Streets and copter tubes [ 15th Jan 2019 ]
In the picture you see basic dimensions for streets and roads. At the top there are two park avenue street layouts.Carriage ways are 9 meters and two lane systems. 4.5 meters is slightly more than widest current roads and streets.
Now that oil and energy are not the problem car sizes obviously grows. Park for car is 9 x 4 meters, car in the picture is 6 x 3 meters.
Smaller European-Japanese cars have grown during oil crisis. Typical family car from 1960s and 1970s was 4.3 meters, nowadays 4.6 meters.One meter center after two lanes is a space reservation for copter car tube apparels. Possible that the width is not enough, and copter car tube needs two lanes.
One way to build tube system. In tube systems, it is possible to jump over-under crossing tube.
Street tube is a level, where you change tube. Also the tube, where you turn in the crossings.
Copter car is not very easy to steer. Then you should try to keep it in the move, when possible.As you can see from the picture, the height of tube system grows quickly.
Possible to build highway tubes over the city centers : Ease or get rid of the rush hours.You could make the tubes with small electric transmitters. With these transmitters you create invisible walls for the tubes.
In copter car you have sensors, which reacts / alerts, when car crosses the invisible wall.
With modern tech it is already possible to reflect the tubes to front window.Invisible, maintained walls are the only way to build the tubes.
All the other easy ways ends into conflicts, at least the ones, which occurred to my mind.You can build the tubes with A/C current ( radio waves ), short range transmitters and sharply shaped transmitter antennas.
Read of data from transmitter network is close to GPS system.Outside cities you do not need the tubes for a long time. Copter car can have another short range transmitter, with shared frequency.
When another car detects the general signal, it can alert the pilot. Own transmitter is essential for safety.
You can increase-decrease transmitters range with speed and known flying locations.Short range transmitters energy consumption is very small.
With electromagnetic batteries, the cost of tube maintenance is at the same levels with lane paintings.
You can also encode speed limits, one way data, lane arrangements and many other things into the transmitters.
Shared frequencies doesn't violate privacy.Mandatory electric balls around cars makes city driving quite a lot easier. In principle mandatory system would allow you to build a car,
you don't have to steer all the time. System can never react to unexpected, pilot with a chance to steer the vehicle is needed.

Better actual plans for media room houses [ 13th Jan 2019 ]
These floor plans have supporting walls and in-house elevators.
Most from the big center halls vanished with supporting walls.
Thanks to straight staircases, center halls are smaller than usual.It doesn't show in the plans, these houses are very big for a common multifamily house.
Houses are around two times bigger than common multifamily house. Size makes flats cheaper than usual.Stand-alone house can be easily equipped with four elevators.
In the picture you see stand-alone house with in-house elevators. Elevators are not private, both serves two flats per floor.
There are many ways to build an elevator with 3 doors. In-house doors are operated like private floors / elevators.
Center hall takes 3% from the available free area. House lost the roof window from center hall.
Possible to replace center storages with roof windows and light yards. Give daylight to shared and private halls.Made some sample configurations for getting place water posts and drains :
- Top left flat is the default. House has 1.5 corridors, when possible they have been taken to rooms.
- Top right has bigger kitchen with own door. Wash room was also enlarged, to for example bigger Jacuzzi pool. One bedroom was removed.
- Bottom left living room shares the balcony with master bed room. Easy to rent single or double from the flat.
- Bottom right misses storages. To the center you can put your own furniture into it's place. Another storage is used for enlarging washroom.- - - -
After outer wall, inner corridor wall is thick supporting wall.
Door hole locations in supporting walls can be changed only then, when you buy the flat before the walls are made.
Cannot make many big holes into supporting walls.In between the flats there are also thick, unmovable walls. Flat walls goes around the shared center center hall.
This wall has a hidden hole for the outer corridor.
City house got also thick supporting walls and in-house elevators.
Media rooms in the center are longer than in stand alone house, center hall takes 5% from the available area.
Center hall is so long, that you can place 3:1 ( 9 meter / 27 feet long ) stairs into the hall.If you are a late buyer - waiting for big discounts - you will get the top-left flat.
Top-right takes master bedroom into kitchen. Part from Junior 1 to living room.
Another part from Junior 1 goes to Junior 2, which becomes new big master bedroom.Bottom left takes Junior 1 and 2 into living room. Then it can take new master bed room from Bottom-Right flat.
Then the washroom-sauna takes the storage room.Kitchen in bottom right takes the corridor. Living room takes Junior 1. Washroom is enlarged from storage.
In this picture you see simple addition of the elevators. One room was added to outer rows.
Might want to shorten and widen the house by changing media room sizes behind the elevator blocks.
10 elevators allows you to build 40 - 80 floor houses. All sample configurations works in this stretched house.
When you go higher and need more elevators, you have to widen the media rooms behind the elevators. You need more width to halls and center hall.- - - -
In the house there are three horizontal supporting walls.
First and last are corridors outer walls. One goes from the middle, it goes through the center hall with 3 columns and beams.
House has also two vertical supporting walls. Walls goes in between kitchen and living room.
First actual plans for media room houses [ 10th Jan 2019 ]
In this picture you see floor plan for the actual construction. Plan is for detached, stand alone house.The default apartment is 4 rooms + kitchen + media room. Space usage is optimized for four apartments per floor.
Four or more apartments per floor makes the media room addition cheap. Wasted pathway space ( per apartment ) in the middle is small.The separator walls in the outer ring are not fixed. You can drop some away, or change their places.
Hallways in the apartments have also mobile walls. You split one apartment to many, or combine two or more in to one apartment.It is possible to demolish pathway or change locations of the doors to the windowed rooms..
- The wall in between yellow pathway and media rooms carries the load. Distance to outer wall is 7.5 and 6.5 meters.
- Another strong wall is the front door wall. Distances to other sides : 9.5 meters, 15.5 meters.In the center there is enough space for brining front doors to elevators and stairs.
- In the default plan such makes the entrance to apartment messy.Staircase is 6 m long. 2nd staircase raises already to next floor. At each corner there is balcony.
The way strong walls are in the actual house, depends on it's height.
7 meter open outer ring makes it possible to build fly in garages to copter cars.In principle it is possible to build media room like tubes for swimming pools.
Could build one bigger pool to ground floors ( or roof ) for all inhabitants. You can get a full sized pool to ground floor. You can take kitchen, living room, pathway and part from master bedroom for shared pool. Shallow pools and attractions for kids could go to junior bedroom space.

Default plan is made for maximum comfort, without paying attention to energy-water consumption. Family with two kids fits nicely in.
- Default apartment is divided to living quarters at the door and sleeping quarters in the back / sides.
- In the layout both media rooms are as easy to access.
- Shared bathroom is big enough for sauna and bathtub.
- Kitchen is accompanied with cellar like cold storage.There will be a chimney and fireplace in living room. For Santa and Sock businesses.
Possible to build a dining room / space in between kitchen and living room.
Wardrobes can be converted into front doors for small apartments at the sides.
You can also build entrance to kids and put closets into wardrobe.When you buy new apartment, you can say how the rooms and sizes are made for your home.
- After kids move away, you can make a second front door to your home and take tenants to rooms, kids left empty.
- Alternatively you can extend living room into master bedroom, sleep in Junior 1. Possible to extend Junior 1 to same the size than master bedroom.Floor plan for actual media room city house, walls [ 11th Jan 2019 ]
Idea in houses is not to be very cost effective. Idea is to bring new everyday dreams to people.
Bring something new, worth buying ... saving money and working hard. Houses and cars are he biggest private investments.
They have big and fast effect to local and global economies.
In the picture you see city house, with only two window walls. In city the things you see from the windows are usually dull.
City house can provide views to inner yard and to the house on the other side of the street.In this house center hall takes 112.75 m2. In standalone house the center hall is 147.25 m2.
- If needed you can split the house to two flat house from the center.
- Corridor widths are 2 meters in both houses. Width of stairs in standalone is 2 meters, this has 1.8 meters.
- You can punch 6.5 meter route into inner yard through ground floor living rooms and media rooms. And-or 7.5 m through junior bedrooms.Roof windows and two elevators allows you to build in-flat elevators and build big halls to the ends of center hall.
The additional hall to flat is on light in the center. In-flat elevator would obviously needs three doors. Third door replaces the hole for roof window / light yard.
Third door is needed to for example other residents, who go to for example utters. Private in-home doors can be opened only with keys or grip / opener from the flat.
There is enough space for third elevator, too. Private elevator system works also in detached house.The front can be converted pathway with columns. Then you can convert street side flats to shops with backroom / storages..
Also possible to build pathway with shops ( with or without backrooms ). Flats' corridors skip over the first inner wall.
8 meter depth is enough for building garages to the inner yard.Although you had only two apartments per floor, the hall would still take lots of space from the house.
You got to demolish one flat from ground floor for getting route into center. Stairs need the same space.Flats in this house are slightly smaller than in standalone house. Rooms goes deeper into house, sizes are the same.
Master bedroom moved in to another end.
The cellar / cold room is in kitchen. Media room tube dimensions are not the same.Big balcony gives more light into deep living room.
You cannot punch second front door to the flat.
But it is easy to change 4x4x4x4 into 3x5x3x5 room system.
Then you can insert stairs with singles and doubles, with or without media rooms.Triple and double with media rooms are rather easy, tubes are long enough to cover all windowed rooms.
Double and triple with media room is like diagram at the top of the chapter.REMOVED WITH THIS : ? City house with only two or one windowed walls is easy, you cannot get staircase advantage to your house.
The door-to-door distance grows too much, if you try to put more than two big apartments into same stairs.
When so, it is easy to get longer windowed walls to city house apartments.Walls [12h Jan 2019]
Walls are made from elements. Outer walls and mobile walls will be connected to floors with rods. Walls have switches, with what you can raise and lower hidden rods. Rods, with standardized mounting system, makes the modifications easy.
- In outer walls rods are needed for setting places for windows. Rods for outer walls goes through floor to the lower-upper floor walls. In outer walls winds pushes the building sideways, so the rods must be stronger.
- In construction rod walls are easy. You raise the ready-made wall into it's place with crane or copter crane. Then you lock the wall with rods. Copter crane is handy when you build over 500 meter / 1500 feet sky drapers.
- Hidden pipe works and wires goes in floors and roofs. In principle you should not install embedded switches and plugs into rod wall. When you have to do so, you must make a connector to floor or roof. Sinks and taps comes from the floors. Water pipes for heating are nowadays hidden into rail-boxes for curtains, come down from there to batteries.Inner walls should be made so that, when rods are released wall shrinks a little, so that you can take it away and put it into place easily. Mass produced standardized rod wall slices are obviously cheaper than in-place constructions would be. There is nowadays liquid chemical steel, with what you can fill old rod holes in steel-frame buildings.
Old log houses, with common plank covers, have usually rods in the corners.

In the picture above you see floor plans for detached multi family house with media rooms. Each floor has four apartments.
- Each apartment has kitchen, living room, media room and 3 bedrooms.
- Brown area in the center is for staircase and corridor. Purple boxes in the center are elevators. Smaller purples are for ventilation tubes / kitchens.
- If you want sauna or bigger bath room, you can for example increase master bedroom widths and add extras to media room block.
- In lower buildings you might want to drop another elevator away.Triple is obviously smallest apartment, where media room raises bigger interest.
Double with media room could interest people, who lives alone. People with pets or space consuming hobby.
Single, which misses separate living room, is obviously out of the question.
In the picture on the left you see how multimedia rooms go, when they are made for each floor.
Room needs only 1.5 floors. It is possible to create utters or cellars from the leftover height.In the sample floor plan :
- media rooms are 5 x 6 meters = 30 m2
- upper kitchen is 5.5 x 5 meters = 27 m2, lower 7 x 4 meters = 28 m2
- living room is 8 x 5 meters = 40 m2
- smaller bed rooms are 5 x 4 meters = 2 x 20 m2
- master bedroom is 4 x 6 meters = 24 m2
- upper path is 4.25 m2, lower is 3.725 m2.Upper apartments are 131 m2 + 30 m2 = 161 m2
Lower apartments are 131.73 m2 + 30 m2 = 162 m2Length of shared path in the center is 25.5 meters. Staircase is 2 meter wide and around 12 meters long, stepping is 1 / 4 with 3 meter total floor height. From the outside house is 42 x 31 meters.
At ground level you must sacrifice one or two master bedrooms for entrances. You can use the leftover space from media room tubes to general use space.
In the picture on the left you see how multi media room goes. In SI and Imperial units. First there is 1 m stage for screen. Then comes 1.5 - 2 meter table space. Each chair takes 1 x 1.5 meters, sofa takes 1.5 x 2 meters. Each line should raise 30 - 50 cm.

4.5 meters or 15 feet is the smallest length for the room. 3 meters or 10 feet is the smallest width.
- 4 rows : 9 meters or 30 feet could the longest length.
- 6 to 7 seats : 7 meters or 23 feet could be the biggest width.
- in very wide or long room you cannot see the screen well.In multifamily house media room is general usage room, just like all the others. Apartments are sold to unknown average buyers. Bigger rooms could be named as movie theaters. Rooms, which are made for projectors and big screens. Into smallest 3 meter width you can buy 120 inch displays.
Keeping the room sizes pretty much the same, is needed for media room furniture.
Lower picture shows standing 2 meter person in room height ( 2.5 meter ) media room. If another side of the room is over 6 meters, you should always raise the roof. The line behind shape shows 0.5 meter hike per row, it goes with 3:1 steps, possible in the room.
In the picture on the left you see basics for art town business quarters. Red boxes have shopping windows. Blue boxes are back room- storages, they have common windows. Orange boxes are optional storages and workshops. Shop keepers can rent them, if the back room-storage is too small.
In the center there is market square. To for example on-site fashion shows.
- Base box is 5x5 meters ( 15x15 feet ). System is made with arches / beams, walls can be changed by demand. Daylight starts to fade with bigger depth.
- Gray area is for holiday makers. In the picture Gray paths are 7 meter / 21 feet wide.
- Green corridors are service routes for shops. Corridors are 5 m / 15 feet wide. You can drive there with car / van.
- Each block in the picture is 610 m / 203 feet.
- Quarter has transparent cover. The quarter can be air air conditioned and heated.
- Picture like quarter with only one floor is rather small, it has only around 180 shops.
House with small studios in the center, sketches
In modern world girls apartments would need a small studio for live web cam performances.
Windowless room with a chance to change the walls and roofs.
In the center of the studios there could be a storage for settings.
Studio system could be in the center of the house. Separated from the apartments.
Photographers and painters can also use them.
In the picture there is one layout for detached house. If you build a full block, the house is narrower, sides do no have windows / rooms. Construction of apartments can be used for developing new manufacturing tech for elements.
Also possible to build big studios for x-rated adult movies to the area.
Then the residential part would need special kindergartens, which are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Operated by older, retired inhabitants.
In downtown, where street level floor is reserved for shops, you can build garages and storages to the center. The park and playground for residences would be at the second floor. Over the first floor roof. In elsewhere you do not have a need to pack things into small areas.
Copter car garage needs at least 1.5 floor height ( almost 4 meters ). It does not fit into single floor garage ( 2.5 meters or less). Garage would fit into floor system for media rooms.
If you build outers to upper floors for copter cars, doors should open sideways, not street ways. Public park at the outer needs direct access to elevators and street level. You obviously build most upper floor parks into the center of the building.
