 billions a year.
Russia's reserves are over 80 million barrels a day, around $300 / $1 800 billions a  year.
If rainforest is twice as efficient as northern forest, Brazil shares the top with Russia. Brazil has also big areas for sugar oil production.
Congo comes third with 40 million barrels and $150 billion incomes a year. With current $60 price Congo's national incomes grow to $800 billions a year.

How much you can get from sugar beet ?
They talk about 30 - 45 tons per hectare. Sugar cane is 60 - 100 tons per hectare. Beet production fits into $10 goal, with cane derivates. Beet can be farmed in almost everywhere. With beet-oil Europe can get rid of food overproduction and expensive, corrupted support system for farmers.

Current value of oil sector is $2 trillions a year. Biggest Arabian producers share from current total is less than 5%.
- Forests can triple current production. Raise it from 80 million to at least 240 million barrels a day.
- Deserts can produce around 1 million barrels a day.
- Trash oil maximum is around 5% from consumption.

- Venus has potential to at least 2 million barrels a day.

Initial production price for sugar oil was $40 barrel. With sugar-oil machinery it is possible to downgrade wood-oil prices to same levels with sugar-oil.
- You can use sugar-oil machinery as base for wood-oil machinery. Sowing and plant creation matches sugar cane systems. Sower need new all terrain tracks.
-  In harvester tracks, harvester unit + movers must be changed. Harvester unit has group of tractor sized harvesters cutter units. They need hydraulic arms for reaching the bodies. The table into which you cut-put the trees, scraps the branches, when it pushes the body into mover. Branches are left to ground, for giving materials for new life. 
- As long as you keep open, chopped areas small enough, forests doesn't need watering systems, fertilizing only.
- Machinery for forests is near military versions.

Wood oil is the fastest way to get into sustainable oil production. You can also temporarily exceed the average growth
If world runs out of ground oil after 3 - 7 years, wood-oil and coal-oil can be made available very quickly.
- both processes are simple with CO-2 furnace.
- they have existing raw materials and collecting systems.

Russia, Canada and USA could easily convert whale rock reserves into forest based sustainable reserves.

22nd November 2019 - Cast wood initial product development

Asked few days ago oil companies to check, how you can convert coal, trashes and wood into oil CO-2 furnace. 

Could found joint venture company for developing cast wood products. Company could operate at Santta Claus Field Facilities. Company could have few independent departments, which develops and tests new products and processes. In single company all teams can use the same equipment. 

Developed base products and processes would be available for current Oil, Forest, Steel, Furniture, etc. companies.
Share from early running costs, could be based on last years verified revenues.
Later company could charge from the usage / sales of developed products.
- When so, company can also be an independent operator.


Really wild and bold Finns gets way over 10% from national incomes from domestic forest industries. In revenue based GDP, share is over 20%. With Nokia Networks airing problems share grows to 30%. In total, self made ban slices over 50% from Finnish GDP and over 80% from more important industrial output.

Numbers are valid to almost all countries, whose Ciao-Then-Chokes, Donald Fuchs, other politics, civil servants and midgets bans the country out from licenses. What do you think, "Off with their heads ?"
