Tights	Digital democracy is general name for new kind of democracy. And safe and secured separate network. It contains voting and power keeping. System brings you official electric mail, self service bank office at home. Then you get free landline phones. Video phone booths / studios to media room.

Democracy was born over 2 000 years ago in Greece. Romans upgraded democracy into a format, where districts have representatives. Romans had Cesar-President and Senate. After Romans democracy died. It was reborn in USA and it's declaration of independence. France was the first European country, that adapted democracy. General Napoleon Bonaparte took power over France almost right after revolution. France returned into democracy after Napoleon fell. Women and commoners got voting rights soon after year 1900. Commoners right to to vote, varied by country. Women were banned in all over world. Women got right to present people later. 

Digital democracy is the biggest change in democracy for 2 000 years. Digital democracy brings all important decisions back to people, just like it was in Greece. Home computers and worldwide network has made digital democracy possible. In digital democracy every one has a right to vote. You have also a right to bring new things to national or communal world. You make decisions about the rules and laws, with what you live. Then you make decisions about the tax rates and usage of tax money. You have representatives, who forms laws from your decisions. You have civil servants, who works with all shared liabilities. 

Usage of tax money and tax rates need rules for minimum attendance. Attendance demand must grow with the amount of used tax money. Tax rates need "maximum attendance", around 40-50% from the people with voting rights.

Common laws and rules go with general interest. Digital democracy supersedes ultimate power keepers : presidents and governments. Houses of representatives are left much like they are. Digital democracy operates with currently used two levels. We have national and communal administration-taxing system. DD leaves this system unchanged.

Europe will get third EU level taxation system. EU gets currently money via national taxing and yearly fees. No one knows how much EU collects taxes from member countries. Neither it is known, where the money goes. Digital democracy will open this secret society. EU presents budgets and gets it own tax system / rates. If EU gets part from national militaries, own taxing system is essential.

Digital democracy makes electric mail your primary mail. You get an official secured email. Into this mail you can get electric bill, alerts from officials, tax forms and so on. The official mail has servers at home. Personal-household level servers are polling network for incoming mail 24 hours a day. System goes, that if the delivery fails, the copy is left to sender's personal server.

Digital democracy brings free landline phones to all households. In copper wire network transmission costs are small. Video phone booths are possible, but not necessarily free. Or free only during quiet times. Transmission of video feed needs so much transmission capacity.

Digital democracy, phone line and official electric mail get separate secured wires in A/C network cables. Voting system operates with keys and passwords, which are picked from town halls. These keys are never distributed via A/C network. Possible that you get a keycard, which must be present, when you use DD for voting. The keycard contains you digital and ultimate social security number. It can be changed, it can be made invisible to you. So that curious companies, agencies and people cannot ask / demand the number series from you. 

Public system

You have secondary id ( id data ) for general inquiries. In public system, your name, address and phone numbers can be inquired via global map system. Global map allows you to set availability codes and times. Current location and scheduled locations, if you want or need to. Traveling sales or repair man can for example have his-her schedule / locations in global map.

By default your data is available in map system. With a request, your data is made unavailable.

Secondary id for AC network and map system is compilation from sex and full name. Birth year / age range. Rough living, growth and birth place. Race. Current and initial nationality. Birth place. Possibly also height. With full name, birth year, and state / smaller country, the secondary id is almost always unique to you. If not, you can add accuracy of location data. This compilation is added to social security number for census. Secondary id is search key for you.

Also possible to update the current location with GPS feed. The ships, planes, trains and trucks gets a system, where company holds parcel keys and locations of vehicle / fleet. When you inquire a parcel, the inquiry goes to cargo company. If parcel is in vehicle, cargo company gives you the latest GPS feed / data from the vehicle, where the parcel is. The inquiry goes always to the company, who took the delivery. From this company the inquiry goes to currently active company in the delivery chain.

Tracking of humans is not allowed, it is against human rights. But if you know the bus, with what your kids are coming, you can ask the buses location from bus company.

Books and libraries will die  ?
Digital paper is likely to drop the number of printed books into marginal levels. Libraries will not die. Authors and publishers needs their wages, money. Libraries are a way to make commercial books available for people. Public libraries are big income sources to authors and publishers. Very difficult for digital paper to get popular, if it kills libraries and makes book writing and publishing almost impossible. That's why digital paper needs special, self destructive library files.

Digital paper does not necessarily convert libraries into digital libraries. Commercial digital paper is a thing you keep on the shelves in the shops. It is a solution for getting self-promotion into digital things. Same thing goes to libraries. There is one sample book in the shelf, if book looks interesting, you can get a copy from it to your digital paper device.

Digital book and paper gives books some multimedia features. You can add background data ... to for example character and places, references to real life, pictures and animations, colored texts in to books.

Is the library file bullet proof ?
Library file doesn't have to be bullet proof. The digital books, you download from libraries, can have owner tags, just like paper books. You can lend books, audio cd's and movies as many times as you wish. Library has paid multi user copyright fees from the available things. Self-destruction system is for keeping the digital paper devices hard disks clean. And for protecting rights of the retail sellers. Libraries usually get the best selling, latest books at the same time with retail sellers. Best selling music and movies come to libraries with a delay.

Books belong to the durable things, possible that they are sold with boxes. Box, you put to your shelf, and which contains back-up copy from the book. If so, from the library you cannot get the boxes and backups.

Idea from the digital paper is from the year 1990 ?
So it is. Electro magnetic battery is the last required thing for making this idea to come true.

You talk tax-forms and bills, which are sent to official, national e-mail.
Forms and bills are reminders for the things you have to do in the near future. When you are for example young and tight on money, sometimes you have to select bills you pay in-time. Do some financial planning for getting food to your spouse and young kids. When you are tight on money, partial payment often saves you from reminders and collection fees.

Then you got have a proof ( somehow stamped, reliable voucher / receipt ) from all money related transactions. Money related frauds are so common.

Is there anything else coming from the 1990's ?
Don't know. Cannot remember. Digital paper came back to my memory, when I puzzled with the things you can do with electro magnetic batteries. Sorry to disappoint you, but quite often talks moved to the computers late in the evening. When we were somewhat near dead drunk ... Me and my mentor, who died to cancer long time ago. He is the first person, I heard talking about web. He naturally talked about web like thing, because web and the name WorldWideWeb didn't exist yet.

You are not interested in tight copyright protection ?
The protection is not allowed to hinder the usage of the legally purchased product. Vast majority from the people are honest, they do not violate the rights without a reason. The accusations from copyright violations, hints that the prosecutor is greedy. Greedy person is very near cheating thief. Very easy to ruin your reputation with the accusations. After you lose your reputation as honest and decent operator, it is almost impossible to get it back. It is an achievement, not a crime, to fool few thousands from the insurance company or car dealer. But stealing an apple from the grocery shop is an unacceptable crime. The difference in general opinion comes from the reputation.

From where does idea from new web come ?
From the eMail manipulations, Halloween Hacks, communication blocks ... web jerks involvement and attempts to ruin the world economies. Said long time ago, that the jerks are not welcomed to media players, next generation digital world. When you compare the things they have done, and what they should have done, you notice that they are nothing but stupid, greedy control freaks ... natural born criminals. Vision from new web cleans the digital world from the dirt.

Think that it will come true ?
During recent years governments have been spending public money to all kinds of non-sense. New web is a way to boost economies and spend public money to something useful. Things people like and need. At least in the future. Most things in new web are financed with tax payers money. There are all kinds of jobs for people outside it-sector. It people provides programs for end users. New contents is created by end users, various batch programs.

In order to get rid of hardware hackers and spies ... Google and co-ops ... the whole web must be upgraded. Including hardware. Within the upgrade you can create secure eMail channels, change the mail storages and the way they are delivered to end user. Most things in new web are based on experiences from the current over 20 years old web.

Google truly is the most expensive company in the world. Isn't it ?
