Boys : Ghost Opera

Train to Venus takes distance to Space Hotel. Thunderbird 3 turns around and returns to Space Hotel.

Captain and his co-pilot sits in sight ships cockpit.
"Where's the cameras. We'll be first people in Venus ever." captain says to his 2nd, female co-pilot.
"Alan Tracy would get the press, if there was any." co-pilot answers.
"Yes. He leaves tomorrow." captain agrees.
"He spends one month all alone in small cockpit ... how does he does his things ?" co-pilot asks.
"Things ?" captain wonders.
"Toilet." co-pilot clarifies.
"He has pipes and canisters in his suit. Besides he joins as after few days." captain knows.
Conversation dies for a moment.
"There is nothing but space ahead. What if you take the first shift, I'll go to my suite." captain says.
"Okay." co-pilot says.

Captain leaves the cockpit. In passenger car crew is watching how train takes distance to Space Hotel. Captain bows to all, and joins the crew.

"How long does the trip take ?" one man asks.
"Around 44 days." captain answers.

"Eight crew members, young and unmarried, four women, four men." one woman calculates.
"On purpose ?" another woman asks Captain. Captain blushes a little in front of the women's straightness.
"I do not know." captain answers.
"Our purpose is to mate and found families." second male says.

"When does the cargo stations leave ?" first male asks.
"After a month." captain answers.
"How many people they take ?" third woman asks.
"Not many." first male says.
"Probably married." first woman speculates.
"Haven't seen lists from the crews yet." captain comments.
"Lonely job ahead. If they are not married yet, they will be after a year or two." second male throws.

"Think that I'll go to my suite." captain says and leaves the crew.
"I'll come with you." third woman says. Captain blushes again.
Third woman notices it, and continues "To my own suite."
The couple walks away from the living room.

First woman moves closer to second male.
"Would you like to come into my suite, and have a cup of coffee ?" she asks from the male.
"You're fast." second male says.
"No. I am scared." she says. 2nd male does not answer right away. He seems to think something.
"I would love to come. Could watch some movies, too." he answers politely.
The couple walks to woman's suite.

"Just you and me and the endless space." first male flatters second woman.
Woman starts to cry "Please don't"
"What now. Dating someone already ?" man asks.
Woman continues crying "I am dating a corpse."
"Am I so clumsy ?" man asks.
Woman continues crying and screams "No. I am dating a corpse."
"But I'm not dead." man corrects.
"I didn't mean you. I was supposed to get married in Space Hotel chapel. My fiancé was supposed to come few days after me. " woman explains with tears in her eyes.
"I am terribly sorry." man apologies.
"No need to. Everything went fine, until those started to flirt." woman says.
"It would be best to forget the past." man wraps his hand around woman's shoulder.
"So it would. But it is not that easy." woman sobs and moves closer to man.
Couple watches how hotel vanishes from the sight, and go to their suites.

- - The Battle of Barbados - -

In the morning Chin's troops gather into lobby. From the lobby they continue to Monster, Pinky, Thunderbird 2 and 4. Planes leave the rescue station. Journey to Barbados begins.

"Shit. This cannot be true." Jack jumps up from the bed.
"What ?" Zara opens her eyes. "You asked me to come with you last night. Remember ?"
"Yes. Yes. Yes. Wasn't that drunk. Love you darling. Didn't mean you." Jack answers.
Zara raises from bed and asks

"What cannot be true ?" she continues "Something wrong with Train to Venus ?"
"No it's okay. There is something wrong with radioactive radiation." Jack answers. "It cannot be a wave, it is a smell."
Zara watches Jack.
"Terribly sorry. Must go and see Isaac." Jack says and continues. "Ask breakfast from staff."
Jack kisses Zara and hurries to door.

Isaac is his laboratory, when Jack comes in.
"Ou. You're early." Jack greets.
"Early. It's four o'clock in the afternoon." Isaac responds.
"Ah. Early bird catches the worm. Not a bird, but a grown up man." Jack explains the confusion.
"What brought you here, at this time a day ?" Isaac asks.
"Radioactive radiation. It cannot be a wave, it must be a smell." Jack says.
"Smell, how about smoke ?" Isaac asks.
"Smoke is not a quality of an atom. Smoke is a thing, small particle in the air." Jack says.
"If it is a smell, radio active radiation is not a natural thing. Which exists in everywhere." Isaac comments.
"Geiger will not work with smell. Should we call the rescue team back ?" Jack says.
"Damn. Maybe. For at least few days. Cannot afford to bring the radiation into here." Isaac answers.

Jack takes the phone and calls Chin

"Hello how and where are you ?" Jack asks.
"Heading to Barbados." Chin answers.
"Mission is cancelled, come back right away." Jack commands.
Isaac shouts from the back "Not Thunderbird 2. I want the samples."
"Isaac ?" Chin asks.
"Yes. Thunderbird 2 must go. Take only few rocks as quickly as possible." Jack says.
"What now ?" Chin gets curious.
"Radioactive radiation turned out be a smell. We must rethink safety systems and instructions for your team." Jack explains.
"Okay. We'll turn around and come back. Thunderbird 2 makes a quick visit to Venezuela. Bye for now." Chin confirms and closes the call.
"Bye." Jack puts phone into his pocket and turns to Isaac.

"Your projector microscope is ready. Seems to work." Isaac says.
"Good." Jack replies. "Could ask girls to run the office, concentrate on smells."
"Hangover ?" Isaac asks.
"Small." Jack answers. "Should move all the time."
"Dizzy from yesterday ?" Isaac inquiries.
"A little." Jack answers. "But I was talking about smells."

Jack takes phone and calls Zara.
"Hello darling." Jack opens.
"Darling how are you, are you okay ?" Zara asks.
"Fine thanks ... rather well." Jack answers "We an emergency here. Could you and others run the company today and tomorrow ?"
"Emergency ?" Zara wonders and continues "Yes of course."
Isaac shouts from the back "No. No. No. Jack is never allowed to be alone. Few of you must come here."
"Isaac ?" Zara asks.
"Yes." Jack says "Would be nice if you and someone else would come and keep company to me ... in here, personally."
"To your lab ?" Zara laughs a little.
"Yes. I'll bury myself into there." Jack responds. "Bring some beer, booze and food with you."
"Okay. See you. Bye" Zara closes the phone.

Jack puts the phone away. Isaac comes to Jack and sniffs a little.
"This smell. It must come from nuclear reaction. Breaking of the proton." Isaac says.
"Of course." Jack says "But from where did that radioactive meteor storm come ?
"Don't know." Isaac shakes his head.
"Neither do I. I'll go to my lab." Jack farewells Isaac and walks to his lab.

Monster, Pinky and Thunderbird 4 turns around and return to rescue base. Lonely Thunderbird 2 continues towards Venezuela.
At Moon base day is over. People are returning from the construction yards to their homes.

In Space City people are also returning from work.
"Very different from the way this was." a former waitress says.
"At this time the fun began. People started come out from their suites." another one continues.
"Lucky to be alive." a man sighs.
"Don't know anymore." another man comments "We will survive ... carbon from Venus. This is hopeless."
"Wonder how much they lie about our chances to survive." 2nd woman says.
"Jack is a bit devious." first woman says.
"But he is honest. That's what they say." 1st man says.
"You don't know him. He is also very many other things." 1st woman corrects.
"Didn't know." 1st man apologies.
"He doesn't necessarily tell everything. Tries to keep us happy and hopeful." 2nd woman says.
"Although we wouldn't have a chance." 1st woman continues.
"Should go to voluntary works, finish furniture for Iron City suites." 2nd man says.
"I have a day off from voluntaries. Going home to have a long sleep." 1st man says.
"Sleep well." 1st woman ends the conversation. Group separates and go to their suite homes.

- - Ghost Story - -

The lonely Ghost is no longer alone. The Ghost asks from the Lady Ghost if she would like to dance with him. The Lady agreed. The male ghost puts a coin into the Ghost Box. The music starts to play.
The couple enters the floor. The Lonely Ghost has been in a mission for very long time, almost 50 years. He does not remember the steps of the Ghost Dance very well anymore. After a while Ghost Dance steps and moves return to his mind. The dance starts to run smoothly.
- - Carbon Collection - -
Collection takes place in three shifts. Each shift has three person. Two operates collector lift, one person is in station / sight ship.
The first convoy has one 18 car fast sight ship. Alan Tracy, captain and his 2 co-pilots works in carbon collection. Besides pilots, sight ship carries 5 crew members.
Behind the sight ship and Thunderbird 3 comes slow cargo station.
- - Song Introduction - -

Ghost Dance 7 is based to Musicbox 007 melody. It has been on the site with the original name. Number 7 comes from there, and the dance in the name comes from the Drum track. Drums are adjusted to the tempo and sign. Tracks of the song were also mixed so, that you can hear the drum beats / rhythm clearly.
Between the verse 2 and 3 ( last two verses ), you can hear the Ghost Drums and traditional drums playing alone.

7 : Hit the Ghost [ Hats Off Mix ]

Alexis and Kristina enters Jack's lab.
"Where is Zara ?" Jack asks.

"She sent us a spellgram." Kristina smiles.
"Your little mermaid couldn't make it." Alexis continues.
"Seriously ?" Jack requests.
"Seriously" Kristina says "She had a headache, didn't feel very well."
"Promised to come later." Alexis says.

"Healing your hangover here ?" Kristina offers a beer to Jack.
"Thanks" Jack takes the beer and drinks a little. Kristina goes to refrigerator with the rest.

Jack continues.
"We have an emergency. Radioactive radiation is not what it was believed to be."
"But it does kill you ?" Alexis asks.
"Yes, it kills you ... just like always before." Jack confirms
"Your hangover ?" Kristina comes back from the fridge.
"That too." Jack answers honestly.
"What is this smell around you. What did you two take yesterday ?" Alexis notices a strange scent around Jack.
"Don't remember. Should brush my teeth. Ran here in a hurry, right after I woke up." Jack explains the odor in his breath.

"What kind of an emergency. Serious ?" Alexis returns to radiation.
"Radioactive radiation is a smell, which is a side effect from nuclear chain reaction. We cannot detect it." Jack explains.
"Awful" Kristina exclaims.
"And that's not all. The chain reaction creates lethal anomalies into our world. The universal anomaly kills all life." Jack continues.
"You are not joking ?" Alexis asks confirmation.
"Wish I was. We had already more than enough troubles." Jack answers and continues "Had to cancel the rescue mission."
"No !" Kristina says.
"Yes. Had already more than enough." Jack replies and takes a drink.
"Jack, stop it." Alexis says. Jack puts the beer to table.

"Jack. Are you okay ?" Kristina asks.
"Have seen better days." Jack answers.
"We all have. Are you drunk ?" Alexis asks.
"No. Exhausted. Undetectable nuclear scents and lethal universal anomalies were the very last things we needed in this desperate fight." Jack answers.
"Maybe you should rest a little." Kristina suggests.
"Everything looks brighter after a hangover." Alexis adds.
"Maybe you're right." Jack says and retires to couch.
Girls dim the lights, and start to talk about yesterday's celebrations.

Suddenly a steady rattling noise puts an end to the girls conversation.
"What was that ?" Kristina gets scared.
"Maybe he has some scientific test going on." Alexis answers.

Girls start to search the source of strange sound from the dimmed lab.
"Here it is." Kristina says from the couch.
"The man himself. I know that." Alexis replies from the another side of the lab.
"No. Meant the sound. It's Jack, he is snoring." Kristina explains.
Alexis comes to couch. Girls watch snoring Jack a while. Then they return to the table.

Thunderbird 2 has reached Venezuela. Virgil and Gordon are sitting in the cockpit.

"The rescue mission was cancelled. We are all alone." Virgil says to Gordon.
"Why ?" Gordon asks.
"Don't know. Chin didn't say" Virgil answers.
"But we will fight with savages." Gordon says.
"No. We must find a deserted place for landing. Get the samples as quickly as possible." Virgil says.
"What is this ?" Gordon looks at the communication panel "Safety instructions from Isaac to Thunderbird 2 team. Should I read them to guys."
Virgil glances the screen "So it seems. Please do so."

Gordon takes the microphone "Khrrm. This is your co-pilot Gordon speaking. This just in. Isaac has sent new safety instructions for our mission." he begins. Crew in the battle container start to watch the speaker. "When on ground, you must walk, always when possible. When you see a savage, run to ship. Do not engage into battle. Act as quickly as you can. Take only few samples from one place, and come back as quickly as possible." Gordon reads Isaac's instructions to crew. "Your heard the man. Do as told. FAB." Gordon ends the broadcast.

Thunderbird 2 flies slowly over Venezuela. Geiger at crafts dashboard starts to beep.
Gordon takes binoculars and says to Virgil "Around 50 savages nearby, armed."
"FAB" Virgil takes altitude and accelerates ship. After short flight Thunderbird 2 comes down and start to scan new area with Geiger.
"Around 20 savages, unarmed. Shall we go ?" Gordon asks after next beep.
"No. We were supposed to find a deserted place." Virgil answers.
"But there are savages everywhere." Gordon says.
"You're right. Not allowed to stay here long. Are the savages far from the radioactive rocks ?" Virgil asks.
"Quite sure they notice, when we come." Gordon estimates.
"Okay. I'll make a circle around, check that there aren't any surprises in nearby" Virgil says.
"You're the boss." Gordon answers and start to watch the ground.

Thunderbird 2 flies slowly around the intended landing zone.

"So. What it was like ?" Virgil asks.
"Coast clear." Gordon answers.

Thunderbird 2 lands slowly to the ground. Team leader from battle container comes to cockpit.

"We are landing, everything okay ?" Chin's male corporal asks last minute advise.
"No. There are around 20 unarmed savages near the sample area." Virgil asks.
"They will see us. Probably attack." Gordon adds.
"Okay." Chins male corporal says "We'll load the guns."

Thunderbird 2 has landed. Nearby savages have noticed the craft, they are coming closer.

Corporal goes to container. "Attention." corporal shouts "There are savages at the area. We do not know, if they are hostile. Do not shoot before they attack. And now. It's a go."

Team gathers around the door. Rifles are set into shooting position. Levers are released. Two men carries lead coffin for the samples. You can see the excitement from the members.

Corporal checks, that everyone is ready. He pushes the button, which opens the door.
Outside around ten savages has come to see the ship. They watch how door opens.
Team comes out from the door. Four men stays at the door. Corporal holds pistol and Geiger in his hands.
Savages notice the loaded guns, they give room for the team.
Team starts to wander around, search the meteors with Geiger. Every now and then corporal stops and bends down.
Few savages follow the team from the distance.

Virgil and Gordon are watching in the cockpit.
"Savages are giving room." Gordon says.
"Yes. But what are they doing. They are not taking any samples." Virgil wonders.
"What if they forgot their mission. Should I call them." Gordon suggests. Virgil takes a glance at Gordon. But does not say a word.

Outside team continues wandering, without taking any samples.
"Hey Guys. What are you doing, we should be going now." Virgil shouts to corporal.
"There aren't any meteors." corporal answers "Geiger beeps for small pieces of concrete."

"Concrete. No meteors. I must ask Isaac." Virgil says in the cockpit.
"There is no time for that. Enormous group of savages is coming towards us." Gordon shouts from the back.
"Pick few pieces of concrete. Come here. Savages are attacking. We are outnumbered." Virgil shouts to corporal.

Corporal looks around "They must have seen our ship and landing." In the background peaceful savages are escaping. Gunned team members are taking fighting positions. Doormen runs with the ship.

In Thunderbird 2 Gordon takes the gunners seat. Hatch opens and machine gun's barrel comes out from Thunderbird 2. Craft moves slowly to clear-to-shoot savages position.
"Never killed anyone." Gordon sweats and trembles on his seat.
"Just let it go, otherwise we are dead." Virgil shouts back. Nothing happens.

Corporal throws Geiger to coffin porters. Porters open the coffin and start to collect samples into it.

Savages have stopped. Team is in positions, ready to fire. Porters closes the coffin. Team starts to retreat towards Thunderbird 2. Savages come closer.

It looks like that one savage is about shoot. "Run to ship." corporal shouts to his team. Team runs backwards to ship. Nothing happens,

When doormen closes the door, two savages tries to come in. "We want to live. Please take us to safe." 1st savage says.
"Please. Save us." 2nd savage says before the door closes.

Thunderbird 2 raises from the site. Armed savages watches, how the ship raises and vanishes.

- - Thunderbird 2 team - -

Team leader is Chin's male corporal. Team has 12 members. All have rifles and radiation suits. In battle container there are lead boxes for samples.

- - Ghost Story - -

"Darling, they are closing the cafe." The Soldier Ghost says to his wife.
"I do not want go home yet either." Lady Ghost answers.
"Where to go now ?"Soldier Ghost asks.
"There is a concert in Ghost arena, what if we go there ?" Lady Ghost proposes.
"Yes. I would love to." Soldier Ghost answers.
The couple go to the Ghost Arena. A steady flow of Ghosts is coming and going in to the arena.
"Just in time. Who is playing in there ?" Soldier Ghost says after the couple gets to the big building.
"Yes. Space Boys are just about to begin their concert." Lady Ghost reads the schedule from the wall. The couple goes in, and the concert begins.

If one song was to be selected for the leading single Hit the Ghost would definitely be amongst the nominees. The melody was made few years ago. It sounded quite good. When we made the full length arrangement for it, we thought that this song would be very popular. At least amongst people who like us and our music. Suitable for hit single : Radio play, Music Video and so on.

The Hats off mix refers to the ancient times. We made a new arrangement for the song. After we listened the old and new version, we liked the old version better. After we came to this conclusion, we took the old, original arrangement for the song to use. And we made only minor changes to the arrangement. The original version has only one short hat sequence. We did not remove the old Hat play from the arrangement. But there aren't any new hats in the song either.

8 : Popper Ghost [ Simply Buried Mix ]

Isaac comes to Jack's lab. Girls are watching movies from the armchairs. Isaac goes to girls.
"Where is Jack ?" Isaac says.
"Sleeping on the couch." Zara, who has joined Alexis and Kristina answers.
"Not asleep anymore, just resting." Jack shouts from the couch.

He raises and comes to girls and Isaac. "Morning everyone."
"Feeling better ?" Kristina asks.
"Yes." Jack says.
"You spied us." Alexis charges.
"Like to listen and watch you." Jack responds.

"Jack." Isaac ends the conversation.
"Yes." Jack says.
"They did not find meteors from Venezuela. Should we make another try, in somewhere else." Isaac asks.
"No meteors. But we saw the storm." Jack says.
"All they found was cement." Isaac asks.
"Radioactive concrete ?" Jack wonders.
"They are bringing samples from it to here." Isaac says.
"Did they visit many places ?" Jack inquiries.
"Only one." Isaac says.

"Coffee ?" Kristina asks.
"Yes thanks." Jack answers.

Conversation ends. Everyone is looking Kristina's coffee making.

"Wasn't there a nuclear plant demolition project, where they shot crushed radioactive pieces to space." Alexis memorizes.
"Think, I have read from such, too." Zara says.
"A small failure in track calculation, the storm takes rotational track ... possible, Jack ?" Isaac says.
"You must check protons from the samples boys are bringing. If protons are broke, the storm was radioactive cement storm." Jack answers.
"From dust to dust, earth to earth, ashes to ashes." Kristina has taken a break from her coffee making project.
No one laughs.
"Total nuclear war in between USA and Soviet Union. Used to be the biggest threat of the future of mankind." Isaac comments.
Kristina goes back to stove area and start to put cups and delicatessens on the table.

Isaac's phone rings. He goes farther from others. "Isaac" he answers. And start to listen,

"The ships, guns and radiation suits must be ventilated with a strong good smell. After missions." Jack says.
"Why ?" Zara asks.
"With stronger smell you can hide another smell." Alexis knows.
"Yes. Stronger smell actually replaces weaker smell. Smell is a quality of an atom. Atom can have only one smell." Jack answers.

"Coffee is ready." Kristina says from the table.

Isaac puts phone away and comes back.
"Thunderbird 2 is on its way. I must go." he says.
"Have a cup with us first." Zara suggests.
"Please." Alexis says.
"Why not." he says.

Everybody moves to coffee table.

Thunderbird 3 is coming closer to Train to Venus.

"Hello. Anybody awake in Train To Venus ?" Alan in Thunderbird 3 contacts the train.
"I am in duty" first co-pilot responds.
"Take a look at radar. I am right behind you. Ready to anchor." Alan informs.
"I can see. Wait a minute. Focus camera into you." 1st co-pilot.
"Okay. I'll take time." Alan throws a joke.

1st co-pilot turns few switches. Thunderbird 3 comes to screen.
"Okay. Lowering the rods for you." 1st co-pilot says.

Four rods comes out from train.
"Approaching." Alan says and switches auto-anchoring system on-line.

After a while Alan contacts train again.
"Hey. Hey. Hey. Anchoring system is not getting signal from you." Alan says.
"Oops." 1st co-pilot says and looks to switchboard. "No."
"Something wrong ?" Alan hears co-pilots words.
"No. Everything should be okay. How about you. Are you okay ?" 1st co-pilot says.
"Left armpit is itching." Alan complains.
"We have a doctor in here." 1st co-pilot answers.
"Shit." Alan says.
"Nice young woman. Certainly worth a call." 1st co-pilot answers.
"Got it. Give me the number, I'll call her right away." Alan says.
"Eeh. How about the signal ?" 1st co-pilot asks.
"Sorry. Problem was here. There are two buttons for anchoring system. Forgot the another one." Alan answers.

Thunderbird 3 anchors to Train. Co-pilot lowers ladders from train.
Alan comes out from Thunderbird 3. He captures the safety rope, attaches it to his suit.
Alan jumps to ladders and climbs to the airlock door.
Co-pilot opens the door and Alan goes in.

Alan has taken off his suit. He comes out from the airlock system. There is a woman standing at the door.
"Catherine. How nice to see you ... what are you doing here ?" Alan remembers woman from the night club.
"Co-pilot alerted me. Said you have something in your armpit." Catherine answers.
Alan gets embarrassed and blushes "Stupid joke."
"Stupid joke ? Never heard of it." Catherine says seriously.
"I'm okay. Itching armpit was a stupid joke ... co-pilot alerted you ?" Alan wonders.
"Yes. I am doctoring you and others on this mission." Catherine explains.
"You're a dentist. Aren't you ?" Alan wonders.
"Closest available match to doctor." Catherine says.

"You're available, too ?" Alan gets interested.
"Yes. Still available ... single." Catherine answers with a small hope-hint system in her voice.
"Me too." Alan gets thoughtful, and the conversation ends.

"Think I better go now. See ya." Catherine breaks the silence.
"See ya." Alan answers quietly.

Couple walks away from the door.
In the pathway Alan gets inconvenient "Seems that we have the same way."
"Happens often in here. There aren't awful many ways in this car." Catherine comments and the conversation ends.

Catherine stops at one door.
"Your suite ?" Alan asks.
"Yes." Catherine answers and opens the door.
"Mine is over there." Alan shows a door in the corridor.
"Bye." Catherine says and goes in.
"Bye." Alan says and starts to walk to his suite.

Thunderbird 2 arrives to Space Hotel. It enters the garage, and vanishes inside.
Inside the garage, two team members come out with lead coffin. They give the coffin to two waiting persons. Carriers go back to ship.

Thunderbird 2 comes out from the garage. It accelerates and takes a direction towards Rescue station.

Inside the battle container one soldier breaks the silence "The savages were not hostile."
"The armed were also calm." another one says.
"Possible that they use guns for hunting food." corporal joins the conversation.

"Will they all die ?" female soldier asks.
"Don't know." 1st soldier says.
"Obviously." corporal comments.

"They asked help at the door." another female soldier says.
"Looked like they were in awful pain." 2nd male comments.
"They are doomed. There is nothing we can do to help." corporal says.

"Shitty job this rescue operation." 1st male comments the first contact with savages.
Few team members gets tears in to their eyes.

"They were much more like us, than Chin said." third female soldier says.
"Chin based his words on the events at the fairy tale castle. Savages attacked us." corporal defends.
"Don't know." 3rd male soldier thinks.
"They hit us after we attacked them." 4th female soldier assists.

"Maybe they tried to raise our attention with the first shots." 2nd male joins the critics.
"And they brought the ships for getting into the castle." 1st soldier concludes.
"Poor creatures. Nothing but pains and desperation left." 2nd female pities the savages.
Few more team members gets tears in to their eyes.

"Good, that Chin is not here. He was so proud of your motivation to fight and kill." corporal says quietly to himself and lights a cigarette.

Speaker beeps.
"Khrmm. This is co-pilot Gordon." Gordon begins the broadcast with weak voice "We are very sorry, that we couldn't help you on the yard. Machine gun got stuck. We try to repair it for the next flight."
"Machine gun got stuck, I see." Virgil takes glance at Gordon and smiles a little.

Thunderbird 2 continues it's trip to Rescue Station.

Chin sits in his office at Rescue Station. He takes the phone and calls Jack. Jack is in his lab, with Alexis, Kristina and Zara.

"Chin here. Thunderbird 2 team leader reported" Chin says.
"Anyone hurt ?" Jack asks.
"No. He said, that the savages can be less hostile, than we thought. When Boys collected samples, the savages only watched them." Chin says.
"No hostile actions ?" Jack asks confirmation.
"No. Seemed to be in pains. They asked help ... and to get in ... when Boys left." Chin reports.
"But they attacked you at the castle. Did you do something special, started the fight ?" Jack asks.
"No. One missile exploded and shook the plane. Then we attacked. Boys notified, that it could've been an attempt to raise our attention." Chin says.
"They were armed." Jack comments.
"So were the ones at Venezuela. They didn't use them. Boys guessed, that they use guns for hunting. At the castle they tried to get in with guns." Chin says.
"A-ha." Jack does not know what say.
"Corporal said, that the teams will pity savages too much. They will not attack and kill them. Like they should." Chin says.
"It does not matter. If savages are peaceful, only casual attacks will disturb the rescue operation every now and then." Jack responds.
"It s not that easy, the teams will not make it. You cannot handle the poor, begging savages. Leave them to die, day after day." Chin argues.
"Okay. Rescue mission is delayed for few days. Time to resolve the problem with savages." Jack says.
"Busy ?" Chin asks.
"Sort of. Have to find a way to deal the radiation." Jack says.
"Okay. We'll continue construction of Rescue Base. Bye." Chin closes the call.

"Bye ?" Jack says to the closed line. He takes a look at the phone and puts it into his pocket.

"You have seen better days ?" Alexis comes to Jack.
"Certainly." Jack lights a cigarette and offers one to Alexis.
"Cigarettes makes you bright. Me too." Kristina comes and asks a cigarette from Jack.

"There is nothing we can do to help them. If they are peaceful, could we help them to help each other ?" Zara asks.
"No. Burned body refers to radiation disease. They will all die and have a very painful end." Jack says quietly.
"Nothing ?" Alexis horrifies.
"Nothing. The things they eat, will cause cancer to them. We do not have enough pain killers for them." Jack says.

"When does this end ?" Kristina asks.
"Not during our lifetime." Alexis answers.
"Could give up from trying. Live as long as we can. And vanish from this universe." Jack replies.

"Is the situation so bad ?" Zara inquiries. Jack kind of a wakes up.
"No. Started to feel better already after third beer." Jack answers.

"Heh-heh. The situation in here." Alexis dooms and corrects Jack.
"Situation actually is rather good. Looks like, that we can clean earth from lethal radiation and anomalies." Jack says.
"When ?" Kristina asks.
"Soon, possibly within a week or so." Jack says.

"Lets drink to that." Zara proposes.
"Good idea." Jack says.

Girls and Jack goes to bar counter for a drink.

Ann and Jacques are standing in front of the restaurant door in Iron City.

"So. This is the new restaurant." Ann says.
"Yes. I have a table reservation for us." Jacques says.

"Shall we ?" Jacques offers his hand to Ann.
"You asked me to dress well in the middle of week. You are wearing smoking." Ann says with a question in her voice.
"Smoking ? You want a cigarette ?" Jacques asks nervously.
"No. Said, that you are wearing one." Ann responds.

Ann and Jacques enters the restaurant. Butler comes to couple.
"We have a reservation for Jacques Closeau. Table for two" Jacques says to Butler.
Butler checks his list and escorts couple to a boxed table for two. The restaurant is half empty.

Jacques offers chair to Ann.

"Bunch of roses." Ann says and takes sniff from flowers.
Then she looks around and notices that their table is the only one with flowers.
"You ordered roses for us. How nice." Ann says to Jacques.
"Yes !" Jacques responds hastily.

Waitress brings champagne bottle and two glasses to table.
"Champagne." Ann exclaims with joy.

Waitress fills the glasses and goes away.

Jacques raises glass for a toast. "To us. And our future."
"We will make babies." Ann responds.
"We will what ?" Jacques asks.

Ann blushes and corrects "We will survive."
"Wouldn't mind having a baby with you." Jacques says.
"You wouldn't mind ?" Ann wonders.
"Sorry. I didn't mean that." Jacques gets insecure.
"You don't want to have a baby with me ?" Ann asks.
"Ah. I meant, that, that ... " Jacques gets messed.

Waitress saves Jacques and brings fine food to table. After waitress goes away Ann continues.

"You asked me here for special occasion, and you don't want to have babies with me. You want to break up ?" Ann sobs.
"No, non, no. This is not going well." Jacques gets nervous and confused.

Ann raises from the table.
"I understand. You didn't have to ask me here, to call the quits." Ann sobs.
"No. You don't understand. I want to marry you. Bought you this ring" Jacques takes a small parcel from his pocket. He opens it and shows the ring to Ann.
"I knew it. From the very beginning." Ann smiles and wipes the tears from her eyes.

Ann sits down. Jacques gets his confidence back.
"Ann, darling. Will you marry me ?" Jacques asks.
"Silly old you. Of course I do." Ann answers.

Couple starts to eat the dinner.
"We should get an apartment." Jacques says.
"Big enough for you and me ... few kids." Ann continues.

"How was your day ?" Jacques asks.
"Nothing special. And yours ?" Ann asks.
"One construction worker found a body bag from the yard." Jacques begins.
"Ou ! Evil has arrived to Iron City." Ann exclaims.
"In the bag there was a naked, brutally abused and raped young woman." Jacques says.
"Still alive ?" Ann asks.
"No. She was dead. Max and Pen comes here to examine the body and the site." Jacques continues.

"Excellent dinner. Thanks. " Ann says after last bite, and start look at the diamond wedding ring.
"Your welcome." Jacques says and winks the waitress.

Waitress cleans the table. Brings coffee and cognac to couple.

Soon after cognac a violin player comes to table and starts to play romantic music to the couple.

"Violin player. Darling, you surely know how to propose. Make the proposal memorable." Ann flatters Jacques.
"I Love you. You're the biggest star of my life." Jacques flatters Ann.

Violin continues to play. Ann and Jacques drink their coffee and cognac slowly. Ann puts the ring into her finger.

After violin player goes away Jacques asks.
"Madam Closeau. It would be an honor to have this dance." Jacques asks Ann.
Jacques comes to Ann. Couple goes to dance floor.

After few steps Jacques becomes serious. He seems to think something.
"Dear husband, what troubles your mind ?" Ann asks.
"Darling how do we get married ?" Jacques asks.
Ann does not answer right away.

Finally she is ready to answer
"Darling. People get married just like we did. First we hang around together. Like each other. Fall in love with each other. Want to have kids together." Ann answers.
"No. How do we get married. What is the procedure of getting married." Jacques says.
"Much like we did earlier. You choose the right moment, bought the rings, proposed me. I responded to your proposal. Would love to spend my life with you." Ann answers patiently.
"No. Now I got it. How and where do we make this holy matrimony legal. Where do we actually get married ?" Jacques tries again.
Ann starts to laugh "Sorry darling. Didn't remember, that you are new here. Do not belong to staff."
"Yes ?" Jacques says.
"In Space Hotel there are wedding chapels and priests for all major religions. Then there is a registration office for civil weddings." Ann explains.
"Presume that you want big weddings in church ?" Jacques says.
"Of course I do. It's a girl's dream." Ann confirms.

"Can we afford big weddings ?" Jacques asks.
"Big weddings are on the house." Ann knows.

"How do we get guests to church and restaurant. Tracys cannot come. Besides them we know only Smarts." Jacques worries.
"Big weddings are public events. They want to bring as much hope and joy as they can. There are public invitations to big weddings. Church and restaurant are always almost full." Ann explains.

"Since you know the people and the systems, could you reserve the church and restaurant ?" Jacques asks.
"Of course darling." Ann smiles.

The song ends. Jacques checks the time.
"Clock is quite a lot. Tomorrow is a working day. Time to leave." Jacques sighs.
"Your place or mine ?" Ann asks.
"Yours." Jacques answers.

The couple leaves the restaurant, hand in hand.
"We will survive." Ann says happily to butler, when they walk by.
"We will. You'll see." Jacques continues Ann's sentence.

Pen and Max are walking in Space Hotel lobby. Heading to Space Train entrance. Screens are opened for an emergency broadcast.
"No. I don't wanna hear it." Pen almost screams.

"Good morning everyone" Karin opens the broadcast.
Max stops and turns to screen "Good morning jerks !"

"Lovely morning to everyone." Heni greets the survivors.

"Today we have good news." Karin opens the broadcast. Pen, Max and others in the lobby stops and turns to screen.
"Then we have sad news." Heni continues.

"Of course you have. You always have something bad and sad to say." Max continues his monologue with the screen.

"But the best of all ..." Karin begins and keeps a highlighting break.

"Is that today you have something really terrible and awful to say." Max says with a bitter in his voice.
"You got angry for me." Pen whispers to Max.
"I love you." Max answers.

"... the best of all is, that we do not have any bad news." Heni closes the opening.

"Well that's something." Max continues his monologue with the screen.

"First of all. Train to Venus is four days ahead of it's schedule." Karin starts.
"Construction of Iron City is already one month ahead of it's schedule." Heni continues.

"Crew of Thunderbird 2 had the first close contact with savages. In Venezuela." Karin reads.
"It turned out, that savages are much more peaceful than we thought." Heni says.

"Savages live in pains and desperation. Most suffers from serious radiation disease. There is nothing we can do to ease their pain or prevent them from dying." Karin says with tears in her eyes. Wall shows savages plea for help at the door of Thunderbird 2.

"Our future looks brighter than ever before." Heni says sadly.
"We will return to earth. Construction of the first settlements will begin within few months." Karin wipes the tears from her eyes.
"Our scientists have found a way to detect and neutralize radioactive radiation." Heni says.
"First small settlements will be built to Australia, South Africa and South America." Karin says.

"Chin and his troops will re-start the cancelled rescue project. First settlers will be people, we rescue from the shelters." Heni says.
"The awful carbon crematory is not completely closed. All those who dies in here, are cremated like before." Karin says.

"You can get more information and upgrades from the communication panel." Heni says.

"Have a good, hopeful day. We will survive." Karin ends the broadcast.
"We will. You'll see." Heni finishes survivors slogan.

Pen and Max continues towards Space Train station entrance.
"Back to Earth ? Maybe we will." calmed Pen says.

"Jacques is waiting for us. Poor old chap is also waiting for his weddings." Max says.
"Are they getting married ?" Pen gets curious.
"Yes. He proposed Ann last week." Max answers.
Pen and Max enters Space Train station.

- - Restart Rescue Mission - -

Gordon and Virgil are eating in their suite. At rescue base. Chin knocks and comes in.

"Hello. Sorry for the interruption." Chin greets Thunderbirds.
"Hello. Do come in." Gordon says.
"Hi. Want something ?" Virgil points to food on the table.
"Scott. Where is he. sleeping ?" Chin asks.
"Not here." Virgil answers.
"He is having a good, hopeful day in Oasis." Gordon knows.
"In the new restaurant ?" Chin asks.
"Yes. Went there right after the broadcast. Haven't seen him after that." Virgil adds.
"Okay. I'll go there. They got Thunderbird 2 upgrades ready. Rescue mission begins tomorrow. You will come with me and my elite team to the first flight. " Chin says.
"It was high time. Bored with construction work." Virgil says.
"Lobby at 8 AM." Chin says.
"We'll be there." Gordon promises.
Chin leaves the suite.

Chin comes to Oasis and goes inside. It seems that Scott is not in the restaurant. Chin goes to bar tender.
"I was told that Scott Tracy has been here all day." Chin says to bar tender.
"Scott. Yes. He is currently having a nap. In the box over there." bar tender shows a box on the wall.
"Thank you." Chin goes to Scott's box.

Scott is sleeping on sofa. On the table there is a glass and a bottle of rum. Chin wakes Scott up.
"Good evening." Chin says and shakes Scott.

"Evening" Scott opens his eyes. After a while he asks "Evening. What time it is ?"
"Six PM." Chin answers.

Scott raises, and pours rum into his glass.
"Want some ? Today is a day for happy, hopeful celebrations. Yesterday was ... never mind." Scott says.
"Why not." Chin says.

Scott winks bar tender. He uses sign language for asking a glass for Chin and a new bottle to the table.

After bar tender goes a way, Scott asks "What brought you here ?"
"Rescue mission begins tomorrow morning with a flight to earth." Chin says.
"To search and verify the clean locations at southern hemisphere ?" Scott asks.
"And also to Fairy Tale castle at Barbados." Chin says.

Men take drinks.

"Who is going ?" Scott asks.
"You and my elite team." Chin says.
"Okay. Interesting. Action for a change." Scott says.
"The visit to Fairy Tale castle is excepted to be peaceful." Chin corrects.
"I see." Scott says.
Chin takes a look at Scott's reddish eyes, which are not yet fully open. "You sure ?"
"Yes. I'll be there with Virgil and Gordon." Scott says.
"Good. How is Alan doing ?" Chin says.
"Fine I think. Caught space train few days ago." Scott says.

"The rescue mission is far from good and hopeful." Chin almost whispers.
"Really." Scott says.

"The first team couldn't handle the pain and misery they saw in Venezuela." Chin says.
"Quick death from the bullet would be a relief to the savages without hope." Scott comments.
"So it would." Chin agrees.

Chin empties his glass.
"Got to go. Busy day tomorrow." Chin farewells.
"I'll take this and go to sleep." Scott shows the new bottle.
"Try to be in top shape tomorrow." Chin says before he leaves the table.

Space Train from Hotel to Moon base arrives to the Orbital Station in the evening.
People comes to the station from the trains' inlet.

"Wow. This place has changed a lot since the last time." Max says to Pen.
"Nice looking cafeteria there. We have half an hour before bus to moon leaves." Pen says.
"You want coffee ?" Max asks.
"Something stronger." Pen answers.
"Look. There is a restaurant over there." Max points to another direction.
"Cafeteria. Beer with sandwich will do." Pen answers.
"What ever you say darling." Max agrees.

Pen and Max goes into cafeteria. Max offers chair to Pen and goes to counter.
Pen starts to search something from her handbag.
"Lost something ?" Max comes back with sandwiches and beers.
"Room reservations. You said, that you put them into my handbag." Pen says.
"Put the tickets into your handbag. We do not have room reservations." Max says.
"No room reservations. Where do we sleep ?" Pen asks.
"In Jacques' box. They moved to Ann's apartment few days ago." Max explains.
"Where do we get the keys ?" Pen asks.
"Jacques promised to come to the station. We get the keys from him." Max says.

Pen tastes her sandwich.
"Good sandwiches." Pen says.
"Cannot say the same from this beer ... new label MoonOats." Max tastes the beer, burps and checks the label.
"Sad that Scott was not allowed to work in brewery." Pen says.
"Expert, what it comes to booze and beer. But the sandwiches are good." Max tastes his sandwich.

A couple comes to table.
"Excuse us. Are these free ?" man shows two empty seats at Smart's table.
"Yes. Please take a seat." Max says and burps. "Excuse me. Just tasted this new beer. It makes your stomach move." Max shows beer bottles on the table.
"Would like to have some ?" Pen burps to the couple.
"No thanks." woman answers.
"I'll take coffee, would you like to have one ?" man says to woman.
"Yes thanks." woman answers. Man goes to counter.

"Sandwiches are good." Max holds his burp.
"One sandwich and two mineral-salt waters for our companions." woman shouts after man.

Man comes back with the order.
"Going to moon ?" Max asks from the couple.
"No, we come from moon." man says.
"We are going to Earth. Join the rescue team tomorrow." woman continues.
"Great." Pen says.

Max glances to the station hall.
"Pen. Bus is leaving." Max says and raises from the table.
"It was nice to meet you." Pen raises.
"Pleasure was ours." man answers.
"Great job you are doing, wish you all the best." Max farewells the couple.
"Thank you." woman says.

Pen and Max walk to the moon bus tube.

In the morning Chin's elite team comes to locker room. Room is full of colorful, shiny costumes.

"What is this. Are we going to circus ?" one team member says.
"This room smells like a whore house." female team member continues.

"Morning everyone." corporal greets the team.

Thunderbirds enter the locker room.

"Huaagh !" Virgil comments the sight and smell.
"This smell beats even Scott." Gordon says.
"What, what about me ?" Scott asks.
"Nothing." Gordon says.

Thunderbirds walk to their lockers and suits.
"Look. Scott got a nice baby pink suit." Virgil laughs.

Scott takes the pink suit and turns to corporal
"What is this is, a joke or what ?" Scott asks.

"They are your new radiation suits." corporal greets the team.
"Radiation suits ?" one team member says.
"Yes. Shiny, smooth coating minimizes the attachment of anomalies and scents. Strong perfume's scent creates a buffer against lethal scent." corporal explains.
"The smell comes from these suits ?" another female team member takes a sniff from the suit.

"Okay. Suits on, and go to Thunderbird 2 as quickly as possible." corporal orders.

Team starts to dress up.

Scott starts to examine his pink suit. Seems to search something.
Finally he asks "Is there pockets in these suits ?"
"Pockets are inside the suit." corporal answers.

Scott turns towards wall, and does something.
After he is finished and turns around, Gordon asks
"Found pockets for your ... your fuel tanks ?"
"Zipper got stuck." Scott explains his turn.
"You are ready. Lets go." Virgil says.
Thunderbirds leave the locker room.

Chin's elite team is entering Thunderbird 2. Chin, his corporal and two other people are watching the team. Thunderbirds come to hall.

Chin notices them "Stop right there." Chin says.
Thunderbirds continues to walk towards Thunderbird 2's cockpit.
"Thunderbirds, come here." Chin shouts to the trio.
Thunderbirds come to Chin.

"I am not driving." Scott says.
"Scott is not driving" Gordon confirms.
"Don't care who drives and who doesn't." Chin says. Thunderbirds wrinkles their foreheads and raises their eye brows. They look at each other, wondering what is this.

Finally Virgil asks "What now ?"
"Change in plans. Gordon. You take Thunderbird 4." Chin turns to civilian, who stands besides Chin "This is Franco. He is an electrician, he comes with you Gordon."
"Okay. Where do we go ?" Gordon asks.
"Space Lab estimated, that Cordoba in Argentina would be one of the least lethal cities on Earth. We go there first, to check the place." corporal says.

"And he comes with us ?" Scott points to another civilian.
"My name is Luna. I am a nurse. And yes, I do come with you." nurse Luna responds to Scott.
"To do what ?" Virgil asks
"Franco tries to reopen Cordoba's vacuum plant. Luna checks the hospital." corporal answers.
"Whilst Franco restarts the vacuum plant, Gordon checks and cleans Cordoba's space strip. Plant and strip are almost side by side." Chin finishes corporals answer.

"By the way. Do you have a name ?" Scott turns to corporal.
"Yes I do." corporal answers.

Virgil asks "May we hear it ?"
"Clark." corporal responds.

"Okay. Formalities are over. Get going now." Chin says.

People around Chin start to walk toward ships. Suddenly Scott turns around
"You are not coming ?" Scott shouts to Chin.
"No. Have to prepare teams 2 and 3 for the trip to Earth." Chin says and continues "Good luck and try to be careful."
"We will, you'll see." Franco says and goes into Thunderbird 4.

Thunderbirds' doors are closed. Engines are started.

Chin stands alone in the hall. He watches how Thunderbirds start the journey to Argentina. Then he walks away from the entrance hall.

Zara comes in to Jack's lab. Jack is on the phone.

"Yes. I'll see what we can do to it. Was there anything else." Jack talks to phone.
"Okay. I'll call you back. Bye" Jack closes the phone.

Then he throws the phone to the wall. Phone goes into pieces. "Fuck, fuck, fuck ... I knew it ... it can't be ...." Jack starts to rage in his lab. He kicks chairs, breaks glasses, tears books from the shelves.

"Krhmm" Zara grabs Jack's attention. Raging Jack looks at Zara.
"You ! Say something nice to me !" Jack roars angrily to Zara.
"I love you ?" Zara asks shyly from Jack.
Jack calms down a little. He goes to bar and makes drinks to himself and Zara.

Alexis and Kristina come in.
"Heard you shouting like an animal. What has happened ?" Alexis asks.
"Are you hurt ?" Kristina worries.
"I'm fine." Jack lights a cigarette.
"Did he hurt you ?" Alexis asks shivering Zara.
"No." Zara answers and the room gets quiet.

"You have broken your phone. There are broken glasses everywhere. I'll clean them." Kristina notices and goes to cleaning closet.
Alexis start to move things back to their places.

"What happened, who called ?" Zara asks.
"Tif was found dead from Iron City. Brutally abused, raped and killed." Jack says.
"I'm sorry." Zara says.
"Thunderbird 2 discovered thick radioactive cloud from Earth's atmosphere. " Jack continues.
"And you lost your temper." Kristina sooths and understands Jack.

Jack falls back to normal rounds per minute and looks around "What a mess."

"What if you rest and we clean the mess ?" Alexis suggests.
"No. I must go to see Isaac right away. Would be nice, if you cleaned the room." Jack says and goes away.

Girls watches each other a moment and start to clean the lab.

The meteor storm hit the northern hemisphere. Oceans brought the radiation to south. Southern hemisphere do not have many anomalies. Evaporation raises anomalies from the ocean water. Rains pollutes ground with anomalies. Cleanest areas on earth are in Central Australia and in central, northern South Africa. Narrow topped South America requires further studies.

We have developed electric air cleaners. We can build scent walls against radiation in the air. We can also build scent ventilators for doorways, etc. We have developed electric water cleaners. They can be installed into steamer-cleaners. We have gauges and scanners for measuring the radiation levels. Then we have gas, with what we can make radiation visible to eye.

We do not have tools for cleaning ocean bottoms from the fallen anomalies. Waters will be inaccessible for longer times.

People in the shelters didn't get anomalies into their bodies. Obvious that many survivors will get cancer around 8 years from now. Rescued and savages must get hospitals going as quickly as possible. Rescue project will be restarted as soon as possible.

Earth has too much radiation for us. Risk of moving to earth right now is too big. We can provide tools and help for the rescued people, so that they can start to clean and rebuild earth to themselves, us, animals and plants.

It does not take long, after we start to get clean carbon and others from the first new settlements from Earth.

We have almost complete set of seeds from Earth's vegetation in Fairy Tale Castle at Barbados. In Space Zoos we have wide selection from the animals, which used live on Earth. Not all, but quite a many.

We will survive. Even from the impossible ,,, cleaning and restoration of Earth ... you'll see.

The first settlements will be made to Cordoba, Argentina and Gaborone, Botswana. Both are former capitals of the countries. In Australia there are small village Birdsville and small town Longreach.

All places had survivors, people who have hope to stay alive for longer times. Cordoba and Gaborone have hospitals, which can be opened rather quickly.

Buildings are not burned like in northern hemisphere and ocean shores. The radiation spread into everywhere. Places are sad looking. There are lots of corpses and dying people. Dead and dying animals and plants.

Radiation levels are rather low at the checked locations. Electric cleaners were capable of neutralizing the radiation.

In the picture you see Space Labs radio active cleaners' operating principle. Air in captured and soil shoveled into cleaner. First cleaner checks incoming material for lethal scent. Scentless material goes out from the first outlet. First cleaner removes scents from the material. Clean material goes out from second outlet. This material collected into tanks, which are checked radiation proof greenhouses.

Anomaly cleaner heats the material so much that anomalies melt. Then it packs the material, so that anomalies do not have much space in atoms. In next step it cools the packed material. Finally material is allowed grow into it's original size. If the material is still radioactive, it is collected to a scent canister for further processing. Scent-canisters are cleaned in Moon Base. Non-radiating material is checked in green houses.

Ghost Boxer belongs Music Box melodies. The melody has been on the on the site with the name Music Box 8. A small accident took place once again. Nothing serious. We made very nice beginning to the song, we made it to the power verse. After getting it going, we remembered that Music Box songs begins with a soft verse from the melody. Well, we made a soft verse from the melody and added it to the beginning of the song. We made also a new opening for the song. The original opening sounded nice, and we worked hard for it. So we didn't want to take it away from the song. You can hear the original opening in beginning of the power verse.
