But the biggest additions to reserves come from Venezuela and Canada. They make 500-600 million barrels. Russian and North Sea reserves are another bigger set of questionable reserves. If current reserves have declined 10% to around 1 100 million barrels in past ten years, you are not in a hurry. But if the reserves have declined 20% to 1 000 million barrels, world runs out of oil within next 5 to 10 years. The twenty percent decline is high, but possible. In 2006 reserves declined 0.11% from 2005.

Very irresponsible to lie about the reserve, the future of our world is dependent on. Such cannot be accepted.

The estimation you asked starts from 3 years and ends to around 300 years. If those Canadian and Venezuelan reserves are real, they could easily, without a danger increase pumping capacity so, that the oil price would fell furthermore to sugar oil's $10 target price. Decided to test if I can pay that pending bill, after all. Test ended before it started. The only bank account I'm allowed to have here was empty. It was supposed to have enough money for paying the bill. Money, which is accounted to Finns, for paying my small allowance.

The 2nd  oil crisis began at around 2005. In 2006 Norwegian North Sea oil reserves started to decline. The worldwide reserves fell for the first time ever.

The decline and Asian emerging countries boost to oil consumption started to raise oil prices. In 2008 price peaked to $190 per barrel. The peak & fall was part of the reasons for the 2009 recession. 2009 recession is the 3rd biggest in recorded history. After recession oil price rose and stabilized to around $100 per barrel. Manmade Halloween Recession in 2014 halved the oil price to around $50 per barrel.

 During 2nd black out, new oil creation methods can become unavailable. Therefore you should start to save the existing ground oil reserves. Cut the production so that oil price will not fall during black out and rather obvious 2nd manmade recession in row.
 You could even take the old $100 price to your goal. If goal horrifies, countries which has made massive new discoveries, can take newly discovered reserves into more efficient usage.
 System is kind of reminder-rehearsal from the new sugar-oil era. In new policy, you hike the price, when demand falls. Could return to current $60 per barrel after Canada, Venezuela and other discoverers have risen the daily production to 120 million barrels a day. Discoverers should not have any difficulties with the goal, verified worldwide oil reserves have grown over 40% during recent years. Without new drilling capacity, you hike the price also then, when demand grows. If you have the fields and tech, our oil companies are naturally willing to extend their operations to your newly discovered fields.
 Around 120 million barrels a day is needed for fulfilling recently lost and dumped $40 trillion license pack. It's around 50% from current worldwide GDP. In order to come true, it needs 50% increase to oil and electric production. 

 Current service + sales refusals ... oil, tax, etc. bans should be converted as standard policies. 2nd blackout ... attempt to develop deep recession to world economies ... tightens policies for getting licenses quite a lot. Goals of licenses and 2nd blackout-recession are opposite. If you give your support to blackout, the licenses and money are not in your interests. Lack of interest includes your personal paychecks, fees and options.

In an attempt to keep the climate tolerable, you should get rid of all aired electricity, catalyst converters, nuclear plants and other listed, possible causes.

- If you are developing licensed products, you might want to take copies from the pages you need, before the site goes down.
