Castle talks. Castle in talks is private Bird Castle.

So. We are building a castle.
Yes. Darling. I have been designing a Fairy Tale Castle for us.

A Fairytale castle ?
A Fairytale castle. A castle which has funny towers, secret doors and corridors, throne room, all kinds of movie like things.

Jack. How much it costs ?
About one billion. Plus the cost of your movie studio about 0.5 billions, and your temple about 3 billions. 4.5 billions in total.

Sure we can afford it ?
Yes. Besides, it is not very expensive. The average age of the stone castle is over 500 years. When you divide the 4.5 billion with the age, the yearly down payment is less than 10 millions. The biggest problem, is the availability of the construction stones. Although stones are not very expensive, and they are very easy construction material, stone houses are quite rare.

Darling. How big it is ?
It is not the biggest in the world. Not even near. The 1+5+2-floor primary castle will be about 50 000 square feet. 10-floor children tower is another 50 000 square feet. Children's tower is part of the main building. Even if we gather all stone buildings from the area to the numbers, the construction will be considerably smaller than biggest castles in the world.

1+5+2 ?
One basement floor, 5 full sized and windowed floors, and two smaller upper floors.

Someone said, that it is impossible to build floors from stone?
He or she lied. From the times of the Roman castles there has been techs, with what stone floors can be built. We are using specially shaped hook stones. They are handy. They are safe, easy to build, easy to repair, the structure is shallow and they divide the load evenly to the walls. They do not need any balks.

How much the stones cost ?
They are not extremely expensive. The Wall stones to the main castle costs about 10 millions. The total cost of the stones . . . per castle . . . is about 100 millions. If we build second stone construction to Israel, the stones to it will cost another 100 millions.

The castle will shine like a mirror ?
We build it from polished stones, and we will use varnish like film on the surfaces. Increases the age of the stones and the castle too. When compared to the benefit, the difference in price is rather small.

The rounded corners cost 2 to 3 times more than sharp corners ?
But they look nicer, and they improve the strength of the construction. Rounded corner divides load better than sharp corner.

And the tower corners ?
Castle do not have them. Used them in your studio. Strengthens the studio, where we have big and high open spaces.

You stole them from old castles ?
No. The old corner towers misses almost all strengthening effects. They are merely defensive structures. They do not they absorb the forces which come the stressed building efficiently. Towers in your studio are designed to absorb the energies and forces of the missiles and dropped bombs.

* * Slides * *

There will be slides ?
Yes darling. We are talking about real and I mean real Fairy Tale Castle. In children's tower there will two slide sets. There will be slides with what you can comfortably slide to the lower floor. The drop of the one floor slide is only 16 feet. Due this, there will also be a long slide. It starts from the top floor, and ends to the basement. The total drop is almost 100 feet. 

Slides were very difficult to design and fit in to tower. Searched suitable solution and shape for the slides almost a month.
The system takes almost all of the northern part of the tower.

Another very difficult thing in the tower was the Run-Around-Demand.  Had make all the design so, that kids can run around the tower. Had to leave 4 ft wide corridor like space right beside the wall. Never seen a kid, who didn't like to run around the house. When it is possible.

* * Torture Chamber * *

There will be a torture chamber ?
Torture Chambers and Jails belong to the Castles, as well as the Throne Rooms. In other words, there will be a torture chamber in the Castle's basement.

And optional outlet from long slide, which leads Paparazzis and editors to the Chamber?
If you say so darling. I started to design the chamber after some parparazi harassed you with his chamaera.

How can we get them to there ?
Very quickly. They hit the stone with 50 mph speed.

But they will make a mess, when they hit the wall ?
It is not a very big problem. We can build grooves and drains for the blood and other reminders. The Stone bed in the chamber will have similar kind of system.

The Stone Bed ?
You are lying on the stone bed. You are tied to the bed from your hands and legs. Over you there is 5 ton stone hanging in the air. Right above your bed. After the stone is released and it has flattened you and your body, your reminders are wiped away from the bed. They are pushed and brushed to the grooves, which lead to the drains.

Surely you are not going to kill paparazzis . . . hmm . . . anyone . . . Jack ?

Stone Beds belong to standard torture chamber equipments. In medieval times they were very common. In castles. The beds will be fully functional. Of course. Not necessarily lethal or dangerous.

* * Arms * *

Will there be arms ?
Buildings are made to be very strong. Thick walls, lots of stuff on the roofs, and so on. The wall and castle have 4 feet walls. Your studio has 8 feet walls. The towers have 6 feet walls, and dense pillar systems inside them.

By the way, it will be impossible to use cellulars in the castle and children's tower. There will be a modern defensive system, it is called Faraday's Cage. It prevents eavesdropping, and other unwanted radio and other unwanted wave based communications to and from the castle. The castle will have antennas, with what we can use legal communication devices.

The arms darling. The arms ?
Ou. Yes. My arms tend to numb every now and then. Bad blood circulation, you know.

Jack darling. I want to know.
The defensive structures will have some firearms. Old fashioned canons and others. Not necessarily very effective. The big defensive platforms, which belongs to the ocean front castles, look stupid without them. The main castle and studio have only the strong armor.

* * Theater * *

Jaaa ~ aack Where are you going to watch our movies ?
The Castle will have a private theater with 40 feet screen. The other part of the theater is quite small. Only the best watching places are occupied with chairs and sofas. 

There are three levels on the auditorium. They have straight plain floors, they are not slanted. Had to make quite a lot of adjustment work, so that the whole screen is visible from the back of the levels.

Because we are talking about private theater, straight floors were essential. It gives a possibility to put the movie in the background, and some other activity to the primary position. Like chatting, drinking or eating. In the bottom there is space for small snack bars, fridges and other things.

Another difficult thing in the theater was the castle itself. The castle is a military building, by it's nature, and had to keep the strength in the big open theater space. Outdoor column lines are also part of supportive structure. In modern military buildings the biggest threat come from the air. Roofs and walls must be strong. Missile strike is the most probable thing, the castle will have to stand. Although we are talking about Fairy Tale Castle, it is a castle. And therefore it has to meet the standards of the castle.

The blue level on the left is placed to the best possible viewing place. When you sit on the chair, your eyes at the center level of the screen.

The chairs and sofas in the picture are big.  The leftmost and center levels will hydraulic shaking floors. Had to make a small rounded projection to the wall, so that there would be enough space for the stairs. The picture misses the projection for stairs, which raises to the balconies.

In the back of the screen there is space reservation for the 3D box. Currently it makes it possible to use the theater for live performances. Theater, opera and ballet. There are space for the dressing rooms and others under the stage.

Ball-room, which in the south-west wing is a place for musical performances and dancing.

The hydraulic floors and fragrance system.
They are both controlled with computers. The floor and fragrances have tracks in the movie. Just like voice tracks. The floor and fragrance system commands are stored to corresponding tracks. When movie comes to an exiting scene, the floor track start to send commands to the floor controller, and the controller makes floor move and shake by the commands.

The fragrance system works in the similar way. The system is very simple, and old. It has been used in factories and other industrial places for few decades now. Quite cheap systems too.

There is also a balcony in the theater. It is almost useless, the best place is reserved for the projector room. Beside the room there is space for only 2-3 chairs on both sides. The column rows ends at the balcony level, and there are doors which open to the long roof terrace. 

You can go to SW- wing through the roof terrace. Currently the other wing is reserved for saloon / drawing room, smoking room, non-smoking room, faint room and faint room for smoking women. In castles the faint room is an official name of the room, where women spend time amongst each other, 
and smoking room is the official name of the men's rest room. 

The pictures do not have staircases to balcony, the climbing continues from top left corner of the theater.

In the picture there are arcs for theater. Building or wing-wide theater has projector. Possible that projector
will be superseded by bulb-screen. With pressure bulb it is possible to build CRT like display, where bulb layer
has some distance to screen. With distance you can widen viewing angles.

The theater is at the same level than throne room.
The theater, dining room and throne rooms, which are in the second floor, are connected to each other with stone bridges, which hang in the air. The throne room is in tower and dining room in south-west wing. 

Besides the ball room, there is game room in 1st floor. There are traditional games like billiard, roulette, card table, and something else. Third floor is merely a balcony floor. Throne room and theater are both 2 floors ( 32 ft ) high. South West wing is the only place which is completely covered with floor.

The actual castle ends at the 3rd floor. The upper floors are is reserved for everyday life.

You sure it is strong enough darling ?
The walls of the theater are as wide as I am tall. The pictures are from floor levels. You cannot see the arch works in the picture. After you see the theater in real world, you won't be afraid or worried about strength related things. The theater and the whole castle is like a big bunker. Door holes are like corridors, and so on.

Stones are two times stronger than concrete. It is possible to drive fully loaded trucks on every floor. Everything is designed to host uninvited visitors like missiles, cannon balls, bullets and other explosive things.

* * Ball Room * *

And this a place for Lady Gaga and musicians.
And orchestras too. The stage is big enough for full sized Symphonic Orchestra. 

Originally planned that we would use combined theater and ball rooms. The functions of rooms were so different, that we end up into separate rooms. Both rooms takes from 71 to 81 one people. In ball it refers to the size of the dance floor.

In Ball room people move and dance all the time, and in theater everyone sits on their seats. The place for performers is at the end of the room. The performers come to the stage from the ground floor. They use the staff elevators and stairs.

There is also traditional balcony, from there you can watch the dancing couples, have some drinks, enjoy the music. The picture is old, it misses the door and stairs to the balcony level.

The balcony level of the ball room ends in to the stone bridge and stone stair construction. 
The stone bridge space is a big space. 70 * 70 feet, and height of the open space varies from 32 to 48 feet.

Throne room is in 2nd floor. Below throne room there is casino / night club. Throne Room was placed to 2nd floor and tower 
for getting enough distance to main entrance. So that sinners, peasants, politics and beggars have enough time to think about their near future.

The bridge and stair construction is probably the most astonishing thing in the castle.
Using hook stones in creating bridges and stairs, which hang in the air without any supports.

* * Dining Room * *

Dinner is served. No paparazzis and gossip editors today.
The dining room is much like a freebie. Located over the ball room. The Ball room construction made it possible to create open room space to the 2nd floor of the South West wing. It was a good place for 81 seat dining room. 

The tables look like bones darling.
The dogs. The answer is dogs. Took the shape from your dogs' favorite waste of time. Dogs love to play with bones.

* * Throne Room * *

And this is the 81 seat throne room.
Yes this the room for meetings and speeches. The King and the Queen have private elevators. In the box there are 8 seats for the adjutants. The room has balconies on the 3rd floor. Additional seats in there. In big parties the room can be used for dining and spending time. Behind the room, you can see the marvelous slide system. The long slide runs between the floors, and it has it's own inlets and outlets. In the top right there is a restroom for Queen, King and Adjutants.

The key issue in design was to keep King and Queen visible to audiences. 

When they come and state their case in front of the Queen and the King, there are railings in the box, they prevent peasants from entering King's and Queen's area n the box. They are also forced to stand lower than the Queen and the King. Have to look upwards, when they talk to them.

And they have to walk quite a long in the castle, before they get to the Queen and the King.
The distance to the Royal Box from the main entrance is almost 100 feet. And when a peasant comes he or she have to climb to the 2nd floor. The long walk in the astonishing castle takes additional steams and guts away from the servants of the King.

Time to forget all the dirty talks, they said on the fields about the Queen and King. After the walk, they are much more humble and shy than they were, when they came to the castle.

All throne rooms of the real castles are located like ours.

* * Studio * *

Jack darling tell me something about studio ?
It is standard Art Town studio. 200 * 200 feet, or 4 * 100 * 100 feet. Your studio is built with four 100 * 100 modules. The constructional height, which equals to wall height is 50 feet.  It is possible to increase the floor area with columns and multiple boxes.

Studio is made from expensive stones, and the facilities are much more luxurious than in common studios. So that it fits to the Castle.

The offices, dressing rooms and others are built right beside the studio. In to the multi floor building.

You will have a penthouse apartment for your needs on top floor of the building. There will be a small pool on the top floor.

You can go to work with train. The small two track railroad runs inside the wall. The wall connects all buildings and areas together.

Then there will be storage building for small stuff. Costumes, little objects, lights, cameras and others.

The big storages will be made with stones too. They will have pillars, thinner walls and lighter roof, than the studio.

Jack. Staff need something to eat.
They can eat in the castle. There will be a big dining room in the castle. Fairy Tale Tower's Ball room is another room which suits for the catering.

* * Animal Village * *

Where do they live ?
They will get their motivation and inspirations in the Animal Village.

In turtle, giraffe, lion, tiger, snake, tree and bush houses.
I think that your idea of building guest houses so, that they look like animals, was very good.

Like sphinxes ?
No. They are made with steel frames. Some of them can be lifted to the air.

Can they move ?
No. They are mounted to the ground, so that we can build wirings, drains and water pipes into them.

* * Hall of Ghosts * *

Jack. You are building me a temple. What do you build for your own powers ?
The Animal Park will have some modest constructions for my powers. 

Then there will be a Hall of Ghosts. It is a replica from the place where I go after I die. 

Hall of Ghosts is a place, where Deadlock Ghosts rest, when they are not at work. Narrow high place. There are no lights, dust raises from the floor. In the center of the Hall there is a long corridor. On both sides of the corridor there is a place for each Ghost.

There are no decorations or anything beautiful in the hall. It is just a place. Modest place.

I have visited the Hall many times.

You return to the Deadlock Heaven ?
I got my life force, supernatural abilities and special forces from Deadlock Powers. You probably got yours from God. And I am not returning to Deadlock Heaven, I am going to there, just like you go to your heaven.

Or Hell ?
I think, that hell is for some other people than you darling. I know you well. You are very decent and sensitive person and woman.

You can never leave me ?
No Darling. It would be against our Creators' will. My Powers are very cruel. They would kill and abandon me if I did so.

What if I left you ?
Do not know. I am not very familiar with your religion and God. According to Jewish Bible and history, God punishes Jews very heavily. He is much more merciful with Christians and Muslims. In real world. In my opinion He is sort of obsessed with you and His first creative works. Punishments are not in-line with the sins your nation has done.

Also possible that the punishment like things are result from the fights between Good and Bad. In this case God would have lost the fights with the Devil quite often.

Where did you get the idea of building the Hall ?
From the Ghosts.  Remember when we talked about our age difference, and I promised to ask Ghosts, if I could stay with you after I am dead.
Did that, and they answered with the Hall.

And you will live in the Hall after you are dead ?
Probably. Until the time leaves you too.

You can speak with them ?
Of course. You can always speak with your Creator. Just like God's people can speak with God and Devil.  Devil is well known from his habit of talking to God's people, whether they wanted it or not. Such a pain in the ass. Never leaves you alone. Always converting people on his side.

Jack. Planes will be fastest on Earth
Yes, and your Concordes can fly higher than any other plane.

You bought and ordered them for others.
No I didn't. Bought them for us. There will be playroom, small office, bedrooms and living room. Plus kitchen and staff rooms. There aren't many additional seats in the planes. They are quite small.

Jack. How much my planes cost ?
Not very much darling. Two to three billion euros in total. Or 2.5 to 3.5 billion dollars.

When do I get them ?
It takes 2 to 3 years.

Are you going to get involved with the construction ?
No. I make the initial fuselage floor plans for you. You make the final decisions about the interior.

* * Ships * *

You bought four ships for us, Jack
For the stone deliveries. Thought we could rebuild and decorate them afterwards for our own use.

The bigger Italian-made ships are as big as the castle. They are like 11 floor mansions. The only difference is that they can move, with a 55 mph maximum speed. I have traveled with the model before, it goes very smoothly, even with the top speeds. Do not notice the speed inside the ship.

The smaller Australian-made ships are faster, only 3 floors and penthouse in them. They can go almost everywhere, where you can go with an ordinary yacht. They are lightweight catamaran ships, with aluminum body.

Ships were very cheap, the body costs app 100 millions per ship.
